I have lost my all photos and videos. I have saved more than 2000 important photos and videos. It felt really very bad to use this app. Those pictures are collected more than a year. For years I've used the paid version of this app including paying the monthly fee for cloud storage. I recently changed phones and have lost EVERYTHING because the new app doesn't offer the ability to log into an existing account (had to create a new one), nor will it allow me to connect to my Google Drive (keep getting an "exceeded attempts" error. I've emailed both support and premium support and have gotten no response. I'm sure there's some answer, but as of now I'm faced with no data. The "fix" that's supposed to "find your files" does not work for me either as I'm assuming that's because I was using cloud storage and not files on my device. I'm unbelievably disappointed.
App requested a permissions update today, and after updating permissions all of my folders and files are now completely gone. This app usually functions fine, but now I've just lost hundreds of files and don't seem to have any way of getting them back. Last time this happened was a user error with transferring data to a new device, but this time it's an issue with the app itself.

My experience so far with this app was good. I used it to hide some personal family photos and videos since my friends always used my phone. I got a new device recently and reinstalled the app. I uploaded photos and videos to it. Today, I was scrolling through them and a relative asked for one video, I unhid it to send the video only for the video to be unable to send. When I played it, I discovered that the video had been corrupted at the ending and thus could not be sent. I am really furious.
I woke up to find that my folders were deleted. I had to go to cloud backup, then restore it. But the only way I could complete this was to PURCHASE extra storage, although it was the same amount of pictures that were stored prior to the deletion. I had to comply because the documents are needed for court. I retrieved my files and I'm deleting this app.

I'm using your app nearly 4 years, i had a very great experience till day before yesterday. I checked today all my data suddenly disappeared. I lost nealry 10000 (photos + videos). I couldn't find yet I somehow managed to check in my phone files and I got to know for samsung it was in Program data>Android>Languages>Pictures. The videos are playing but all the photos are in different file format which I couldn't recognize and can't able to convert. I sincerely expect you guys to fix these issues.
As soon as I updated this app, I lost all the photos and videos that I had saved in it. When I opened the app, it started freshly as if I had not used it anytime. The password remained but all the photos folders and videos were erased from it. They were precious collections of lifetime for me.
For those having issues finding their old files after an update: 1) Make sure you gave the app Storage Permissions. 2) If no luck, uninstall and reinstall, then go through the process to add a folder in order to trigger permissions dialog. 3) Now go to Settings, Advanced Settings, Find Missing Files. It will now scan your old directory and you'll be able to see your old files again. 4) Come back here and fix the negative review you left when you were angry and thought you'd lost everything. 😉

This app is good, in concept, but poorly executed. Over the years that I've used it, I've had a few nitpicky issues with it, top of the list being that you seem to have no control over how files are organized in folders. The problem now, though, is that any time there's an update, it's a roll of the dice whether or not you'll loose all your files. I just lost all of mine, for the third time... I'm done. Uninstalling the app.

Using this app since last 3 years without problems. After recent update, all my files were not visible. Just try this, in the app go to Settings>Advanced Settings> Find Missing Files > Complete the scan and then go back and see, my files were restored after doing this.
