Nice app to have when you need to save on gas. A bit hard to use at times, slow to update with offers and ways to save money. Wish it was more consistent and a reward system or loyalty card for sodas & food. I don't get to use this app often but it does save 5-8 cents a gallon when I do. I love Holiday thirst buster fountain drinks wish they offered crushed ice and a loyalty card. Would be great to have a store in my town instead of 20+ miles away. More consistently coupons would be great.

I really like the idea of this app if I could use my rewards without having to bring my phone in everytime. I used to be able to use my phone number and receive my rewards but now my phone number doesnt work. Most of the time I am running inside the store because of the negative degree weather in Alaska forgetting my phone. If the two can correlate I will change my review to a 5 star. Other than that I go to holiday mostly everyday bc the locations are convenient and the prices are reasonable.

So the app is alright, I personally would have made the interface slightly different but it works and is easy, my MAJOR issue with this is I've literally NOT received a majority of the prizes I've won because they never send the text It'd be nice if there was a customer support option or something to contact with issues. It would be even better if I actually received everything I won when I win (which is more often than you would think) if they fixed this it would be 5 star easy

The app functions well for the most part. Unfortunately there were a lot of glitches when it was first released and the gas discount still it's not working. There's a lot of Rewards programs within the app which is nice. The only part I wish was different is that you could save some of the rewards for a period of time and use them when your like to, but that's not a big deal. When things get working completely I've got no problem with a 5 star, but until then it's a 4.

There's absolutely no point to having this app. It doesn't ever apply a fuel discount and there is nothing else having this app offers. There's unused tabs for "deals" and "rewards" without having anything in them. Is this an app in progress? Kwik Trip nails it with their app. This is archaic compared to other gas stations. And, if you're improving things, it would be nice to link my credit account to the app for ease of paying instead of having to carry the card.

The app and the new system for rewards seems too clunky and annoying to use. I can't see any benefit from changing the keyring tab method, which was perfectly quick and simple. This is a good example of what happens when you try to fix something that isn't broken: you usually end up breaking it.

No complaints. Easy to use, always tracks purchases and rewards easily. How about integrating your text and email coupons into the app? A way to load sent coupons to the app, so you don't have to stand at the counter flipping through multiple screens on your phone for scan codes. Otherwise, great!

The change Holiday has made to the rewards platform is so easy to use. Most people have a cell phone and the mobile Holiday Rewards program app has solved my problem of not having my rewards card because I forget it. The app was simple to install and its one of the mor efficient Without a huge learning curve collecting rewards has never been Easier!! The 10¢ off a gallon just for giving it a try was incentive enough for me. The only glitch I find annoying is the automatic redemption of rewards.

Guys the new Fuel Runner game is not executing properly on Android or iOS and hasn't since game launch. The game is not remembering phone numbers, it very seldomly sends a verification code the first time (shouldnt be needed if the users phone number is already cached along with the verification code from initial insertion). And the game almost always hangs at 30-35% loading. Happens on LTE, 5G and local wireless. Gotta look at code operations and look for conflicts in the command flows.

Horrible. Downloaded app, set up my account, and in three hours my phone was practically inoperable. I have plenty of data and ram on my phone to operate, but this about killed my phone. Started to over heat, slowed down typing, downloaded videos. Switching from one file to another was dramatically slower after the install.

In these times of Bidenflation, it is really hard to find best gas discounts. Using your app allows us to reliably find a consistent reasonably gas price without the hassle of searching all the time. Your app is easy to use and an affordably monthly price. Just all around great app and great service.

Confusing app, nothing works on the app except to pull up personal bar code to use at store, but I've been using and scanning card for about 3-4 times a week and still shows no transactions.The instant win/flip to win game worked great, that's the only reason I give app 2 stars or it would have been 1 star. Better apps for competitor's to use and have better savings, rewards to offer. Please redesign this app to stay competitive with others rewards programs.

I made the switch to HolidayGasStations when Speedw*y sold to overseas holding 7** . I should have done it years ago.. Love the rewards , // what bring me here is the game Fuel Runner background ..the trees and the car are black . on my phone and my wifes (LG rebel 4 .. 8.1.0 android ).. I have went through every setting , reinstalled apps .no luck.. But thats ok , Fuel Runner still works.. What strange is that my old LG 6.0.1 it work full color ..:-) Have a great Day !! .

