Outstanding app. Some ads, but just before and after the workout. Very well organize, explained and effective workouts, without equipment! I am seriously considering interrupting my gym subscription. The app proposes full-body challenges, as well as programs devpted to abs, or arms, or backs + shoulders, or chest, or legs. Each of these programs is very well designed, and the full body ones even vary from day to day. (It would be great if those for specific body parts did too.) 5++ stars.

Lots of free apps like this look really scammy, bombarding you with ads that disrupt the workout. I have the free version and the ad(s) at the end are unobtrusive and easy to skip. I like that the voice prompts do not interrupt my workout music but are still audible. I'm doing the daily full body program on medium. Very short and quick for my morning routine. Probably not enough for a serious athlete, but good enough for me to get back into regular exercising. Can adjust difficulty as needed.

The app is great. The 28 day challenge transformed my body ! The variety of exercise keep things interesting. If I didn't understand an exercise there are written instructions and video links for each so they can be properly executed. Everything can be adjusted for an easier or more challenging work out. The history log keeps me motivated and allows me to hold myself accountable. Minimal add placement and never in the middle of a work out.

I have used this app back in 2020 during lockdown and loved it. Then I downloaded it back again in 2021 it was still good and now it's much better with newer features. I use the free version and it still gives me a lot of workouts and schedules, a few ads here and there is acceptable when you're getting such great features. You are doing a great job.

Very useful app, but: 1. Too few stretching exercises 2. It was better before, when the full body 30 days challenge was only for the upper part of the body. It would have been useful to keep it, simply changing the name. Personally I found it very good in combination with the same challenge for legs. The present full body 30 days challenge is still insufficient for the legs.

I really love this app as it has so many exercises for free or those that can be accessed by watching an ad. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because of the function to make the workouts easier. I would love it if there were the option to change just one type of workout for an easier or harder one and keep the rest the same instead of switching up the whole routine.

Very tiring, but also very fulfilling and self-completing. Definitely try it if you want to build up muscle, keep fit, or lose weight, no matter who you are. The ads are minimal and non-intrusive, letting you concentrate on your workout without interruption whilst giving the app revenue helping keep the app a free experience for you and anyone you know. Would definitely recommend to anyone of any age, gender, weight or height.

I think it's the best app around hand down. Seprate stages for each end every part ofbyour body, and if you want to do a complete body exercise. Using this for over 1 year. It allows you to maintain your fitness with a fitness coach like assistance. Thanks.

The reason I downloaded this app is because it's on the list of apps that sync to Google fit. However, after having used it twice, I can see that it doesn't sync workouts to Google fit, so it's useless to me. The workouts themselves are decent (maybe some beginner exercises are too easy). It's clear the app developers don't speak English as their first language, but it doesn't get too much in the way of understanding the content. PS The developer removes all reviews <5 stars (3rd time I posted)

Almost everything about the app is perfect, save for one thing: the app only has the option to skip an exercise entirely, rather than to substitute a similar exercise in the event a certain one cannot be performed for some reason. An easy example of this would be with incline/decline exercises for those who do not have an appropriately sized surface to lean on with enough space around to work out in.

I have to give this app five stars as in the short time I've been using it (1-2 months) I've managed see progress and have moved from doing a workout a day to doing three. Consistency is key in exercise and with only a mat I feel like I'm getting a really good program that would cost me a lot more than I could afford with a personal trainer. I would like to see it work better with Samsung fitness but otherwise top app.

The app is great and I've been using it for several months now but it does not offer a way to sync with a new phone, not even export the weight data. Even paying the premium! They need to fix this ASAP. Edit: Updated to 3 stars because the dev has replied. Edit: Rated 4 stars because they added the sync. I will rate 5 stars if they sync the *weight data* backwards with Google Fit or at least allow to download it or sync with new devices.

This app also does advertisements right! So many apps nowadays flood your experience with ads. This app regulates the number of advertisements you see making the experience faster, easier, and more helpful.

Perfect fit for me, I like working out at home without having to know a lot or set up my own workout. Usually most 5 and 1 star reviews are exxagerations, but I just can't find a flaw. It's easy to choose a workout and the adequate level. It talks when I want it to talk, it shuts up when I want it to shut up. The workout is set but you can get info on the exercises, and add/skip pauses as you please. Simply wonderful.

