Google My Business

The was a great way of displaying our business online. But for some reason the app just do not load in. I have 2 different business accounts and neither of the account open. Its just shows a white blank screen. Have tried it by uninstalling the app, updating the up, but yet the bug is still there. Just solve the issue as app is more convenient to use than on a system.

Slightly efficient but not amazing. Both the app and the manager (via browser) have their pros and drawbacks so I tend to go back and forth between the two. I've uploaded both a logo and cover photo through the app multiple times on various days and they still don't show up there or through the browser GMB manager but they seem to show up in other places.

A good app, not sure why it's being closed. Let's me have direct access to business profile even when my phone is on my personal account. Not sure what happens to previous messages as I can't see them when accessing over maps. Will I get business notifications when my maps app is set to my personal profile? I don't want it signed into my business one all the time but still need to know if contacted. Assume updates means posts, don't see option to copy to new post? Lost functionality 😔

Totally useless as it won't let me verify my business. For some strange reason they insist on doing it via video call and they keep missing appointments. I connected via meet right before I opened my business, they saw absolutely everything in my physical store but didn't approve verification because I wasn't opened for business yet. They could have told me that beforehand. Now they need me to do another video call to check on my business again, which I think it's rather pointless. Frustrating

Nice to have the page option even though it doesn't consistently show up the same way. Today I wrote a mental health post as I have many times before. For the first time, it went unpublished with a message that I wasn't in compliance with Google guidelines. Ridiculous and no way to appeal it. The site also said it was sending me a verification postcard in 14 days after all these years and that the management will shift to search or maps. Very bewildering. Was happier before today.

This apps works fine for us and provides just enough information about our business. I am disappointed to hear they are discontinuing the app after July 2022 and we will be forced into the Google Maps app only for our information. This is a terrible move from Google since we are a business and would like the separation from the retail information.

I have been trying to add or edit my phone number from almost 7 months into my business profile, but not able to do it. I have contacted support team but my issue is not yet resolved till date. Everytime the edits pending automatically gets rejected.very disappointing and frustrating

Well this app was junk right out of the box Google thanks a lot it is a new business starting person myself finding out that the support link for the developer is no longer a monitored is what I got back in response to an email that I sent to the developer letting them know I'm having problems with the app like second stages setting it up.

Ive had a Google page for each of my two businesses for six years now and this app will not allow me to view them. It only prompts me to start a new one. I used to be able to use the app but now I can't access my Google business pages. I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no success.

I have 2 businesses and have had trouble verifying both. It took months to verify the first one. The only verification method it would let me use was by postcard, but I would never get the postcard in the mail. And Google doesn't have any decent customer service. It's a little aggravating.

Hi, why does the app keep asking me to update my profile every time I use it even if I have updated the profile everytime I open the app? And the messages just shows a booking ID when I try to answer querries from the guests. I'm not sure the app is working at all. Hope you can fix this. It's suppose to make booking management easier not impossible.

It's going horrible day by day, it was just simple and basic with features. But it's now even not working properly and Automatic closing with in a min after opening the apps. Not getting updates anything.. Stucked sometimes in the middle of editing..

The phone apps work OK. I don't like the messages duplicate on other devices where it looks like you have a new message, but its just your response. Otherwise its great, don't know why they're gonna get rid of it

Great app, but terrible support for it. I have been asking for assistance in removing a former manager who claimed ownership of the account from one of our business accounts but did not transfer ownership of the account before they left. After multiple emails with the same useless advice offered ad nauseum, I am left incredibly disappointed by the one size fits all approach to problem solving that seems to have no alternative when it fails.

For me this app is very obscure. It's not as easy to use as I thought it would be. Either none of the 70 something people that have veiwed it aren't interested or there's a setting that I'm missing, I received one call, no messages and no emails. When something is advertised free or 500.00 free site plan it should be that. Not charge a monthly fee and start up cost also I sought that what u pay matches the cost of the plan

Been using for 7 years. Possibly the best free advertising online ever. Nice app for easy access. Heard it's going bye bye and we'll need to manage through search and maps. A 5-year-old child can get you online so If you have a business and don't have a Google my business listing then you should definitely search it and get verified. Doesn't cost a dime and it's a guaranteed money maker especially for any type of service business where you are traveling to customers up to around 50 miles out.

The translate option is missing and more annoyingly it's not even possible to select and copy the text into the translate app. Also putting in a longer closed period is very annoying aswell you have to put in every day separately instead of just saying your closed until a certain date. But most annoying is the fact that Google refuses to remove 1 star reviews that are most obviously against all common sense.

Still getting to grips with it, I'd a more simple interface that I can use quicker would help. There are so many layers to GMB it's not always easy to find things as a newer user

After the update unable to load the app. The screen just keeps buffering. Have already reinstallled the app. Still didn't work. It just asks to choose the email id to login and then the never ending buffering starts. Have to use the broweser to check & reply the messages.

This app has been very unresponsive lately. It doesn't open for one my listings, but when I use the web GMB I can see its there. I have deleted and reinstalled several times but problem persists. It makes it so difficult to update as I will have to keep using my laptop. Terrible

The only very big problem with this app is the mailing problems,come on that's toooooo stressful and old fashioned, sometimes don't even get mail,and the verify by email doesn't show as an option most times, I think this would improve the app very much greatly,apart from that,nice app.👍

This is my only means of advertising and marketing and I have been busier in my first year than I could have ever anticipated. The GMB page offers more to small businesses than I think most realize. However I do use this more frequently than on my computer and the app is still crashing on my s215g after clearing the cache and updating it

If I could give ZERO stars I would. My business number has been receiving calls for a Spanish Comcast customer service line. We are a hardwood flooring company . I've contacted Google about this problem for months and nobody can help me. I've spent $6000 on Google ads over the last 2 years and this last year was a total waste of money.

Cant get my messages makes my business look nonresponsive. Definitly needs work to be useful. Update 3-21-21 I didn't think it could be worse until this update at which point it deleted everything I had on it customer info and all. 12/20/21 we don't need a new performance page we need messages to work correctly and the app as a whole to function better

Totally waste of time for verification. Its showing there is no more ways to verify and i tried more than 25 times with all legal documents also for video verification but still my business is not verified. And now i am trying again but now unable to choose files in attachments.. 👎👎👎

The app mysteriously stopped working after this whole time no rhyme no reason please fix it it is detrimental to my business listing. It just hangs like it's loading or accessing the profile and nothing ever happens. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it no difference.
