This game has not changed in almost 10 years. I download it every few years to see if it's any better, and it's always the same. Impossible to get passes almost, and very pay to go anywhere in the game outside of just petting and grooming, if u want to be good at anything in this game like win! U have to pay and pay or u will have to play for a few months to get anything decent!

I've been Howrse for several years, and love the game. You can pick your own style to play, and it supports a wide variety of communities. The app, however, lacks in many areas. It glitches a lot and I have to close out and reopen multiple times. Special events are hit or miss in the app. Teams, equestrian centers, and sales are pretty much useless on the app. I would never recommend completely playing on the app, you miss out on a lot. But used in conjunction with the computer, it is useful.

Fun app but the direct sales page crashes the game if you try to do an advanced search. I tried to filter so it just shows horses for sale with equus and it crashes the page and tells me there aren't any that match my criteria. I close the game and open it again and it still shows this no matter what I do. It's a really annoying bug

This application could be so much more accessible and user friendly. Unlike the website, I find that this app DOES NOT show the energy, morale, or health change immediately after a specific action is performed (no visual representation of change after actions like 'feed' or 'ride'...) To see new %s, I have to go back, then return to the same horse. There are glitches and the app lags/is slow. Overall, it is difficult to operate compared to the website, though its design and format seem better.

Great game, but the app is very glitchy and is missing a lot of features. It looks nicer and is, for the most part, more user friendly as an app, but there are a lot of things, such as foaling a mare and managing your equestrian center, that can only been done in classic version. I hope greater compatibility comes soon, but even with the issues the app has, it is still worth downloading and playing!

A nice little game to pass a short bit of time. It is a breeding game rather than a 'look after your horse game' after all. Items and tack is pretty basic. Would be nice if there was some more variety in tack. As in different visual styles of the tack specialities that we can choose to equip to our horses. I'm still learning about this game so I may edit this overtime.

Help please!!! I am stuck! I have enjoyed this game very much. But when I unlocked the reserved sales, it got really wierd.I have had to reinstall more times than I can count because it freezes in the tutorial. It has worked until now, but this time it keeps reloading the page over and over. It stops sometimes, but when I push any thing it starts doing it again, and I'm stuck. Can I get some help?

It's a really fun game, but there's one main problem... The search does not work at all for me or my mom... So we cannot search for specifics in the auction house, and it really bums us out. But otherwise there's so many options and different variations of horses and the tack is so cool with different colours, and even the different types of designs you can choose with the golden apple. Four out of five stars, just one taken away because of the search never working

It's a fun little game, been playing on pc for years, had a break and decided to try it out again and i downloaded the app. Must say I'm pretty disappointed in the app, taking care of the horses is easy but that's about it. If i want to take care of the equestrian centre i have to use the browser and go to the old version. Kinda defeats the purpose of using the app when you can't use all the features on it :(

I enjoy the game, but the app doesn't let you run your own equestrian center, which is one of the best ways to both make and save money, boarding horses and making your own tack and equipment. Adding that to this app or creating a second for those who only have mobile would be nice. As it stands, it makes more sense to just play it on chrome. Giving us an option for training time would also be much appreciated.

I had a wonderful experience. beautiful horses, easy to learn controls. The only thing is when you first start the game you get the golden apple and you HAVE to get a new coat, now I like you have this but I wanted to keep my horse with its original coat but I had to change it! That really made me upset but I got along with it, I'd just appreciate if you had a option to change the coat instead of being forced to change it.. but otherwise, fantastic!

I was online trying collect money and tack because I had to restart but when I click on the item it keeps going back to the home page and won't let me collect the item. Right now I'm going to try on the app and see if this works which I hope it does!Also when people have to restart there game there should be a skip option because I already know how to play the game but I have to go through that process all again!

I love love love the simplicity of the app! It's a bit irksome not being able to access certain features, but hey, can't win 'em all, right? It's a fun little game to collect horses and breed them. Fun seasonal events (if a little p pricy at times). It's a good game to pop in and out of if you please, as opposed to needing to be on the screen constantly. My only issue is that for whatever reason the app is refusing to load; it just sits on the loading screen. Devs, a bit of help please?

The game itself is fun but the app is difficult to use. I was a player back in 2011 and really enjoyed the game, quit due to life, and decided to come back just recently. Overall it's still a fun game that I enjoy but the updates are awful. The majority of the horses are hideous now and the new way auctions are setup is really annoying. The time remaining on the auction should not increase just because someone places a new bid with a few seconds remaining. Take our options into consideration plz

I've played howrse on and off for the last 15 years or so, it's a great game if you have the time and money to put into it, over the last 5 years it has become very much pay to play, you cannot progress very fast or easily without spending money. Other than that I would advise on playing online rather than the app as it has a few bugs and occasionally crashes. Overall it it a great game if you spend time progressing.

This is a good game but it does glitch and some features don't work. For example my app will not allow me to make an equestrian center telling me I need to switch to the classic version of the app. I go and press the button to switch to the classic version and nothing happens. Definitely a fun game but can be frustrating when I doesn't work

I was really enjoying this game even though the gameplay and progression is slow, however, when my horse had its first born the game completely broke for me. It would freeze as it tried to change scenes and would continue to open to the frozen screen when I opened it. This is only able to be fixed if I uninstall and reinstall. This however wpuld repeat if I click on the new foal. I'm basically unable to play and am thinking about quitting.

The mobile app feels very incomplete. It's missing aspects from the desktop version, with some of the parts it does have being inconsistent. Training is easy and quick but thats my only positive. There is no equestrian center, so you can't check it in app. You have use a browser page and select classic version, defeating the point of using the app. Trying to buy horses? Only the first page keeps your search options, with some options not registering at all. Not worth trying to buy on the app.

The app is so glitchy and has terrible lag and the mobile website is just as bad. Whats the point of offering those options when there's no care or maintenance in the way they're run? It's getting to the point I'm considering quitting the game. It misses one of the main functions of the game, the equestrian centre, which is really a big part of it. It needs a lot of improvement.

Generally fine as an app, sometimes i have to go on the main site as the events glitch a bit (they won't load, or they'll keep switching off). Saying that I love this game and I am a returning player after a few years off. I do love the automatic competitions on the app, makes life a lot easier.

Over all I love the game. The app however I have multiple complaints about. In the auctions you can't search what kind of horse you are wanting without the entire game glitching out and taking you back to the homepage. It does not redirect you to the classical version it says it will but instead it just freezes. You can't access events. As I said I love the game and I would like to have access to this little piece of my childhood but the app is over simplified and very glitchy. Please fix

Mobile version is just awful.. it's 2021 and you can't fix the app? The breeder objectives page get stuck when Emma pops up to speak. Pages don't load, when you look up a specific breed or a specific page it doesn't load. This app seems like it was made in 2000... I deleted the app over a year ago because of the exact same things and I'm going to delete it again.

I've been playing howrse for years now, and the app truly portrays the essence of the classical version. However, you are unable to manage your equestrian centre, which seems quite important to me. The moment that this is changed my rating will be of 5 stars. Everything else, like controls when it comes to events is perfectly fine.
