Made a purchase recently & was told my number didn't work. After being told this, I was asked if I had installed the new app. I replied...no, because I was unaware. I was given a paper informing me of the new app & told to install it & then my points would be transferred over to the new app. After doing so, my points were migrated, however I wasn't given credit for the purchase. Customer service states that they've credited my account, but I haven't seen the credit.
It won't let me sign in because it either says I'm not authorized or that I don't have the right password and it won't let me create a new account because it says the phone number is already taken (which it is, by my actual account). I've tried sending myself a password reset email and it just never shows up. The app worked in the past but after I got logged out it's just not working.
None of the stores in my area are set up to use the coupons or the scanning option for the app. Half of the time the employees look at me with a very confused look on their face because they have absolutely no idea how to enter my phone number for the points. The last two times I went I was not given credit for my purchases even after giving the manager my phone number. What's the point of having the app if the stores are not even able to use it? Ugh!
I had an account years ago, but it's saying my password isn't correct and will email me a reset, but hasn't. Then, I tried creating a new account, but it won't let me since my phone number has already been used. I'm trying to order cakes for an event, but about to go elsewhere since this app is so difficult.
Had to install the "new" app and migrate my account over. Did that a while back and earned more points, but I tried to go in the app today and it says, "Get Started." When I try to migrate my account again, it says, "Error: email already taken," so now I can't get on the app any longer to redeem or earn points.
installed , uninstalled, installed, uninstalled. nothing happens. can't open. so my rewards are trapped there. went to the store and my acct shows up but cant give me rewards cuz everything goes through app. 😑
Highly deceptive app. Went to local store. The "coupons" given in the app are unusable. The local store says they can't even enter them at point of sale. It's a deceptive marketing ploy. I will NEVER buy from this company again. Shame on the company!
App pretty cool but I can't get my points since I usually have my cookies delivered and the app doesn't have a recipe bar code scanner. They should add this function it would help those who can't get the the place to scan the app.
App refuses to open even after restarting phone, uninstalling app, re-installing app, restarting phone again. Now I dont even get to use my birthday reward because store says I have to have app to use. Ugh!
A bit disappointed. Southlake Mall said that they don't do rewards. When I go to the menu it doesn't list everything so I can't order ahead.
App won't allow me to scan bar code and keeps closing. I've uninstalled and installed, still doesn't work!
This app glitches, placed an order it glitched didn't complete order and still took my payment! I called the store I ordered from and they were no help. I'm completely disappointed
Can't scan my receipt to get the points I just earned. Disappointed about that, which is why I didn't give 5 stars, but other than that not other complaints thus far. Haven't redeemed any rewards yet so I'll update my review after I do.
If you fix the ability to turn off my alarms I will give this app a 5 star review because in the 14yrs I have used the free and paid version its hands down the best alarm clock anywhere on the store or web in my opinion, thanks danny.
the app never works, they can never find my number and it is always down EVERYTIME I visit a store so there is no actual way for me to earn rewards on my purchases. 👎
App doesn't even load up to allow me to put my login information. After a so say update the app has never worked for my android phone.
The only reason I downloaded the app was to easily order my daughter's double doozie bday cake. However, there's no double doozie option in the app... Therefore, this app was useless for me.
I wish you could load your receipt to get rewards like other places when they don't ask for your phone number and the app isn't working in the store.
Wonderful is my word!! I get reward notifications and messages for specials that are going on.
Horrible app, not helpful, not user friendly, annoying to use, probably just created to steal your personal information.
I never get points... Make purchases, but even after giving them my number, I don't get credit for the purchase.

The description says you get $5 for signing up after you spend $3 which I did making sure I gave my phone number and no reward
Terrible app. It worked great for about a month before suddenly not being able to load anything. I've tried reinstalling the app several times, but it still doesn't work. There appears to be no way to redeem the points I'd accumulated or upload the receipt I'm currently holding in my hand without using the app itself, so it's a complete waste of my time
