Brilliant way to find out what the most sustainable option is and what type of fishing method should be avoided.
Great app.Every phone should have it and people should use it every time before they buy fish! It time for us to wake up before is to late
What kind of fish guide doesn't have Orange Roughy?
Really usefull when planning my weekly shop
This is a very good source of information for a flexitarian trying to be a responsible consumer.
Nothing for southern hemisphere
Rajina is the most sustainable fish 🐠
Where are snapper, flathead, mulloway, luderick, tailor, trag...etc
Lots of great information, but I was really hoping for a barcode scan option so I could identify which products to buy in the supermarket. This would make it much more useful to me.
It didn't have what I was looking for. I saw this had a good rating and hoped it would have information on Axolotl's but it didn't.
Everybody should have and use this app
This should be available in all languages! Fish is very hard to translate
Great info on the go
Bout time
Loads of information which looks great (although I haven't read through it all yet!) but the visual guide is so useful and I'm shocked how many fish are amber or red! Will definitely influence my choices, thank you.
App works great, but i was unable to find the fish i was looking for (Mahi mahi, dolphin, dorado, Wahoo, yellowfin). Data on these fish is easily searchable online, but it's hard to connect when you're out on the ocean.
Great app - very informative - beautifully designed - recipes, restaurant ratings, information on the sustainability of different fish, which to buy and which the ethical consumer should avoid.
Great App, Have used it for a few years now. Hardly ever buy fish as even that has bycatch, but catch my own instead. I'm guessing it'll stay this way until I can't fish.
Basic app, but invaluable information. This app has highlighted that I've been occasionally eating endangered fish. Now that I'm aware of this, I shall be avoiding them from now on. If you love seafood, you need to have this app installed and refer to it before making a purchase.
Easy to use while shopping, loads of info, this will really influence my choices
Love this app, really gets you thinking about what you are eating and consequences of your choices!
Thank you for making responsible fish consumption so much easier.
Manages to convey a lot of useful information in a clear and concise way
Helpfull info !
It would have been of use if it had information about sustainable fish in other places in the world. In my case india. And also if it had pictures of the fish. Making it easier for common ppl to id them
Exactly what I've needed when buying fish.
A very welcome move towards knowing which fish are sustainable. But like any guide, it is partial and you need more information before you buy. Why are ANY 'farmed' fish recommended at all? The effects of antibiotics and other chemicals that are necessary to rear fish in such artifical high intensity conditions is well known. These leak out into the surrounding waters causing pollution. You also have to consider the levels of microplastic that most marine animals ingest. The whole picture, no.
