Great BUT.. The app's great but it will drain your battery. My phone's battery can last up to two days but since I use the app, it barely goes through one afternoon... I end up not connecting it to the watch during the day but only at night to save my daily scores. Also, I haven't found any feature allowing us to change the footstep measurement. It is way too sensible. It counts steps when you're just moving your arms around or even when you're sleeping.

I love this band, I had a problem and the team came through (I can't connect to my phone, all of a sudden it's asking for a password which I didn't turn on, and it's not giving me an option to change password or even the "forget password" option, it was working fine before, now I'm basically locked out. FIX IT, FIX IT NOW, once it is fixed I will give a better rating.) Thanks it's fixed I can get back into the app, everything is working how it's supposed to, so as promised here's 5 stars.

Used this app for a while now and mostly it does the job main problem is that it's inconsistent with updating. Steps are generally ok but the rest are haphazard needing me to disconnect and reconnect too often. After some months of use I've discovered that by swiping down it downloads up to date information. The only remaining difficulty is it doesn't always get sleep patterns right. In

I've used this app for a month with my blackview smart watch, the watch I have no issue with, the app however can be hit or miss , step counter works fine, although I lost 2 weeks worth of data, I seem to only have 3 modules , steps , heart rate and sleep , the app in store shows more, these are however not available. Overall though I'm pretty impressed.

Tried two different watches, first wouldn't even come up on the list of available bluetooth devices on my phone when I scan. The second showed up in the list, but still would not connect through the app. I tried turning off/on bluetooth on the phone; restarting the phone, restarting the watch... no connection for either watch. The product is complete garbage and wasted my time. Both are being returned to amazon.

Decent but could use improvements such as allowing the user to go back and change info after the watch uploads it (specifically sleep as that is off by literally hours from some watches). Overall it's a pretty user friendly app especially given limitations of the watches it can work with. Using a Nemheng AK38, well aware it wasn't going to be the best hardware when I bought it, but it would be nice if the phone software made up for some of the limitations.

I love this app! It works well, stays connected well, and there are many options for watch faces. CAN YOU add an option for hands when using a photo upload for the face though? I would like to use a photo of an antique watch I saw as my watch face, but it would need hands instead of a digital readout.

My kids got these watches for Xmas. All I want to do is set the correct time/date and change from mrtic to imperial units. It doesn't seem possible to do this without granting this all all permissions and setting up notifications for the watches. My kids don't need messages and notifications from my phone. I just need the date/time to be correct. So frustrating!

I have had to install and reinstall more than I can count, the watch and app doesn't have any pairing connection. It's ridiculous that It will not connect after following the troubleshooting process. I don't know if the band name is the same or what. I really like the watch but it's not working for me.

Everything is perfect on this app, except taking 2 stars off for no watch faces option to add more faces. No matter how many times I go over this app, they are not there. Pretty sad that almost all smart watches on the market have more than 4, this one just has 4 for the BlackView X2 watch. This app, just does not have anything on it, saying watch faces at all. Even uninstalling app and reinstalling does nothing. There are just not more watch faces for this smart watch. Hopefully, this will be fixed, or I will buy another watch that can do more faces.

Step counter is not 100% accurate as it counts steps when you swing your arms around while sitting. Can't get the sleep tracker to work, manual does not give any clear instructions. If anyone can help me get it to work I would appreciate it.

Data reading to match time in blood pressure reading can't be done, it's next to impossible. You can drag down for eternity and you won't match times. HB, battling forever with this and it never gets fixed. Fix, and I will up from one star.

Great app, but the last upgrade didn't fix the issue stated. I still can't get the weather on my watch. It still says open hband for weather. Worked great in the beginning but now weather doesn't work at all. Even on the app.

The App is not bad. What annoys me is that you can not configure the kind of notification you want from an app. From WhatsApp I get all notifications, like "checking for new messages", "WhatsApp Web active" etc. The same happens for Emails... I want a notification only if I receive a new message. Can you fix this? Thank you

Just get new fitbit and has to run within app - they have to do some work to pull up with competition as interface and dashboard is looking like from early 90s. Manual guide says correct things, but app on mobile doesn't have those features.

Been using hband for a year and a half. Have found it fits my needs and is more stable and accurate than others. Please please please add sync to health apps such as google fit, sansung fit or other fitness such as myfitnesspal. Or add a food diary and calorie calculator.

I have been wearing my watch for a week and this app isn't picking everything up, such as two to four hours of movement at work doesn't even register anything. But it does alert me when I have a message. The sleep app does not work at all either.

For a lower budget watch this app is very well laid out and has worked great for the year I've had the watch, I mainly have it for pulse and blood pressure and it is pretty accurate, this watch/app will do most of the things MUCH more expensive watches like Apple, Samsung and FitBit will do.

Weather push has been broken for several months. No way to export data. Sleep data was OK but iffy since last update. No developer contact info. Had watch for a bit over a year and overall happy with it.

Extremely upset with this. No attachment for charging was sent with watch. I don't have any charger that wants to work with this watch. I have to 'play' with my charger to finally get the contacts on the watch to recharge the battery and then the time shows up with a different time zone. Can't find where to change the time zone so the watch does not show the correct time for my zone.

So far so good. It works perfectly in pair with Zeblaze Neo. This app deserves 5 stars if it has ability to change watch faces.
