Hide Pictures Keep Safe Vault

Love this app, it's the best one I've found that stores your photos behind a pin lock. I am looking at getting premium for all the features but i have a suggestion. Would you be able to add the ability to create folders within folders to make categorising photos easier. Right now i have to just put the individual folders that are similar next to eachother rather than being able to add a parent folder to encompass those folders. Thanks for reading!

This app is pretty good, however there is no consistency when importing pictures so you have to manually import them one at a time. Other than that it's pretty good and I am really glad that when the free premium ends all your photos save. I would definitely recommend! Scratch that, talk about an AD take over, can't even upload 3 pictures without an AD that signs you out so you need to put in your password again.

Update: it took them time but they did fix the issue, give it a try but have backups. Update: as you can see they are telling everyone to reach out for help.. Lol what a joke, they simply tell you they know of this issue and are working on it. For two months now, why not just roll back the app?... I don't know what they did but they've locked out all my photos. They show the title quantity but they're all blank and won't view, export or unlock. Gone from average to terrible.

None of the pictures in it ever loads, better apps out there that do what this thing does and for free. Also they charge a ridiculous amount of money for the subscription which again, you can get for free. This feature is built in on every new apple or android phones in 2022. Would highly recommend to my worse enemy.

Used to be good but now the screen is covered with ads the entire time. As soon as you close one, another opens. This is not an exaggeration. 2/3 of your time in the app is spent with full screen covering ads that take at least 10 seconds each to skip. Genuinely unuseable at this point.

This app has a subscription model attached to it.. monthly 12.99, yearly 39.99 and lifetime 149.99..so obviously the focus is to get you to invest in this...which would work except who going to pay a monthly fee for am app that sometimes work and sometimes it doesnt? Also plastered with ads and other unnecessary bs. Save your time and energy folks.. its not worth it.

It's terrible, I had the limited premium feature on and when it ran out I was locked out from all my files and it takes forever just to recover all of those things, you need to get your app fixed and make it so people can collect the such files they want to keep before disabling it and locking them out of their own files.

This app is constantly crashing There are even times when it crashes back-to-back-to-back. There's times that even crashes as soon as you open it up. Other than this problem, obviously a very App breaking everything else seems to be working very well. I really wish that it didn't do the constant crashing so that I would actually feel like paying for the premium before the complimentary free trial runs out. I'm not gonna pay for a app that keeps crashing over and over.

Great app, my only tiny problem is its automatic landscape when tilted while watching a video. You just tilt your device sideways and still watch a video is portrait mode. It is so uncomfortable 😫

More like adware now. The new ads change where the skip button is, and the icon, so as to disorient you and make you accidentally click on the ad. This kind of behavior makes me worry about what else they're willing to sell out on, like security.

The app stop working mid import and refused to open, now all the pictures and videos that were imported are gone. Would never recommend this app to others. It has only one job that is yo protect the data we entrust to it, instead all the data was destroyed. It failed at the one thing I needed it for and it did so within minutes of me downloading it.

It certainly does the job! Backing up, removing from viewable directories, appropriate level of discretion. As a premium subscriber, I enjoy its simplistic UI and multiple albums for organizing, but it definitely lacks the functionality of sorting and filtering. I submitted an email to suggest this and got a REALLY quick response, so I hope to see the feature added in the nearby future. Edit: Still no features requested on 11/2021, but no issues! Keep up the good work 👍

I have used this app for a long time, up to now this has been the best app. Once I logged in, it stated my free premium expired and need to subscribe. Problem is, I been subscribed to them for a while. I contacted support, they told me I had to go back to basic and try again, which would eventually delete files because of the folder size. Smdh! Disappointed, pissed because I can't access my files, looking for a new app ASAP!! Any recommendations??

Till date the best app..I had UC vault and even calculator but when my mobile got formatted lost all personal and private photos but Keepsafe restored back all..only issue the basic version should have little more safe. Anyways keep it going guys.

Used to work well but I can't view most of my pics saved in this app recently. I can see the number of pics in the folders but can't open them any more. Many others are having exactly the same issue. Can't believe the app has caused such a broad user data loss. You need to fix this immediately.

Love this app but wish it had some better tools for organizing my photos. The ability to date photos, and a better way to organize photos within a folder.

If you always choose the basic, than you'll be prepared to loose some video or photos. All my videos have been uploaded to the cloud without moving it to the gallery or other place. Suddenly when I try to view some videos today, five of the videos cannot be play although the files show uploaded mark. After contact the support team , manage to get 4 out of 5. And this is the second time I lost videos. Will move all out to PIC Lock, never have issue with the apps.

Worked well for a very long time. Now I couldn't play any video from the app, had to export all videos back to my normal files, and some of the videos got corrupted in the process. It also takes a very long time to put files back and to back-up the files.

Thank you very much for a really great customer service!!! My 1 month premium trial has expired recently and i thought I will loose all my files in the app. I reached for customer service and they have extended my premium for a few days so that I can take all my files safely and switch to basic!!! Thank you so much!!

2-year premium member. I have hundreds of photos and videos lost due to this app. I have cloud backup turned, that did not matter. When I log in, the photos and videos are blank and say "cannot open video". I have never been more angry at a supposed "premium app" in my life. Those lost videos were irreplaceable.

Won't let me export or download any files, they are all corrupt. Thank you for destroying my private property, your app drains my phone's battery and occupies more ram then all other apps combined.

Great app to hide photos. Horrible if you want to create a different account in the same phone it is just impossible to do it.

The app is really good for storing and backing up files. I just wish they can expland the amount of files you can back up.

The app is good, when you close out of the app the tab automatically closes its self so you can't see that you were on it. It's easy to put pictures and videos in but sometimes you will click to put the picture on and it won't show up than you have to wait half a day them try again

Lost any and all respect. The app will ask you if you wanted to delete some items and I accidentally clicked yes because they made the buttons are so freaking small. So it deletes 22 documents that I now have to PAY to get out of THEIR TRASH CAN.. F# scam.
