This was so fun!! I'm a new and it's so hard to find time to go to the gym or do a full workout at home because as soon as you think baby is gonna be asleep for at least 30 minutes...he wakes up. the 4 minutes workout is perfect to squeeze in whenever and even 10 minutes is enough time. it gets my heart rate going and is challenging in a manageable way. Only wish it had alternative workout to do as a beginner, but then again I think anything can be done for 20 seconds. Will continue using!!

This a nice app, it really makes you sweat and feel like the workout was worth. It's hard at first but after few days you get used to it. I like how it has levels (beginner, intermediate, advance) I'm still at beginner hoping to transition to intermediate...... Anyways the app is worth it, give it a try nd remember your beautiful, you body is the right shape.

Quality app! Tried free trials of paid fitness apps that weren't as good as this! It has encouraging prompts, says when you're halfway, has an audible countdown for last 3 seconds, you can run a music app in the background... it just works. Would be good to have more verbal encouragement and a video of someone doing the exercises rather than an animation, but considering it's free it's brilliant.

Quality app for short and intense workouts. Sadly, the videos or not functional, which is a real bummer for anyone who isn't already acquainted with all of the exercises. Would otherwise give 5 stars, but it seems that this problem has been going on for a really long time.

Looks like a great layout for workouts. Now if only the description videos would load so I could actually know what I'm doing for the workouts. Only 1 video loaded in the 4 min beginner workout (the jumping jacks), nothing else will load, so I cant use this app. Please fix this, it's not my wifi or internet data because they dont load on either one.

The app layout looks great. Unfortunately, all the description videos unable to be played. I have already reported the issue to the developer, but there is no response from them. Thus, I have uninstall this app for now. Perhaps, I will download it back once the videos are all fixed.

It's a good app but I would appreciate a count down at the end of each exercise, as it is at the beginning "get ready 3-2-1". It's great there is the vocal for "half way through", would be great to add also "3-2-1 finished". Thanks

Really great workout app especially for those who want a solid routine. It's great that the how to portion lists the steps to do each workout, but it would be nice if there was like a video link or even a .gif to how to do it - the blank space in the how to portion is just empty, so I sometimes would pause the workout and check youtube on how to do a workout

Excellent app!!! You want a good workout at home.look no futher.....i have my headphones blasting music and can still hear her countdowns and next movements. I definitely recommend being were all at home now with now gym.....i don't have weights but this HIT program is GREAT and INTENSE AND IM INLY AT BEGINNER!!!

Overall great app, but would benefit from stretches at the end of each workout that target all muscle groups worked. The one or two stretches offered feel tokenistic & leave tightness/acid build up in muscles worked hard throughout the excellent routines.

Great workouts, however the automated voice doesn't pronounce each activity correctly. Would be better if it was a human voice saying them rather than one from a computer. Other than that great app!

For an app. It has great workouts. You don't have to touch your phone the whole time, it advances on its own. Decently fit person here and I work up a pretty good sweat!

Cool! Very cool app! Different types of training sets and if you have energy enough, you can make your own circuit training from it :)) I use it together with vinyasa and power yoga and dumbbell trainings and this app helps creating a good balance between other training types.

So I was asked to rate this after my first experience with the app, like what happens with most apps. Halfway through each 30 second exercise a lady announces "almost there" the voice grates on me and it's going to be on my mind all day. On the last leg of my commute to work "almost there". Eating that salad and grains, when I really want a bacon sandwich, "almost there". Nearly clocking out time, "almost there". At home making sweet love to the wife, "al-mosttt th-ereeeeeeeeee". grrrrrrrrrrr

For beginners it's a great apps to create your platform, easy to follow and very effective.im in the army and still 4min of tabata did push my fitness to my comfort zone..I do recommend to anyone who want to get fit and dont have time.. U can do it from the comfort of your home to any spare 4min time you have on your lunch break..

Some of the workout are unfortunately very repetitive which takes the fun out of it. Otherwise it's an ok app for a few weeks. Then you gotta move on to the next one.

Really enjoy this app, am a beginnner and haven't been doing much cardio training in a while. Just on the 4 minute beginner training it has got me really sweating and working hard but the training is just right for a beginner or for those who have done training and are familiar with the workouts but haven't been training in a while.

I'm a SAHM with 2 toddlers 4 and 2 years old so I don't have a lot of time. when I can't make it to the gym this is perfect or even when I can it's good to just get some extra cardio in at home quick style. only thing is I wish they had a voice telling me which move is coming up.

Wow, these workouts are simple but so effective. Easy to fit into your everyday routine. I thought I was reasonable fit, not so sure of that when I'm only 4 mins into a 15min beginner session! Really like the reminders that come up too, keeps me moving, feel too guilty to ignore it, LOL!

I would love the option to switch out workouts when there is a workout i cannot do or a rating at the end for how difficult each workout is and tailor it a bit so we are actually able to perform each workout to the best of our ability

There is no warm up or cool down introduced in this app. Beginners, who you also claim to cater to, require assistance with both warming up and cooling down after a high intensity interval training. The fact this is not offered is irresponsible.
