I don't usually write feedback on basic apps in phone, but your keyboard gives me headaches everytime I try to type anywhere really. Facebook, messenger, whatsp, mails. :/ what helped bit is to do factory settings. Anyway clearing out personal dictionary one by one is also great fun. Few thousand words no problema, a few hours of joy. I'm on old desire 530 and not planning upgrade to HTC due to these problems. Plus crushes & errors, recently serious restart error. Better get a backup.
It doesn't work and caused me a lot of problems.i can't type on instagram or send comments.its really annoying.since it has stopped working properly I face too many problems .keeps asking me to send report but useless absolutely crop. please fix the problem.
DWNLD A DIFFERENT KEYPAD!! All you lot that hate this keyboard, do what I've done and download a different keypad, there's loads to choose from. I know we shouldn't have to, but unfortunately, we do. Good luck!!
Nothing worked after I updated. My phone won't work anymore, I don't have any way else to access my application, always it shows HTC home sense stopped working, nothing else no way else! What's can I do? The last way I know it's restoring settings but this is to bad way because I shall lose my personal data and important application.
Hey, I just bought htc Desire 10 Pro. My issue is I want to use regional language like Gujarati and Hindi with my new phone. Phone came with TouchPal Keyboard... and not with htc sense input. So I download it fromgoogle paly store. Now my problem is this version of htc sense doesn't support Gujarati or Hindi keyboard...! Is there any solution...? Thanks
Meh, it's alright, it has cool Emojis and stuff but the autocorrect is dreadful. Whenever I type anything the chances of it replacing the word to something else is 99%.
I can't even go to my apps,everything is just complicated I can't do anything properly with this phone.It keeps telling me "the home sense have been stopped". Please fix this problem
word predictions dont work for me lmao the keyboard is ugly and last updated in 2017!! so it doesnt have nearly half of the whole emojis bruh not using it for a moment ever since i bought my htc in 2014 💀
crashes all the time. can't do anything without it crashing!
I think people should be allowed to download some of these apps by oneself, not necessarily been permanently installed on the phone as their use is not known to so many people and me in particular. Thanks
freezes up constantly. takes forever to switch between emojis and back.
Not working properly. Have to factory reset my phone every day for the past week.
it didn't change anything from how it was before anyways.....these emojis are outdated ofcourse....and i can't see other people's emoji

On my HTC M9, the personal dictionary gets forgotten every time the phone restarts after the latest update. Manually typing in the words doesn't lead to the red line which means the words are still being recognized. The personal dictionary has all the words as well when you check in settings. I ended up deleting the update and that helped some the problem. Other than that, it's great!
