Huggies Rewards

I have mixed emotions about this app. When I first downloaded it like a year ago. It worked great. Now I have issues uploading receipts. Half the time it keeps exiting out automatically. I like that you earn points for watching videos or taking surveys/reading articles, BUT all of a sudden it doesnt open videos for me anymore. Like I said this app worked perfectly a year ago, but now it doesnt want to work for me half the time.😢

It's a good app, I love that you can purchase diapers and wipes and go pick them up from the store. But I've been having issues with uploading receipts and the app crashing. The receipts fail to upload and everytime I try to delete the failed receipt, the app crashes and closes out completely every single time I try to delete a failed upload. I love the app, but I wish that particular issues could be looked into.

Love the idea behind this app, and receipts are uploaded and points awarded very quickly. HOWEVER, anytime I try to answer surveys, trivia, etc, it tells me I have to download the latest update of internet, chrome, firefox, or safari. I tried deleting and installing all apps, and nothing worked. Once the trivia has opened, it disappears! I have lost out of hundreds of points because of this. One customer service rep has been helpful, and comp'ed me some points, but the issue still hasn't stopped

It's easy to use. But the more points you earn the less reward values seem to be. For example, when I first started I only had about 500 and they had options for gifts cards valued up to $100. Now that I have 30k points my only options for rewards are toys....I feel slapped in the face. "Thanks for spending your hard earned money. Heres a cheap toy."

Haven't been able to open and get into the app now for almost a week, it keeps saying "We're sorry! There seems to be a connection issue. Please check your internet connection and try again." My internet connection works just fine, not to mention I've tried opening the app using 4g and not Wifi as well as several different devices and everytime I get the same message.

I feel this app could use a refreshed vibe. I know it works and scans receipts pretty easy and uploads fast. Overall it's effective but could use a more friendly atmosphere and more rewarding. You have to rack up quite a hit of points before you can use your points. It is nice to have because it adds up and having the ability to receive points per purchase of a Huggies product is very helpful.

I've been using this app since September of last year 2019 and it worked great, but recently it stopped working. What I mean by stopped is it won't open and it keeps saying that I have a connection issue and to please try again. I would love to see the issue fixed as this brand of diapers is the only one that works for my son without any real big problems, and I'd love to continue to collect the points.

Very buggy. Doesn't show uploaded recipes, and rejects receipts without explanation. Randomly crashes. Currently won't even let me log in claiming " connection issues" while my internet is working just fine. Super frustrating, as it's been like this for a week, and you only have a short amount of time to upload receipts. Makes me want to potty train my daughter very early.

App works and is easy to use. Have had a few problems with app freezing when I changed my phone a year ago, but it seems to have been solved. Only complaint is not app related: I wish I had more toy options to redeem my points for. I've used the app for two years, and am pregnant with my second child. Would be great to have new and interesting toy options to redeem my future purchase-points.

The app is ok until you need to upload a receipt which is one of the main ways to get the rewards. I've tried uploading my digital receipts but they always get rejected, even when they include the required info, store name, card, shipping and billing address. If I can't successfully upload my receipt, I don't see the point of using a reward app.

Doesn't always work. Says it accepts Amazon receipts but it never does. At least 50% of the Superstore receipts I send in they do not accept or ask me to retake pictures of the receipts. Can be quite the hassle. I've been trying to upload receipts since April 2019 & the app keeps crashing then signing me out. It's great when it does work but it hasn't since last spring.

I had this app for a while and it worked OKay (not the best because I had some issues in the past with referral emails not sending thru). However the last 2 days when I open the app it said I have internet connection issues which doesn't make sense. All my apps and browsers work except this app. I've tried turning off and restarting my phone. Also tried turning off wifi and data but yet nothing.. hopefully this gets fixed soon 🤞🏼

Good idea, poor execution. This app needs some work. It won't allow me to upload receipts, continuously shows error messages. The drop down list for province doesn't work when trying to enter a sweepstake so I can't enter the draw. Very disappointed with the app.

The app is a great idea, but I'm personally not a huge fan of the method. You have to keep all your receipts and upload pictures of them, instead of the way that Pampers does it, which is to put barcodes on all products and scan those. I wish Huggies did that too. Other than that, it's intuitive to use, and functions adequately.

I am unable to "add section" when uploading a long receipt. After taking the first photo it appears horizontal at "line up here" therefore, I am not able to line up the second photo. This has been an issue for several months after a mandatory update. I have contacted Huggies Rewards but the issue has yet to be resolved. Very disappointed!

Worked fine at 1st, but then there was always some problem with the app. At one point nobody could even open it. Currently it won't let me invite friends on the app. I have to try to sign in online but then it tells me the email is invalid when it's not... the point system is pretty good though. If the app would actually function correctly.

Absolutely love this app, I just wish that you either got more points per uploaded receipt or that everything wasn't so many points for each item! I also wish there were more ways than just uploading your receipt and doing the few surveys that pop up every now and then to be able to earn points. Other than those few things, the app itself is pretty great.

I love collecting points. We all know just how expensive diapers can become especially in my own case of triplets! It's so easy to acquire these points, I mean snap a pic of that reciept and load up then points toward any number of items. I'm always going for a free box of diapers. Scone I started in may of 2018 I've collected 4 free boxes. My only regret, is not starting to collect earlier. !!

I decided to change my review because for about a week now I've been unable to access the app. It says no internet connection and my connection is working fine. In the last 5 months its gotten worse and worse. My reciepts get rejected for no reason and uploading long reciepts is a pain. Every time I try to look at rejected ones it boots me out of the app. It worked better when I first downloaded it.

Overall I'm pleased with the app's functionality. The upload process for receipts is very easy and points show up relatively quickly. I would suggest more ways to earn points because we've spent at least $400 on diapers and are still just shy of enough points to redeem for a box of diapers. The ten to one ratio of dollars to points simply isn't high enough either. The description of redemption items (diaper count per box) needs to be more specific also.

This app used to be pretty good at least to the point it was worthwhile to upload receipts but not anymore. I order my diapers mostly online or online through a store pickup/drive up option. Most of the time it boots the online order screenshots back to me and doesn't give me any points for purchases. I just purchased $80 worth of diapers but couldn't get a single point for them. I had the same thing happen another time where I had purchased over $100 in diapers.

This app doesn't work! Installed it yesterday and it still is stuck on the loading page. Huggies, why even advertise an app if you cant even develop it properly? I'm going to uninstall this app. It is useless. You may lose customers since you've made it so difficult for customers to collect rewards points - if your main competitor has a better functioning app.

Can't even get the app to open. It keeps saying connectivity error check your internet connection. My internet is working perfectly fine. I hate having to scan reciepts. I liked the old way putting in the codes after you opened the package of diapers. It was way easier.

Really hoping that I can eventually change this rating. I have loved this app but the last week I've not been able to open and see I'm not the only one. Says there is internet connection issues put my internet is fine. No response to emails and have receipts about to expire because I can't upload them. Please fix your bugs.

It doesn't successfully let me change my password even though I do have an account and my reset password email is sent to me right away. Now it won't even load to the log in screen and crashes after about 10 minutes of loading the same screen. The rewards are not worth the return when nothing does what it is suppose to.
