Sometime it's good, sometime it's bad! The delivery fee is higher than others delivery apps! The driver just canceled my order after accepting it 30 minutes, I don't mind if they want to cancel my order but for the sake of god, do it within 5 minutes or less! And the application should not allow the driver to cancel either. And the help center is not helping at all. I followed the instructions but I keep end up on the same page, no email address to send complaints!

There should be an option to chat with mechants always when you order food using the app. It takes a lot of wasted time for the customer as well with the delivery person since the merchants sometimes doesn't tell us that an item is already unavailable even though it shows as available when you view it. Other than that, I can't use any rewards or coupons for discount since it's grayed out. I'm sure you can do better than this.

Why was in the last few weeks, grab always ask me to update our saved addresses, which is no change for the addresses at all. It's very annoying when we need to make an order, especially when we make an order for people at home, but when we're not at home. And i'm very difficult to find my address, when i choose point from the map, the address that show up are incorrect. Please fix this, i think the apps developers that should di the update, not us as a customer. Looking forward for the respons.

Used to be great, but now it's really unreliable. Frequent cancellations after waiting 7-8 minutes. Frequently around 9+ minutes waiting time. Consecutive cancellations with no notification and no automatic rebooking. I use it at all times of the day and it's rare I don't get surrge pricng.I am a heavy user of the app and may need to switch back to ConfortDelGro simply for reliability. Can plan my arrival times with Grab

Transport: Drivers keep cancelling, especially near surge price timings. The problem is, there is no notification when they cancel. So you either have to keep staring at the booking screen, be unpleasantly surprised when your driver who was on the way, suddenly isn't. Food: sometimes restaurants set their status to "closed" with no warning, meaning you can literally be scrolling through their menu, adding items to cart, only to find you cannot checkout and have to order from somewhere else.

Map of grab food is not accurate, It pinned wrong point, but the address is correct. I've already tried multiple times to point the exact point of my house, and save it. But when I reopen the map, and try to zoom in. It show different point from the last time i saved it. It is really annoying cause it make a miss understanding between me and the drivers. And i should give direct direction everytime I made a food order

Great promo and excellent service. But, the app itself has been crashed often since several previous updates. I thought it was gonna be improved, but it hasn't. It seems like grab wants you to always pay tru credit card or in grab wallet than cod. Its not like this before. I experienced this plenty of times. Waiting for confirmation for about 20 mins in cash mode of payment but with no luck. When I tried paying tru my credit card, just a second it was already booked. I think you should remove the cash payment method if you will not allow it at all. What a gimmick.

Its hard to book a car and too much expensive! And I dont think its not good to continue using this app. Finding a car is time consuming also! Can you do better update for this? And one more thing, some drivers can't wait patiently for their passengers, haven't reach the waiting time limit, they cancelled it already! That's why you have to pay for the penalty, that you're not even need to! Because in the first place, 5 minutes is their waiting time. Can you please fix this,Im gettingofthis!

Its really hard to book a grab car or six seater nowadays, drivers are really picky with the destination some doesnt even read the messages we send them. Grab needs to adjust their rating system for their drivers. Ive been using the app for along time now and will continue to do so. The only thing i ask for is to have a hassle free or lessen the hassle like before.

I appreciate the service Grab has been offering. They have all been helpful especially during the lockdown and quarantine implementations. However, despite of several updates I still have to reinstall the app so I could choose the option to log-in via google account since mobile signal is very impossible to where I reside and log-in via mobile is impossible. Also, the fingerprint authentication does not work at all, it still asks for the PIN/ password even set-up has been made several times.

Please instruct your drivers to always check their messages. As passengers, we make sure that we provide instructions on how they can easily get to the pick up point. This avoids all the hassle of long wait time and lost drivers, eventually resulting to cancelled trips. Very difficult to book a grab car even if the app displays the available cars in the area

Price of the fare is too high. Almost twice from the price before. They said that demands are high while drivers are low. Thats why the the price are up. I chose grab before because you were cheap and relevant. Now, you are irrelevant to me. Might as well toook the cab if the price is the same. There are other alternatives too.

This app can never direct drivers to our home address correctly. They always end up being directed to take long way around instead of shortcut route which I can see on my app but for some reason they cannot see it on their app. Then today it sent the delivery driver to completely wrong address, and no way in the app to report that the app has given the driver the wrong address pin?

Pretty much given up with Grab. The point of a ride hailing app is to be able to hail a ride when you need one. Grab is failing to provide that core service and succeeding only at proving itself to be a huge waste of time. Drivers frequently accept jobs but fail to show up, make multiple stops en route before finally arriving (usually at the wrong address). Failing that, its wasting an hour trying to actually find a driver that accepts the job. Pointless

Frustrating! This app is so frustrating to use. I had my credit card, then it kicked it off and I can't add any credit cards anymore. I have 4 of them and none can be added. Extremely poor app as its most important payment feature is not functional.

I went to the Philippines for a vacation and got Grab hoping for an easy access to rides during my vacation. But it became very difficult to use when I can't add my credit card. I found out I needed to verify my identity first, but it's asking for permanent local residential address AND proof of address such as utility bills or credit card statements... I DO NOT LIVE THERE. I just needed easy rides. BUT THIS "SECURITY" FEATURE IS RIDICULOUS. Almost as if they don't want tourists to use the app.

The app is kinda non-intuitive. Its grab app, but u cant pay with someone else's grab pay? You have to go all the process of transfering from someone else's grab wallet then only you can pay with someone else's wallet. Makes paying for someone else is unnecessarily hard. The filter to choose restaurant or shop also bad. Say, i want a choose all restaurant except non-halal, i have to tick all the options (hundreds of them) except non-halal. Why cant you just make a tick all button? Geez

After the last major update, the app keeps lagging whenever driver was found after each grab food order. I can't even open the chat with the driver. Please fix it, it was way smoother and faster on the previous version. Changing the UI certainly won't help if it's broken.

Can't book a cab to save my life. Surge prices are insane. I could live with the surge prices, but these drivers seem to have a tendency to cherry pick their passengers if they don't feel the need to go to a certain area. I've also had some encounters wherein the driver had number coding, so I had to cancel, total waste of time.

Ride prices cost more than flight tickets. Food delivery fee cost more than the food itself. Search functions highlight restaurants that advertise with Grab, not what you are looking for. Their subscription gives rubbish perks and actually forces you to spend more than non-subscribers. I use this app daily for nearly 4 years now. Grab has gone full scum with their app. How disappointing.
