Hollister So Cal Style

Way worse since upgrade! I wish I would not have accepted the upgrade because it's horrible it doesn't work at all now I cannot add anything to my cart I cannot take anything out of my cart it is extremely annoying!! I'm about to try to uninstall and then reinstall but then it's going to reinstall with the new upgrade which doesn't work so, I don't know I'm extremely irritated and whatever you do do not accept the new upgrade just keep the old version!!

Trying to checkout and submit an order is more painful than drawing blood. Everything works smoothly UP UNTIL checkout where suddenly the app becomes incredibly slow and unresponsive. It's been like this for months. It takes at least 5 minutes to complete a checkout process which is ridiculous.

I really like Hollister products, especially the jeans. I have no issues browsing the app or locating items I'm looking for. The one issue I always seem to have is during the checkout process. It always gets stuck and takes so long to load and most of the time I can't even checkout. I have to browse on my phone/tablet, leave the items in my cart and proceed the checkout from a desktop computer. *the app recently updated and this problem still exists for me*

The styles are great, and I love the rewards programme, but I have to access it through the browser. The app is buggy as hell and thinks I'm in the US rather than the UK even though my address is in the UK and I can find no way to fix it. On browser it automatically puts me in the US too but at least I can actually switch it back there

It was good until the recent update. Now, when you switch away from the app, to answer a text or something, and then switch back, the whole app resets to the home page, completely losing where you were and you have to start scrolling through again. Also, I spent time adding things to the wishlist to give my wife ideas for Christmas. The following day they'd all disappeared, so I'd wasted my time. Basic stuff really ☹️

You have faster access to the deals! Literally can just hop on and see the sales available that you wouldnt see at the store or at other coupon websites. Sometimes there are glitches when I am choosing the In-store pickup option and it takes awhile to load. And I find it odd that everytime I'm on my Saves page, it always redirects me back to the top so I have to scroll scroll scroll down to where I was before and that's annoying Other than that, great app.

This app is fantastic! Very easy interface. The only thing I'd like to see change is the endless scrolling through products that keep going and going and keeps showing the same items. I get the marketing strategy, but very frustrating for the consumer. I never know when I've seen all they have to offer. Great customer service though. Love shopping here.

I love the brade and the overall interface of the app is solid. However, when I go to check out is when the problems starts. When i click into the screen the options are all shaded out and whenever i try selecting pick up or shipping address the app just freezes up in endless loading or blank screen. Tried closing and resetting but the problem still persists. The app wont let me buy anything.

Really great app to shop! I have shopped using this app and it never fails to deliver! But a few things to keep in mind is that when browsing through their products, some of the same clothes repeat. Another thing would be a few glitches in the system of erasing all of my saves! But overall, when working correctly, it's a good way to save some time.

After the latest version was updated on my Android phone, I was able to launch the app. But every time I clicked on an item, the app stopped with a message "Unfortunately, Hollister has stopped". Clearing data and cache of the app, restarting or reinstalling did not help. I have the same problem with A&F app. The other apps running on my phone are fine, which rules out my phone issue.

Out of most shopping apps, this is probably one of the better ones. It's snappy, overall easy to use, and has a nice layout. The navigation at the bottom is kinda confusing with it's grouping of pages and off topic categories. I'm not saying I dislike the Pride Playlist, it just doesn't have a function in a shopping app. Also, an annoying media player widget appears in my notification tray whenever I open the app with the playlist already loaded.

This app is has so many bugs its borderline unuseable. half the time if i try to open it it will say " something went wrong, check your connection and try again" (my connection is fine) and when you do get into the app the pages don't load properly and somtimes the entire app just crashes. It's a shame because I like hollister and the app's UI is clean, they just need to fix the bugs.

So far, it's pretty good. However, one issue I've seemingly experienced to date (which also happens on the website), is where I can only appear to search for the 'instore availability' of a product's size which happens to be available online - obviously, that's not always going to be useful, as 'online' and 'instore' availability are two separate things.

It is a great experience shopping from Hollister the site works very well but only problem I have is l when I try to enter my CVV it is very hard to get it to start typing could be just my awful Motorola but overall I'm dripping all Hollister.

For future reference if you need to change your password and it won't load in the app log into the web version. Love these clothes. Unfortunately every time I get any pretty much someone steals them from me. It makes me want to cry

Super easy to use, however when I go to check out it freezes a lot super annoying. Please fix.

Things are fine for me, maybe because I've learned how to navigate this app for about 3 years. However, there is one thing you need to bring back and that is letting customers know whether the items in their shopping cart is 'fewer than 5 left'. You can only see this on the website. Bring this feature back so that I don't have to bust out the desktpp web page every time. Also, this app has a long way to go with the lag problem.

This app is mostly good, the only thing is occasionally I'll try to log onto the app and it won't let me, telling me that there is a problem and that I should check my internet connection. There is no problem with my connection at all. This will last a few days to a few weeks until it will randomly decide to work again. This is very frustrating so please get this issue fixed. I know im not the only one receiving this issue. Edit: Uninstalling and reinstalling will fix this until it happens again

Great clothes, all the trends, true to size fit, best fit for everyone in my family!! wish I had more coupons or codes! love the store and love the app, the only frustrating niche is they will post a product as a sales, or promotional buy such as BOGO 50% then when you click on the preferred item, every size, color, texture are no longer available..... weird and misleading and ultimately disappointed!!! thank you! App now doesn't load and I purchase lots on there. Disappointed now the app is unusable.

When browsing on this app, if you want to switch between viewing guys and girls there is no way to go back to viewing the other, it stays on the guys side. This app is terribly done

Avoid the app. They charge delivery fees that H&M, ASOS, Oh Polly, Zara and many more don't. I placed an order for £52, I returned all the items and the refund is £36. Ridiculous

Love Holister clothing and the app is nice, but on the website sometimes when you pick a shirt etc. it will give you a cute item that would look good in an outfit with it down below. I really like that feature and seriously miss it ever since I've had the app. Please if you can add this feature. It really gives an easier shopping experience especialy for someone like me that's a little fashion helpless.

Great app for clothing its really a cool app but freezes on checkout

Nightmare of an app. When trying to delete stuff from basket, app would add them back. At checkout, trying to put in my address the app just freezes and when it finally puts my address in, it doesn't put my village but the city I live just outside of. Was so worried my parcel would be sent to wrong place

it takes a while to open up. but when I finally find something that I want to buy the "checkout" area always gives me a hard time. when the information is filled out the "checkout" button goes dull and I cannot click it. I have tried restarting the app but it doesnt work. it gets frozen on the checkout screen.
