loved the game but just did an in app purchased by mistake because there were a pop up at the beginning of the game and I accidentally tapped on the screen... have been charge more than 100€ :( this is huge...be very careful with all the messages that appear on the home screen. it goes very quick !!

It's fun, but it crashes constantly, and it's almost impossible to play without spending money. There arent even ads to watch anymkde. There hasn't been an update in years. It's 2022 now, and it's the same issues as before. It crashes on the last of your groceries which is exceptionally frustrating because it's the last game that you get to play and you don't get to. Also if you're using your last boost. So frustrating!!!

Edited to add... i just noticed they haven't updated the app since 2020 so don't bother downloading. It clearly isn't a priority game of theirs. This is should be fun but it keeps crashing. I'll be in the middle of a level and it just closes which means I lose out on my groceries to play and the boosts I used. I've lost so much now I think I'll just find another similar game with less glitches.

Loved this game, I used to play for hours each day. Then one day, they completely removed ads saying "there are no ads available right now" for weeks now. When before, I could watch several per day to speed up my recipes, which take anywhere from 1 hour to 3 hours to prepare. Combine that with the frequent crashes that drain the few resources I have, and it has become more frustrating than fun.

I love this game but since they stopped the ads to earn free gold and speed up recipes it is not fun anymore. Also, the game crashes a lot and you lose assets that you may be using. It seems that this game is on the way out but EA doesn't have the balls to say so. I can hardly ever connect to the group goals and without that the game is toast. Still taking in the money though. Despicable.

This was by far my favourite game. However, for the last 3 months or so the game hasn't worked properly. The main features don't work which makes a difficult game virtually impossible to play. I cant do any of the online tasks to win gold/coins. These are often one of the daily tasks so I can never win the top prize. The daily free gold is unavailable too. I can't watch video speed ups for special boosts. The game frequently closes mid way through a level. IT support have been utterly useless!!

Good game but game crashes constantly. When it crashes, you lose your prepped dishes from the kitchen and they don't replace them. Just a waste of time. Have spoken to someone several times but nothing has changed. Game crashes constantly. There is so much crashing in this game it is frustrating

Game bugged out after reaching Season 2, Episode 5. Where the game tells me to fry some fries. Since this one is a new product to be served, normally tutorial will show up. However while doing the tutorial, the game suddenly went to nothing like after clicking the frier, nothing happens and that's it. Don't know what to do and don't know if I could even proceed to a new level with this acting as an unpassable obstacle.

Time & Money Waste! I'm editing my previous 5 star rate since the game has become unplayable for the so many crashes at any point of the game and with no restitution (start, mid, verge of finishing a level, duel or task) i have invested so much money and I feel really robbed. Currently no ads to help, no more events, no more special packages for upgrades and now it doesn't show me the goals! I can only do the generic Gordon one) it is so frustrating I see I'm not alone in this, I want a refund!

I really like this game, its well made and I don't get ads at all. It is flawed though. Every single item you can purchase requires gold and it takes a long time to save up enough to purchase one item. There also isn't a skip button for the tutorials, which can get pretty annoying since most of the recipes are super easy to make and you don't need to be showed how to make them.

Now I remember why I stopped playing this game.... It's a great game really; super fun and very addictive. But there is way too many game crashes and loading issues. Also the free videos only work once even though it says "check back later for more free videos". Also the in-game currency (gold bars) are much too hard to earn and you need them for ALL upgrades. It's an A+ when you can actually play though when the app loads properly.

I like the game and would give it 5 stars if it wouldn't freeze up causing me to lose my rewards points and bonuses. I would start a game and in the middle of it the app would shut off and take me back to my home screen on my tablet. Customer service was no help as they keep asking me to screen shot it but it happens randomly and I would just be taking a picture of the home screen. Also thing its hard to get gold blockes to do upgrades on the restaurant menu but Besides that I like the game alot

This game is so fun but lately it's been crashing and I've been losing my progress when it does this. Also the videos for speeding up recipes does not work at all. I have now given it one star because it's getting out of hand. While playing an episode, it kicks you out and you lose progress. The game keeps freezing.

Network connection issues continue to plague rendering it nearly unplayable. A long span of time with this same issue and STILL no fix... like they don't care. Graphics are pleasant enough, level variety appealing. Challenging without feeling impossible, until you reach higher levels. Then you will be frustrated needing gold they don't allow you to earn enough of to advance. Do they REALLY deserve the money they lean SO hard on the free play balance to try to get you to pay? I'm saying no.

I love this game because of the concept and fun but I know the company is just focused on money gouging us. I first started playing this game in 2020/2021, but at some point I couldn't save my progress on FB anymore. so I deleted the game then picked it up again earlier this year and they STILL have this FB issue plus they stop ads to collect free gold after a while of gameplay and they've had that issue since 2017, maybe earlier! They're not trying to fix anything. Can't waste my money anymore.

Used to be my favorite game but they stopped the ads for gold. I would get 10 gold a day for years. Now, nothing. It's not worth playing without that 10 free gold... Also crashes way too often and you lose the service and all groceries and boosts used. I will update my review if they return the ads for gold. Very sad to see this game get abandoned.

Despite the occasional glitches I enjoy this game. BUT as many people have stated there's no way to watch videos to get gold or speed up the recipes anymore. I thought it was my device & reached out to the developers for help. No luck. They told me they did this on purpose and that videos won't be coming back! What a pity as advancing in restaurants is so slow without the easy acquisition of gold. I'm hoping they change their mind and bring it back as well as update the app to fix glitches.

I've been playing this game for years. I had it all beat, but had to start all over at fault of my own months ago. Now over the last week or so the Video Offers aren't working to get gold! This is definitely needed to keep moving forward at a fast enough speed. I see there have been no updates or fixes on this game in a very long time so unsure if this will ever get fixed 😕

Love this game but it is super glitchy, videos to get free coins or gold bars aren't loading I haven't been able to watch 1 which wouldn't be a problem if you got more for each level. It's difficult and almost impossible to buy new equipment or upgrade food without spending your own money. I was expecting more from this game and it is fun so I'm super bummed.

Unfortunately this game has the most glitches of any game I have ever played. I have no idea why the developers can't seem to fix their game but this has been a consistent, ongoing problem with this game for years. It crashes incessantly, in the middle of play and if you were using a boost, the boost is just gone. It never resets to where you were so progress is just lost. It is so frustrating. The game itself is awesome, really fun, but the constant crashing and failing to load is old.

Really fun and addicting game! UPDATE: This game is beyond glitchy, and the neglect shows since they haven't updated it in over a year. Game crashes at least twice during an average length of game play. Won't connect online so I can no longer participate in additional goals. Lack of levels, since they've stopped adding to it.

There is not enough gold bars awarded to upgrade as often as needed to keep playing. I had to take a break from the game because I wasn't about to spend all that money on gold bars. Upgrades are super expensive as well. I prefer to play the regular Diner Dash with Flo. Update: Constantly crashing... Irritating and ridiculous 🙄 😒.

Id give this game 5 stars except it crashes often. I play it everyday regardless. Challenging levels, interesting dishes, different cultures explored through food. The duel system is imperfect but fun. Play at your own risk as it can glitch out often and you lose your supplies. But its still worth it to me. Been playing over a year now.

Fun game but, upgrades use too many gold bars. Would enjoy it more if they were not needed to upgrade. Why is there no option to use coins to buy gold bars? It would be more fun if you can progress easier by buying the gold bars with the coins. If you don't have enough gold bars you can't complete levels and get the upgrades you want.
