Long time uzer Love the app, it iz the only free app that doeznt require paid subscription to be able to uze advanced featurez, doez everything I could ask for within a gym workout app. I only have one issue though... When deleting or adjusting my workouts, I am able to do so, but when I go back into the app they appear again. Minor issue, but an issue all the same.
It's loaded with a bimch of workouts! This app shows you how to the workout should look like and what it targets. It's very nicely constructed, has options to move what workouts you want first with adjustable timers. I would recommend to anyone working out. I just started two months ago and would not change this app.
Great app! Really useful, I love that it shows how to do each exercise, provides workouts etc. Highly recommend, it's the best app for gym fitness I've found 😁 Would give 5 stars if there were more chest/back workout plans that were clearly aimed towards women.
Good little gym routine app! Didn't expect much from it but it's really helped with giving me routines and getting me to follow a set. Can already feel the difference! Interface could be designed a bit better at times but it's easy to navigate.
So far so good, when adding exercises i cant aeem to find some machines to add to routines. Also i believe a some sort of scanner options should be available so as to add easy machine workouts. Maby add some possible eating schedules based on workouts for the day? Some people arent eating enclined.... Lol. Over all i am content with the app.
This app is free and gives you a list if exercises for each muscle. You can then create your own workout list from the exercises they have and customize your workout and save it for unlimited use. Great app.
good app could allow more user options. I like how you can create and edit your own workouts. It's also good that you can alter predetermined workouts as well and how it keeps on pace during your training.
Really great app. I've tried many similar apps but none have what I was looking for. This app hit the spot especially using time duration for sets. 2 things I would love to see: 1. When using the time for sets, an alarm/sound to indicate the time has finished. I usually have my headphones on so would like to hear when the time is up 2. A diary or notes option for every completed workout. I would like to record observations for each completed work out, so I can review my progress via the log.
My routine was starting to get stale so I started looking into different apps. This is the one I ultimately kept around. The UI is easy to navigate and there are enough workouts to cycle through for months on end. Only thing I don't like is having to sign in to access certain features, but it works just fine without them.
Excellent and probably the best app around, the graphs were a bloody clever addition. It just needs a much larger list of known exercises to select and functionality for choosing type of sets could be improved and built upon. Such as adding cluster sets or rest pause sets. Adding a push notification for the rest timer would be sick!
Brilliant app, I'm really getting into my home workouts and seeing improvements already now that I can see individual workouts and favourite them. It gives me the ability to have a list of things I can do with the space and equipment I have available at home rather than having to skip parts of scripted routines on other apps.
Easy to use, and custumizable. Make a work out to fit your needs or use the premade workouts they have as well. Cant go wrong. Even shows you the correct movements.
Get this! I was originally looking for a program to follow but this had such interesting workouts Im going to use it to build my own. This app is free, does what it says and is the best there is after days of searching. Since Im using it to plan, a helpful missing feature is a way to save workouts for a future day so I can create a gym schedule. Also, suggest adding a place to favorite a workout while reading the details and a filter to the search for time, difficulty and body part focus.
Great app, but it could use more machine options though. I cannot use free weights because of a previous injury. So my workout must consists of machine and cables only. But still a decent app.
Works for me and my budget really can't afford to pay for a workout program so it's excellent I pick out what workout I want to do for the day and go with it. No high price
30 year vet weightlifting, ex college football All American. Won some contests along my way. This app is the best one I've seen as far as exercises, defining the proper exercises for what bodypart(s) oNE is targeting. My hat is off to you Adam, this will help new weighifters before they go to a gym to understand what it us to lift weights. And vets like myself who need a little motivation now and again !! I need ideas when I am at the gym and this app is great for that. I don't want anything else, just exercise ideas and guidance. Recommended.
It's perfect, it allows you to customize the workouts, the only downside you can't move the exercise down or up if the machine you use It's busy.
I will have to say as I once was a personal trainer. This app is a very great way to get restarted. Or for a person that has been training for a while.
App is great, Exactly the type of app I've been looking for so far. Features that would be nice. Equipment List So the user lists what Equipment they have, and the app adds it to its DB and displays what the user can do. .gif play back for the excercise icons in the workout page. Would be nice.
I used to play football and loved going to the gym, back then, coach usually gave us a lifting sheet that we would do for the day, but now that I've graduated, I don't get those anymore. I tried going to the gym and just winging it, but I feel so unfocused and kinda lost on what to do when I'm there, this app helps me focus on what areas I want to push, and gives me suggestions that when by myself, I never would've thought of. Even tho ads are annoying, i get it & hope you keep up the great work
Great for customized workouts. I'm an old timer in the gym and needed a workout plan/schedule that I could create on my own. This delivers big time. Very simple to use, I was up and running in under ten minutes.
Love this app, there's plenty of pre-designed workouts to help you to maximize whatever you're trying to do. Weight loss or weight gain. Also gives you instructions on how to do each exercise. Doesn't matter if you're a beginner on a veteran there is something you can learn from this app.
Wish it had more workouts! (Edit) Also wish there was a search bar when creating your own workouts!
I was using a different app for years and I though it was great. I got a new phone and, much to my chagrin, my favorite app was no longer supported. I searched for a bit and found this app. It is 100 times better than my old favorite!!!
Really easy to follow and use. I loke to work out but have a hard time exercising without having something or someone to follow and this really helps.
AWESOME app! I'm someone who struggles with following other people's workouts but this app definitely helps. It has pre-made workouts but my favorite part is all of the exercises they include. From bench pressing to push-ups to cable pulls and kettlebells they have it. And if they DON'T have it, you can add "custom" exercises that you can select and add. I mainly use this app to customize my own workouts and it's still 100% worth it.
