Terrible wish id read the reviews on here instead of their page After 4 chats finally put my income in ive put expenses in twice & theyve not been saved when I go on Web page cant do anything screen just turns grey so use app but keeps flipping back to previous year Tried on laptop in case it's my phone but can't do anything screen just goes grey whatever I click on
I have lost all of my current year documents for income and expenses. I now need to go back through all of my information to do it again on another app (I would go with another before wasting time on this one). Not worth the hassle.
Absolutely awful system So far I have 6 problems with it and you can't speak to anyone over the phone to get help. Its so frustrating!
It's a clunky app. Big sections are highlighted in bright red with blue text- it hurts to look at.
Love the program have used it for years but it won't work on my newish phone. Simple tax I think you need to update your program.
Can't use the app on my phone. Just hangs. Emailed the developers but no response.

Tried to sign up but doesnt let me. Doesnt even say what the error is.
Though the payment is made it keeps asking to make the payment when I try to submit the self assessment.

I like it but it would be good if you could attach emailed / scanned receipts not just take photos of them as I am having to print them and then take a picture.
Not sure about the app but used the main online Web service and it was brilliant. So easy simple and quick and childlike compared to the PhD level headache that is the HMRC service and the self assessment online. I'm sure other good software is out there for accounting and returns but for a simple straightforward self assessment tax return this was brilliant. Worth every penny for the timesaving and headache busting process of a tax return. Ideal for freelancers sole traders and the self employed with straight forward affairs.
Looks good but not sure if working properly. Uploaded recipts expenses and they seem to have disappeared. It keeps switching to the previous tax year. It has potential but im not sure i would trust it yet.
Does exactly what it promises and more in so many respects: you really need to log in to experience its sheer simplicity. I downloaded it with some apprehension but was a convert just a small 15 minutes later.
Registered put all my income in so far now cant get on it. What a waste of time
couldn't get past to register. 6 passwords later all saying weak! unless you can remember or write down some obscure password forget it. uninstalled it tax returns are stressful enough without trying to access an app that's supposed to make it easier.
