2 Game modes
- In “Casual Mode”, players choose their piece of music, our system will match the players who are choosing the same piece and same difficulties for them. Also, they can also skip the search and enjoy their own solo play.
- In “Arena Mode”, there is a tournament every week. Players could enter the arena with their virtual coins in the game. Every match will face a random player in the rest of the world with a random piece of music and difficulties. The more matches won, the bigger rewards they got.

I used to love playing this game, but after redownloading the game I can't get pass the start screen. It keeps saying that it failed to connect to the server. I've checked my wifi multiple times and it's working fine with everything else. I've even redownloaded the game multiple times but it still doesn't load. I hope it gets fixed soon.
Really amazing take on a rhythm game, however the controls can be bit finnicky and the toolbar on my samsung a10e gets in the way. I don't mind though, and it hardly takes away from the game! :) edit: It never connects to the server. I uninstalled it temporarily to make space; now i cant redownload the data i previously lost, it wont connect to the server.
It's a good concept but the execution is terrible. The slides are buggy and you can't even play the hardest modes on the songs untill you've grinded it for hours to unlock it. The multi-player isn't the best either. Leveling up is easy so you can get to arena fast enough but the 'searching for opponent' during a normal song never works. It would be a lot better if you could make rooms like in osu. And the download time is way to long. It took me a long time to download but it's a really big game
i seriously love evrything about it. the life span can be fully charged after levelling up or if you would leave it alone. i love the songs though it is quite unfortunate that the songs are limited, it would have been better if different songs would unlock each time you level up, but you can buy songs (if youre lucky). i dont mind tge ads. i love the difficulty. but tge arena mode is quite rare for me because there are usually no arena available.
To Dev Plz extend the note line (so we can even touch the note from outside ring), and plz add reduce note size (so that the note won't look too big (the note, not the touch area !)) Other than that, it will make the ring looks bigger and easier to touch (this will make the note range larger so we can still see the incoming notes even with high speed)
I absolutely loved the game. I played it a lot and even invited a friend and we had a lot of fun, but one day (keep in mind that i never deleted the game when i got it on the phone im currently on) it stopped working. It kept saying "failed to connect". I played this game for hours and found some new fav songs. Ill miss the game a lot. I hooe it comes back
This game's good. The gameplay is pretty good, I like it. The only major con of this game in my opinion is that a lot of the songs are unfamiliar. In my opinion what this game needs is some Eurobeat and m.o.v.e, along with more familiar anime songs. If you can do that I might rate this game higher. Also it'd be great if you can make this game offline at least with single player.
Really great app, reminds me so much of MaiMai! Like other users here, I think an offline mode would be a great feature. I'd hope the Arena is brought back... especially if all the daily quests are going to be about challenging other players -_- Also the news tab is not showing up for me, even though I can see event info in the song menu.
Almost Identical to the arcade game Beatstream, and thats not a bad thing. My only gripes are the stamina mechanic and the low amount of songs at first ( the SLOW song unlocking if you dont spend real money doesnt help here). Also wish i could pick harder difficulties without clearing easier difficulties first.
I used like this game but now I can't even go in, at the start of the game it take a long time to connect and after waiting it says fail to connect to server. Even though my wifi is working just fine.pls fix it, then I will rate it 5 star.
Not a bad game it's just that the circle that the notes come out of is too big to comfortably fit on a rectangle phone making it hard to hit lower notes, really wish they gave the option to resize it.
I don't know if this happened to other players but I can't seem to play the game? It's always stuck at the loading screen. At first I thought that it was because my wifi's not fast, but when I tried it again with my relative's wifi (way better than mine) it's still the same..
I would give this game a much higher rating - but I'm stuck on the "News" screen without anything showing up, and it won't let me through. It's entirely unplayable. Please release an update to fix this. :(
If i can rate 0 star i will. I used to love this game, stop playing for quite sometimes as my screen was very small. Now i change my phone and has bigger screen. So i reinstall this game on my new phone. It ask whether do I want to manage call anot, after that it said fail to connect. PLEASE UPDATE THE GAME!!! I suspect the last update was 3 years ago. Or did the people who created this app........ nvm, I hope for good news.
This is a pretty good game! But I actually have a complain. While playing this game about 10 minutes or so, it always says that Hachi Hachi is not working. I have to keep opening this game when it keeps doing that. A device that I'm using is Motto E4 Plus. And I'm not sure if it's just my phone or it's this app. If it's this app, hope you fix it :)
I use to love this game and i would love to play it again but I cannot log in, it keeps saying, "Failed to connect to server." I never had this problem before into I tried to play again after a few years. My wifi isn't bad either so I don't know what to do to be able to play the game. Please fix this.
playing on a phone, the touch detection area for notes is abysmal. would be nicer if the calibration settings allows the detection area to be scaled way up pass 100%. unfortunately i dont have enough patience to get used to the game. shame as i enjoy maimai alot
Really like the style of the game but if I have one thing I can comment on is that there is no restart button in the game which is unfortunate because it took more time to quit the song and then play it again. Please add this feature! Thanks :)
Great game, love the graphics! It'd be awesome if we could collect more than 100 coins per day but, in the other hand, I guess that makes it even more challenging. Loved it!
Fun gameplay. What isn't fun is having to unlock every difficulty to every single song and having to play through slow and boring easy modes.
Basically a portable maimai,you can play with others(rarely anyone at all) or with yourself(not that kind).The music is pretty good imo.The standard ones you would find in every japanese rhythm games ever.
Looks like servers may have been shut down a few years ago. Rather unfortunate as it seemed like a pretty cool game. Not sure how it's still allowed on the store though since it's actually legitimately unplayable.
so the game won't connect to the server, I denied it the manage phonecalls permission cuz I'm to scared to allow that to happen, so like yeah... it doesn't work
all the games are great and i really love the music. the only problem it is almost imposible to find an oponent or it took a long time to find one.
It has been 2 years since i played hachi hachi, i suddenly remember it now i and downloaded it but why is it keep saying connection failed? Even though i re started it why😭😭😭 please i want to play it again 🙏😭 is it a bug or something???, Please fix it.
There is no auditory response to touch. You may play five songs until waiting to recharge. Unfortunatly, this app apears to be mostly abandoned. It has not updated since january 2018
Your game is the most annoying game ever!! You cant even get in the game because it says "Failed too connect" when you have good wi fi SO FIX IT
Its really fun and tbh best mobile rythm game ive seen, its really satisfying and has a good selection of songs, only critique i have is that the first time starting the game the song download takes a while if your internet isnt great
The charts are extremely fun. It's challenging and the game is not afraid to make you use more than 2 fingers even on the second highest difficulty. The only thing I don't like is that extreme (highest difficulty) chart takes an extremely long time to unlock. It prob takes around 50-100 hard clears to unlock it. There's also a energy system to play the song. :( The automatic calibration also feels a little off? Game definitely recommended for more experienced rhythm game players.
