I am really enjoying the app. It's really helpful for those that want to exercise at home. You can start slowly with the challenge, then add other more targeted exercises. I'm on week 3 of the challenge, + some extra stretching, ab exercises and some weight training, and it's going really well. I recommend it.

It's a "quite okay" workout app and I use to do my workouts through it. I could have given you 5 stars but: 1. Developers- this app is meant for workout motivation (for people who hate gym), and just adding a function that you lose 1 star out of 3, when you miss a single day without any of the workout and achievements after workouts, keeps you motivated. 2. Timing- These animations work out way too fast you can't keep your pace with them. Developers please Adjust the timing. Otherwise this app is great,(even the ads won't bother me). Hope to See it all in the next update.

Great app almost perfect. just some points to notice: 1. add an option for putting most used on top. 2. add stretches on the menu so that when we do numbers of workouts, at the end, we don't have to play the whole workouts to reach out the stretches. 3. add on workouts for removing rolls on side of knees. 4. notifications does not work most of the times. 5. are these workouts good for loosing cellulites quickly? 6. add on customized plan.

It's a good home workout app. My main issue is with the robovoice they used. It mispronounces two words that it uses all the time. "Neext. Side lunges. Three, twoah, one." I wish they'd sprung for a voice actor, which would sound better and seem less lazy. One thing I do appreciate is that they don't plaster the app with images of steroid junkies. They use models I'd actually want to look like.

loved this program. all set up you just have to follow. Love that you can adjust the interval time as well as the number of sets. really happy for the warm up and cool down options too. Would be nice to have a follow-on program with some different exercises for variety after you finish the first one. great job!

I really like the workouts, but there's SO MANY ads. Seems like recently there's been even more, it's basically unusable. (In fact, some of the ads will NOT close so it IS unusable. Thanks Yahtzee. 🙄) At this point, I'd pay money to get rid of the ads. Instead, I guess I have to get rid of this app.

I'm honestly a little disappointed. I think I would prefer a set number of reps instead of a timer. Assuming I'm supposed to keep time with the visual, it feels like its moving too quickly. I was under the impression that you want to do your reps more slowly, for better results (that and it's hard to keep up.) I also think that some audio indicator needs to be in place to help me time each rep.

love this app and the work out options are great for me as I have not been an active person and the thought of going to the gym scared me, this app helped get into working out, and I love the fact that it tells you how many calories you burned during each workout. I like that it syncs with Google fit but I wish it also synced with my fitness pal. I also wish it would allow us to create our own work out program using the existing workouts in the app and that it would still show calories burned.

So far it's good but it keeps turning down the volume during the ads and not turning the volume back up again - I'm listening to podcasts during the workout. It would be nice if there was a paid version with no ads available. Also the calories figures are very over estimated.

Super!!! Is totally free, there are very nice recipies and meal plans for vegetarian as well, there js weight and progress tracker and very good exercise for different goals and body sections, with warm up and stretching. Well done guys!!! I give you really a 5 cause there is no higher score. I highly recommend it. I do sport since always and tai chi since several years so i speak not from an amateur point of view.

I love that these workouts don't require equipment but you can still make them more challenging. You don't even need much space, I was able to do workouts in my hotel room when i travel. Having the workout all timed out with examples of how to do the exercises is great.

I think this app is great for beginners. showd you how to do the work outs and majority you do not need any equipment. so far I have enjoyed every bit of it ! I really like how you can choose to do stretches before and after each workout. I would totally recommend this to a friend.

I just installed it, I haven't started exercising yet, becuase I'll be starting tomorrow, but I looked thought it and I love the exercises they give you and how you can change it to random, which means you can change the exercises. And they also have a night time workout before you go to bed, and I look at those exercises that was really good (maybe even help me sleep). But I give this is 5 star, I can understand why 5 million people download this, becuase this is the best workout app ever!!!

Possibly the only app like this that doesn't exist to just get your money. Genuinely helpful and easy to use. The one downside is lack of stretches so make sure that you know how to stretch out a little bit first unless the only thing you're interested in is looking good and not actually being healthy 😉

Really good app absolutely for free witg very short apps. I felt like one session isnt enough for my goal weight so I started doing 2 or three for different muscle groups and it works just fine for sweating it out. Love it 👌💪

Because it's based on timings not rep counts the workout flows extremely well because you don't have to pause to tap a button between exercises. This makes it really effective and well guided.

I love how easy and simple this is! and it comes with simple easy meal plans to!! the only thing I'd change is id like to be able to check off individual meals and not just the whole day. It would make me feel more accomplished lol.