Two months of training with this app were an absolute flash so far. The app is easy to navigate, and all features are well implemented (bonus points for the animations showing you how to do the exercise, even from different angles when needed). Advertisements are silent and not at all intrusive. I will most probably keep using this app for a long time. The 4,9 stars are deserved ;) Also, I recommend training multiple muscle groups at once before making the jump from intermediate to advanced.

I haven't done any sort of workout in years but this app has changed that. It's the first new years resolution I have ever kept longer than 2 weeks. The exercises are all illustrated, with clear instructions and timers. Only thing that would improve it is giving a countdown when you restart an excercise so you have time to get back into position. Adjustable to your level, it will automatically increase the duration and intensity until it's a bit too hard. Then you can keep doing it or ask for easier routine. If it's too easy you can ask for more challenging rouyine. I bought the ads free out of gratitude because it really helps you build strength and better your tone and posture, the ads in the free version are not annoying...

Fantastic app, I really love it! It provides you with option to select exercise for each main parts of your body (chest, legs etc. ) , so you can schedule each part on a different day of a week. Plus there is an option to select levels from a beginner to an advance athlete for each of the parts. Of course there is an option for those who those who like to exercise whole body at each trainig. Stupendous experience. This app is fantastic, at the beginning you choose how active you are, how much experience you have, what parts of your body you want to work out, etc. A wide variety of workout options where you can focus on particular areas, like chest or legs; a wider workout option, like upper body; an even wider option, full body. I highly reccomend this app, I just hope they would find a way to make it more encouraging and motivating. Very good app.

The UX is great for me and I like that it can sync to Google Fit. I've noticed some decent results in a few months, averaging 2-3 workouts per week at the intermediate tier. Still no substitute for seeing an exercise physiologist but my philosophy has been "better than nothing", which is absolutely has been for me. Ads are unobtrusive (only in main screen and after a workout has been completed, never during a workout) and generally of respectable quality.

Been using it for two years now and it's still my go to for workouts. It has an impressive collection that will quench whatever workout thirst you have. The only thing I think can be added to make it better is a dark mode. There's so much white that can be replaced, and dark mode will look even better with the already exisilting blue colour scheme.

Man this is an awesome app to use. Since covid came I couldn't go to gym. But this app has helped me to stay fit and strong while at home. I was think maybe you should add a feature to increase the amount of workouts we can do like for example push ups instead of doing 10 maybe we can change it to 30. This will be a good option. But otherwise it's an excellent app.

Using this app from past 1week and i must say that the exercises are really engaging. However i feel that the calories burnt count is too high. Also, as a feedback it would be great if you could provide an option to remove some exercises from your plan. Actually i am not a push up person but the plan asks me to do all different kind of pushups back to back in a day. And this happens every 3rd day. Making it very less productive. You are not reachable on the email address provided on the app.

Been using consistently for 4 days and the workouts are great, challenging but not too much. I love that you can give feedback at the end of each workout & have it adjust your plan as needed. The questions in the beginning really help gage where to begin. The ads aren't too intrusive either which is great. Im super sore but in a good way 💪

I genuinely would recommend this app. You're experience is heavily customizable. At the very beginning it asks you a handful of questions, including what of your body you wish to focus on and what your objective is. After workouts it asks how difficult it was, and if you wan't it harder or easier. Just in general this app is extremely useful and easy to work with. I highly recommend atleast trying it out.

I have being using this app for around three month continuously. I haven't seen any changes in my body physically 😂. But it is always better to have workout to be fit and healthy. And I have seen some changes in the app which I far better than previous. I would like to suggest the owner of this app to keep a music feature so that it user don't need to play the music from the app and enjoy in a single app.At last thank you for such fantastic workout app.

I was greeted with a few questions asking about my preferences which was really cool. Until I actually got into the exercise and realised that the app ignored almost all of them. I selected 3 of the 4 body areas to work out and said I was at a beginner leveland my suggested workout was very hard on my arms (I couldnt complete the exercise for this reason) and I don't feel like the other areas were worked out at all.

good app how ever I would like ages 13-15 added as you can get a more accurate BMI scale :) the work outs are good and made me realize how much more I need to work on shoulders. The adds aren't too bad but I think you should work on what you are advertising because there are some really strange adds that don't represent the working out
