The app never seems to work. When I was looking for a doctor, using the search method, I kept getting a network error. I tried with & without wifi to see if that helped, it didn't (shocker). Most recently I tried to log in (multiple times throughout the last week), and I'm being told i don't have an eligible plan (when i most certainly do). I'm just going to stick to the website, since it's faster than the app.

App is absolute garbage. It will list providers but doesn't tell you what their specialty is, their status with United (preferred, etc.) and doesn't have a full list of services for the 'estimate cost' feature. And all these shortcomings were just the few I found within the first 10 minutes of using the app. A long way to go to make this a useful app. Maybe their website will be useful....

The app is intuitive, easy to navigate. I wish it displayed the amount I owe in the claim list view so I don't have to go into each claim to see that. The filters are great, though, to display only the claims where I owe the provider. This app is better than others I have used from other medical insurers.

Surprisingly good app from a health insurance co. Would like to see EoBs rendered in a mobile-friendly format rather than having to pinch-and-zoom pdfs. Would also be nice to have access to benefits info. But otherwise, everything does what it says it should, and it hasn't crashed yet.

App has a bug in Settings--Billing and Shipping--Shipping Adress--Add New Address option. It shows address lines but does not allow to enter address. Called customer service on the provided phone. Spent 10 min reporting this bug in 10 different ways but girl did not understand anything and just blindly followed the book trying to navigate me thru registration, which I already did. Also application doesn't allow to add Search Doctor to Home Page. Useless app, uninstalled.

The app is very convenient, however, I can only look back on 6 months of claims and EOB. That is very frustrating especially since it gives the option to look back up to the entire previous year. If that could be corrected, then I would give it 5 stars. 4/7/19 - After app was corrected, it is working great! I updated to 5 stars!!!

I really do appreciate the super friendly support at all times of the day and the very knowledgeable staff, I just wished the application itself however was more up to modern standards in regards to navigation and flow of use. Other than that its been a great experience!

Makes this insurance stuff a lot easier. Very detailed and very clear. Any questions that I might have had in the past are immediately answered and can be found in this app. It's nice and convenient to have this available on my phone instead of having to call to get the answers Im looking for. The graphics help a lot as well. 5 Star rating all the way.

trying to access my medical card. i can see it, but can't download it. there buttons to either send an email or a fax!! well fax is useless, and the email just says "give access to SD card". no Android prompt asking for access, just a toast message with no more information. pretty bad usability and I'm only left with the option to take a screenshot

Interface for adding address to ship is awful. You have to touch to the very right of any field to enter data, which is very unintuitive...and it continually says it then cannot look you up. I like the virtual cards but make signing up for home delivery easier!

I have been trying for months to get into this app and it keeps saying.... network error we're having trouble reaching the network. I've not been able to get in or get it fixed hopefully someone from tech support will see this and help me because I haven't been able to get through to anyone

I have tried multiple times, over multiple days, uninstalled/reinstalled the app, and I keep getting the error message that the service cannot be reached. Doesn't matter if I'm using cellular data or wifi. Makes the app pretty worthless if it can even be used.

Trainwreck. This app is practically unusable. I've been locked out of it for years. The support calls to India i tensifies the frustration as I am asked to cinfurm my identity in the ridiculous phone tree then again more confirmations with the outsourced tech to unlock the stupid app. Uninstalling. I will die before I use this app again. Literally.

Overall an easy to use app. One major problem being the default payment option shown is a non existent HSA bank account, and I now have 6 payments being in the process of cancellation by Instamed. Spoke to customer service, and they themselves have difficulty in convincing their internal tech support about the issue that exist only in the mobile app.

This is one of the worst apps I've ever used. Information takes months to update. It is slow and unresponsive. And there is almost no information on the app, if I want to find out anything it is infinitely easier and more time efficient to call, wait in the queue, and speak to someone to get the info I need.

I have never been able to use this app. I set up an account, logged in once, the next time I logged in it said my username and password didn't match. Tried to reset my password, when I entered the captcha phrase three times it tells me my account is locked. When I called the number provided by the app for support they tell me they cannot reset my password because my phone number is not on file. My employer and UHC say my phone number is on file. Have gone through this 6 times. I just want to see my claims! Never got the option for them to come via USPS mail!

The app has a convenient on hand ID Card. However, you cant pay your bill on this App. You can see your claims and benefits but that's it. Changing PC will direct you to wait for a return call from someone who will call you in a few days. Is there another app that takes payment that I'm unaware of? or do I still have to call to make a payment?

Garbage. Tutorial shows all the things you can do with the app. Search for providers etc. When you complete tutorial all it has is claims made. Not a single bit of useful information to be garnered. It's absolute trash. Much money as UHC pulls in you could have invested in a better app or website at least (also trash by the way).

The doctor's offices are frequently misclassified (cardiologists listed as family medicine or internists) resulting in a lot of wasted time on the phone and confusion. The app lists very few doctors that accept united compared to how many are actually accepting it. This app seems to refer people to a very small pool of healthcare providers. I'm unsure if there is a paid advertising aspect to this app or what the situation is. It's honestly made my search for a healthcare provider more difficult

I just downloaded the app. There is no way to veiw a list of In Network providers and there is no way to veiw your plan's schedule of benefits. Kinda ruins the point of having a network and an application. Thanks for the reply, I boosted stars.

It would make perfect sense if you were able use this app for all accounts medical, dental, vision and prescriptions. It would also be helpful to view all of your claims and pay what is owed from this app. It's very complicated to use so many different apps for each entity and to login to so many different websites just to see your over all benefits and claims etc. With technology these days we should be able to view, pay, etc. in just one app and just one website for all benefits you have.
