HTC Service Pack

These developers do not care. There are no answers to our reviews. HTC had not improved at all, it just gotten worse. I have a HTC U11 and this phone is driving me crazy! I got to restart my phone constantly. No able to receive codes on text (message app) to sign up into my apps, and the screen goes black every time I do something on it. Internet connection gets interrupted 24/7. Pure garbage. I have been a customer for 15 years, but no more!! Unless, things get fixed soon.

Update woes. I want to stick with HTC rather than be dragged into Samsung or Apple with everyone else but recent updates have taken my HTC phone back a few decades. Most notable is the current inability to change call volume without opening settings and changing sound profile. Yes, to turn my phone from vibrate to silent I must go through multiple menus versus simply pressing the volume button on the side of the phone. Help users like me stay loyal, HTC. Keep your software updates user friendly

Can no longer use or download certain apps on my htc one mini 2. Battery has suddenly depleted. WiFi reception is rubbish. It's getting worse. I've had my phone for three years, and it looks like things are just being turned off. No customer care.

I use htc desire 728. Before formatting my phone I had latest theme store. The interface was pretty cool and I could do many things. But after the format, I thing my phone degraded or something. Now I have the old theme store that I had initially. Please help me out with this. Please guide me to get that upgraded theme store and what would have gone wrong. It will be a great help. Thanks!

The app package would have been a great one if my HTC 10 Evo's Sense Home worked. It's always notifying me to 'Let Sense Home access Facebook' but once I click the button, I'm directed to an error page. It's a very frustrating process. You should work on that.

I always liked htc, there a good phone and i still prefer the front facing speakers by far best, still like there cams, is a great phone m8, and still is. Don,t need all the silly fancy pants gimicks, which bores me to tears, would rather be out with friends having great conversation, than talking about smartphones any way.

My last two phones have been HTC. Guess what! My next phone will not be an HTC. They say forced obsolescence is a myth but I am certain it's a fact. About 3 months ago (shortly after my two year anniversary with this phone) the phone would shutdown at about 20% of battery and it's just gotten worse. Now it does it at between 50 & 60%. It's ridiculous. Never buy another HTC product again.

Please provide an update forHTC desire 830. My phone's battery drains faster, it over heats, it has slow charging problems. I have bought new batteries an am tired. Please work on it. Please

What is wrong with htc? Why are you not updating your apps anymore? Why is the Theme Store not working anymore? I have a lot of htc phones but all of their theme stores is not working...FIX THE PROBLEM

Really liked this ph, esp stereo speakers, but slowly 1 app after another is no longer compatible with this mob. Forced 2 choose another... Gonna miss this lil' guy 😭

HTC Broke my heart I've been using them for a long time best cellphone ever made Having unique features like blink feed for news and adding ur social media app to it. The weather forecast features was awesome too because nobody other cellphone have that I use these phone like workstation/ gaming computer Start making the phone again

Someone please tell the development team to please Stop "Helping"... each new version breaks more things than the last and removes basic functions that were handy Please test the version on a few platforms before its released. At least make it easy to revert to a previous version. Geez...

HTC Sevice Pack appears on desktop screen but when user wants to lunch application says"app not installed " but has been installed more than enough times now this is the challenge, hoping to see some improvements this Time around. Thanks.

Htc is legging behind in android software and security patches. htc desire 10 pro is not having any updates and is operating on android version 6 that is marshmellow Security patch is not updated since 2016. Poorly on providing updates.

Hi, i have serouse problems, long a go reset my phone to factory setting and then till now every time update my m8 phone its going to every app stopworking issue and force me to rset it again to factory setting, please help me to use my phone again, any bodycares?

don't update this app ! *if you are using old htc mobile then this update drains your battery quick. Iam using htc desire 826 and it happens after update this app.

Zero actually for my rating. Ditto what everyone says. Crashes phone at 50 percent / drains battery etc etc. I like how HTC doesn't even reply to anyone. Loyal HTC user is well... Guess they are forcing us to get Google pixel OR Samsung.... Ugh

Phone completely unresponsive when trying to start or stop this download. It is seriously too large for my pathetic One XL to handle.

Really nice but still I have Android 6.0, why aren't there no updates?? Pls put next update with better quality, settings, etc..

HTC have gone downhill. I've heard they are concentrating on making phones for other people and therefore not bothering with their own branded products.

Its been more than two years waiting for htc one m9+ volte update..i think its time to move to another brand...pathetic...

This is too intrusive assuming I prefer all the bells and junk it offers I have my own preferences.

What about android update for my HTC One ME and other old HTC user. Though, there are most updated brands & models are in market, still i am using HTC One ME because i love this phone. But you (HTC) is not taking care on updates. That's why you are losing the market

I don't have the opportunity to update my software. The phone is slow . It not quite pleasant.

I'm still on Android 6 and can't use banking app anymore ! Why is HTC not updating android ? The most important update is Android it's self !!!

I couldn't able download apps and my phone is switching off when I call or receive calls please find me a solution on this as soon as possible
