This used to be the best slot app but now greed has taken over. Been playing this app for years and in the past they had the most different slot machines and were not stingy with wins. Over the years they have pulled away more and more of the best games and the machines are very tight. The leaderboard full of bots so don't even try to win a weekly race. The prices of coins is laughable as well. Sorry to say this is not only not the best anymore but perhaps one of the worst. Don't buy in.

This use to be my favorite game to play, it was fair to players that didn't spend money... It had ads you could watch for points that was fair, I would buy extra credits once or twice a week my choice but lately they take more than they give... It's harder to win bonuses and they are lower and farther between... This use to be my favorite game to play but I feel it's not worth my time anymore! It more hassle than fun!

This game has great graphics , that's about all it has going for it, been playing for several years now and game play has become worse, totally rigged game, if anyone is looking for a fun game keep looking, this one isn't it, it's quite amazing and disappointing that in 100+ spins that can't win anything, not even a small win, which is the reason why I stopped buying coins, just a waste of time and money ( don't buy coins it won't help) looking for something better, which shouldn't be too hard.

I don't know what happened to the game but it's spinning and it's saying error then it's going in slow motion like it's programmed to make you lose every spin this game is really screwed up and it's getting worse, to top it off someone from the VIP called and asked me to buy $ 19 dollar coin package for what so I can loose it in 2 minutes what the hell fix the game and just maybe I'll buy again until then I don't care if I drop to the lowest level and when that happens and it looks like it will.

Doesn't seem to pay out much. First started playing it was awesome and now just wants me to buy coins. Please stop resetting the bet amount to max. I just lost 60 billion in 5 spins before I caught it. It is getting very old and tiresome and not fair as this doesn't happen every time you go into a game so you're lulled into not looking. TOO MANY EMPTY SPINS. New and improved does not equate to winning more. Too many empty spins in a row. How about changing it so we actually get more playing time for what we spend?

The new update called Lucky Pet is by far the most deceiving feature on the app. It looks good at first but it actually makes you lose so much more than before. If things don't go back to the regular pet feature, many of us will be moving on to another app for fun.

I enjoy the challenge in the bonus games. My favorite slots are gone, like Terminator, the one w the green witch, Mad Men, to name a few. I dont like most of the games in the competitions, like Freaky or ones where the slots "drop". Some others I use to enjoy are locked at high levels now, like the Pets one or ... Oh i cant remember. Terrible, place to waste your money, 16 wedges on bonus wheel, constantly get the same 3, bonus features are far and in between, they pick and choose who wins, there's weeks I'm lucky if I can get 3 things to line up in a row. Very very poor game, freezes constantly seems like every time you start winning game stops. Almost imposible to win bonuses, ive spun 300-350 spins without 1 bonus round! Coins are very expensive and go quickly, i will not buy anymore. Fix all the bugs and lose all the restrictions you put on free spins and various games! You would make more! Just charge a flat fee say 9.99 for all the play you want with no restrictions even on free spins and money from friends. Only allowing 4 free games from friends... ridiculous!

I recommend not getting this game, it's more frustrating than anything. On top of that you spend more money then it's worth if you want to keep playing. You don't get to play very often or for very long at all. Like somebody said before the bonuses hardly ever hit and it's really annoying. Just avoid this at all cost

This is a terrible game. Game freezes and glitches all the time. And when I tried to contact support it said something went wrong. Deleting the app and will not recommend it to anyone. Would give it 0 stars if it was an option.

Next to impossible to get bonuses. Hourly payouts are extremely small.bonu s Bonuses are still rare and hard to get you never receive a large bonus when you get one and they are getting even harder to achieve been playing emerald Queen for 2 1/2 hours and still have not got a bonus game, something is seriously wrong you will never get a large bonus. I have been playing for a very long time. Never had to buy coins to have fun. The lucky pet was so much fun. Now I have to buy biscuits? Purchased coins don't get free time and they disappear asap. Will not buy anything again. Just not fun for the first time in a very long time. So sad. Feeling like I lost a friend.

I'm at level 2924... downloaded this game years ago... used to like it. But now I think the original sold to a greedy company that has no clue. You can spin (and this is the norm for me) 60 to a hundred spins and NOT get a win over your bet. Of you buy a coin package ( thats $199.00 at my level ) you loose it back to them in 15 minutes of play. I don't understand the thinking of this games controllers, they must think that players find this fun without winning. My advice stay away from Zynga

I used to really love this app, been playing for years, but lately something seems off. I believe Zynga is out to collect more money rather than value their customer's gaming experience. And to be told that the spins are random is pure BS....how do you continue to spin hundreds of times and not see one bonus? Fix this app or you will lose loyal customers.

I love playing this game it helps when I have anxiety, however I am unable to access it today at. I keep getting an error message that says matinence and that the game needs to reload. I've done this several times to no avail. Which is giving me anxiety. My WiFi is working correctly that's not the issue. I even tried just running off my phone. Nothing. For the most part, game is fun. Worst part is coin packs are way, way too expensive & in order to keep your weekly standing, you have to purchase coin packs because the hourly "free" coins are way too low thus making it hard to play very long.

Still the most fun to play even though the payouts decrease the higher level you achieve.. Always updating the game menu: keeps the fun ongoing. Wish the win amounts were more in proportion to the size of the bet, though.

Everything's cool you know I love most of the games but hey I was just saying good enough anymore I mean not good enough but it's they're just not there I mean they don't pay out and then how do you expect to play the high end games when you don't have much and that's particularly like that all the time but is that from being getting paid out or is that from them purchasing them have to literally purchase them and they go quick but if the payouts were better I think this would be better
