I really like this app. After each session you complete, it lets you rate the session and depending on your rate, it'll ujust it for your next session. But the one thing I don't like is that you can't specifically mark which exercises you hate. You just have to skip it in your sessions. I hope that the developers could make it where there is an option in the exercise list where you can mark which exercises you love and hate.

I am trying to improve my diabetes, mental health and weight. I struggle to work out lately, so I use this while the kettle boils! The joint friendly is great, and I adapt some exercises so that I can stand (I do push ups using the counter, for example). I feel stronger and leaner. I also have a bit more energy. Another great feature is it asks if the workout was too easy or hard, so it will adapt it next time. Love it!

Great app especially for beginners. Allows you to set your own difficulty level. Only problem is the ads (but at least they don't interfere with your session) and maybe it could have a reminder alarm for those who need that encouragement. Overall I'm satisfied, I've been using the app for a few months now and definitely see results (fyi I use it in conjunction with my own workouts).

Its great app but it can use some slight changes. Like a countdown timer before starting the exercise. Beginners like me cannot get all the information they need about the exercise from the gifs. It would be great if you can include some tips about how to do the exercises correctly. Giving out tips during the workout using voice works even better.

My favorite exercise app. While I do enjoy the apps with a preset plan, I really prefer this one. I like being able to adjust time and difficulty on an individual, day to day basis. I find myself sticking to my workouts better that way. If I am having an off day, I am much more likely to complete my workout if I can change it as needed. With the preset, 30 day plans, I am more likely to just skip the day than complete a workout I just don't feel up to.

Great cardio workout. There is enough time to change between exercises. The exercises are easy to follow and challenging enough to work up a sweat. I like that you can preview the exercises before you start. I also like how it asks at the end of your workout whether it was easy, just right or too hard and it adjusts the workout for you the next time. Definitely recommend this app for anyone, from beginners to hard core exercisers! Probably the best workout app I've used.

Great app for cardio fitness when I can't run. The characteristics I like best about this app are: 1) there are a great variety of exercises and each are demonstrated by video; 2) the difficulty is adjusted based on feedback that I provide; 3) exercises that I dislike can be skipped. I have not found anything that I dislike about this app.

Excellent HIIT app! The workouts are super simple to follow and provide a fantastic full body exercise. Each exercise is demonstrated on screen with the workout timer next to it. There is no need for any equipment either; just you in your living room. If you use some type of casting device, such as Chromecast, you can cast the phone image and audio directly to your TV. Highly recommend!

Decent app, pretty basic but is good for someone starting out like me. 4 instead of 5 because sometimes the cues to don't work so if you're in the middle of an exercise and can't see your screen and it doesn't tell you to stop, that is annoying. Also, I tried purchasing the premium to get rid of ads but says in app purchase not available.

Love it. Only downside is not enough time is given to transition from an upright workout to a mat or plank position. An interactive voice would also help. You want to quit but the voice would say half-time, countdown 3-2-1. Gives an extra push to keep going. Also advise on alternative simpler workout. E.g. if this is too hard, hop on both legs. Or too easy add weights. Please add stretching routines on the home page. Have to outsource those from a different app after using cardio.

I really like this app. Simple to use and generates different workouts based on your ratings for the difficulty of the workout you just performed. I really like the joint friendly option too. It's very useful when I workout at home since I live on the second floor and there aren't a lot of jumping or bumping movements. I alternate between the hiit mode and joint friendly mode and it's perfect!

I've use this app 5 days a week with dumbbells for about 5 months (HIIT 30 min.). I'm a pretty fit person and find the workouts to be very challenging and rewarding. I've noticed a huge difference in my muscle tone with legs after 4 months. And I've never had better looking arms due to the tricep push-ups! My abs look great too. To prevent glitches, make sure phone is fully charged or plugged in.

LOVE this app. I never write reviews but I like this app that much. I use the custom workout feature. I like building my own workouts for me and my friends. We put it on a 62 in tv in my home gym and it's great. I'm excited to see some new features like sharing a custom workout with a friend who also subscribes and the ability to add a custom exercise. My favorite workout app! It's great for all levels and ages.

It's truly an incredible. To be motivated while exercising on your own is tough enough, let alone needing to think of a routine on top of that. It gives you a range of great HIIT exercises that can be changed to cater to your joints. It allows you to set how long you would like to train for and keeps a record on how you found the session afterwards by rating the difficulty level. All exercises are well and fully illustrated. You can play your music in the background to keep yourself pumped.

It's good however there's a glitch I've experienced with this app that is, in my opinion quite destructive. I do cardio for 10-20 minutes and sometimes the app will abruptly exit the session with no warning in the middle of the session, so there are times I'm frustrated because I'm not sure have I finished my 10 minute cardio or not.

This (and others by Fitify) seems to be the best of all the apps of this type. The voice is not annoying, there are no intrusive ads, the videos are simple. There doesn't seem to be an option to add music, though it can play simultaneously in the background on my phone...

I like this app. It shows you the exercise and has a timer for work periods and rest periods automatically built in. There are different typez and levels of workouts and adjustable length of workout times. Its can be done pretty much anywhere you don't mind playing on the ground. It's been good for me so far.

Just started using this app recently, but so far so good. The exercise length you would like can easily be chosen and the High-Intensity Training leaves you feeling good. Sweat production is definitely increased by 200%😂 Overall a great app with really easy to use features and is customisable with your own workouts too. Definitely going to recommend to friends and family.

HIIT workout contains a wide range of cardio based exercises, but if you choose to do a 20 minute training everytime you plan to do exercising, the variety usually stays the same and I notice same exercise pattern based on 20minute routine. They should be more diversified. Aswell notification timer function does not work properly- when I try switch it, app crashes. Although it doesn't stop me from using it and the ad in the end of training is not so annoying.

Simple, easy layout, instructions for every exercise with a graphic; flexible- allows you to set length of time for training then does the rest of the work for you - gives exercises with countdown timers and voice guidance . Also! A joint friendly section with workouts that are less stress (bouncing, impact) on the joints which I deeply appreciate

Great fit for my fitness level but is flexible and can be adjusted after each session. Love that I can set the duration of my workout and randomize it to keep things fresh and muscles a bit more confused each day. I usually only do 15 minutes, and enjoy that there is a count down, because by ten minutes I'm feeling it!

Well done. Esp for a working dad or mam. Length of a session is configurable so you can easily fit into daily chaos. I started with 5m and that was just about what i could take at the beginnng. It shows what to do how long to the end of the interval and of the session. No eq. other the phone needed. I felt better already after first session. I used books and a sport watch before. This is much better.

Something that is great about this app is its simplicity. No 30 day challenge, no calorie tracker no workout lists, just simply click a button and start doing cardio. Ofcourse you can select the duration of the session. It's just so simple. That's what I'm trying to say.

i love the workouts on this app. my body is sore afterwards and i get sweaty! my only wish is that when you set the time you want to work out for, it accounts for the breaks built into the workout. as it is, when i set a 30-min workout, it only counts the working out, which makes sense, except that the full time will last maybe 40+min, so it makes it hard to figure out how long to set the timer for.