App does not actually connect to the system to give rewards for purchases or on gas. I've used it a dozen times already yet no reward points or savings on gas. If I could do a review with no stars I would. When i mentioned this to the gast station staff he said it hasn't been working. If they fix this connection issue there would be no issues with the app itself and I will be willing to change my review and stars accordingly.

I not only enjoy this reward program but its not hard to contact Customer Service when there is an issue. They even have games to play so you can try & get other rewards. You should get the app and check it out. Plus there is no ads that appear in the middle of your enjoyment of trying to save. It doesn't take much data.

Bring back key fob. Keep It Simple Stupid. Always requiring an app to participate in rewards is poor marketing strategy. Apps are invasive to privacy by requiring personal info, access to all phone data, & trackability of location. Cashiers don't promote or request new barcode/phone#, nowhere to enter at register checkout, fob was quick, easy & private. Unable to tie back to prior fob rewards. No longer a loyal Holiday customer, competitors have my business now. Extremely dissatisfied.

8/20 update app is broken and won't even load barcode anymore. Doesn't transfer BHR rewards; No widget for easy access to scan stupid barcode; Customer service phone line is no good; No way to scan or enter receipts in case you don't have your phone ready at checkout. Down graded to one star because the alternate phone number doesn't even work. You have to use Your mobile barcode on the phone. This is after I've had several cashiers even tell me about using the phone number instead.

For the most part it's okay. Recently, my loyalty card was declined when I entered my phone number (4 times), then with the mobile app ID (2 times). I thought this app needed an update but it doesn't (idk if it can). Hence the reason why I placed three stars.

it stinks. I can no longer get points at the pump I can ok only use them there. I liked being able to swipe my card and accrue points without using them each time. guess I will look for a better deal. don't have time to.run inside to swipe all the time.

I like that they have rewards. But I hate that you have to scan your phone everytime for every reward. Also if you play the game and win something free and don't receive their text even though it is on the screen you don't get the prize you won.

The app doesnt integrate your phone number for fuel rewards. Must go in and use the app. Even then, rewards are few and far between. They broke a good system and replaced it with a terrible one.

I signed up for these rewards yesterday and not only did I have to "create" an account to log in, but it won't show me my reward points and I can't even find a list of what my reward points will get me. And I should not have had to make an account again when I made one yesterday, and it should have recognized my email but it did not. This app, as far as I can tell, is completely useless. It's quite pathetic, really.

Frustrating app when it comes to your contests. Sending me to a web page and asking for location is messy and I'm done playing. Take look at kwiktrips contest app, you'll learn how to do something right.

Best convenience store/fuel station I've ever visited. The sales floor and coffee area were well maintained with a new showroom feel. Customer service always depends on the individual but overall they do a great job with the high volume of people frequenting the business being right next to the airport. No flavored or menthol tabacco is sold at this location in accordance with local laws.

Home page disappeared after only 3 weeks of use, very annoying. tried logging out and even deleting and reinstalling the app. Still no home page. Not worth the trouble to have.

Love the app. As an employee at a Holiday Stationstore I often use it to show customers the specials we have going, how simple it is to use and setup etc.. They usually end up getting the app themselves after that because who doesn't like saving money when it's that easy. 🤑

Horrible app I have purchased almost 60 monsters in the last 2 months and I enter my phone number every time and or scan the appI only get credited for one out of every three or four that I purchased and when I get rewards I cannot redeem them nobody at the gas station here knows how to because the scanning thing does not scan anything it's horrible I have rewards that entitle me to free products and I cannot redeem them.. absolutely horrible app would not recommend

Samsung Note 9. App won't even install. However, the more I learn about the new "Holiday Rewards ", the less I understand why a business would do this to loyal customers. Way fewer rewards, and the fuel discount is laughable. I am likely to start getting more fuel from my local Costco, which would of course be cheaper. This is likely to happen with other cost conscious people, which will also divert in-store sales.
