Totally unlike the ad for it. I certainly wasn't interested in yet another linear build your army and go on a campaign game, so I didn't spend much time exploring the game. What little I experienced was okay but nothing new in either game play or storyline. EDIT: I appreciate the reply to my original review, but it doesn't change my opinion. I am unwilling to slog through a game mechanic I don't want to play in hopes of later experiencing something else.

I would recommend the game the adds are worth watching but there is to few of them. It been very slow lately. Update the add network isn't working I'm not getting created for all the adds I watch. Update they keep running out of adds. UPDATE there is a lot of lag the ads keep crashing, for months it said the game was having trouble with Google play services.

Over 5 years played. Game used to be worth the time spent to play and for free. Now its pay to play to get full experience. Devs care more about adding content instead of fixing bugs. Loading screen freezes before battles quite often which has a huge afeect on game play. It's not a phone issue due to my entire clan suffers from the same problem. Ads are bugged, often you have to go into google play to close out ad. They stack ads which sometimes can last a full minute. Overall, don't download it

I'd recommend you just not start playing this game. I've spent hundreds of hours on this game. Watched thousands of adds. When I noticed that the odds of big payouts in events were decreasing, I reported it thinking it was a bug only to be gaslight by then with comment like "try harder" and "you're just unlucky". Now this is a pay-to-win game, I get it, but they should make it at least somewhat fare. I'm open to changing this review if changes are made.

I find the game very entertaining, but lately it constantly freezes during loading screens. Usually right before a battle, then when you reload you find that it fought the battle and you lost because you weren't able to use your spells. No compensation for your lost resources either. Very frustrating.

Long ago, when I started playing this game, it's 99% because it kept coming up in the ads, and it was annoying so I got it, and when I began playing this game, it was great! The only problem is that when I play the arena I get players whos trooper power is mostly higher than mine but when my troop power rises it's the same thing. Pay some attention to the arena. It makes the arena not very rewarding or satisfying to play. Oh, and don't forget the dungeon, it's really hard to even get above 35%.

It's fun, but the game really expects you to be a whale in order to have that fun. It gives you free premium for a few days early on, but when it ran out I realized just how much more playable it actually made the game. It turns into a tedious slog without Premium, and just tries to force you to pay money every chance it can get. Long, incredibly annoying ads for small bonuses, frequent pop ups begging you for money, absurdly long wait times for very early game items with large premium currency requirements to skip, it's all just so so much. It might be ok if the gameplay and story with well done, but the story is really bad, and the gameplay is merely passable. A fun time waster, but little else. I just can't possibly recommend a game that insists on money as much as this one does, it's just all the very negative aspects of Free To Play games.

The game seems good, i only had a big problem that started today i dont know why but the game keeps heating my phone a lot and also it is not as smooth as it was before i dont know if there are current bugs on the game that are causing this. I play the game in a Note 20 Ultra so i dont think the problem is the phone.

For God's sake it's event on top of event, on top of event. Now they've added more pay to play stuff...pay to get rewards from this part of the game, pay to compete for rewards from another part of the game. Not to mention all the ads...they have crept up over 30 seconds each.. there must be at least 35+ ads to do per day. They keep adding more armor sets that are a pain to get. Soon they'll send "special offers" for these new sets at the new discounted price of $100. Greedy, greedy, greedy.

The game is quite nice; however, it seems that players who pay have a high advantage than players who just wants to play for free. It seems quite unbalance... Also, the PvP matchmaking system doesn't work well. Whenever I want to fight against other players, those players are 20 levels above me and has 5 million more power than me. Please do find a way where it finds players that are near my level and power.

After playing it for 4+ years the game has become too complex to keep up with it. P2W. While it does not have any intrusive ads, it is very addictive and consumes too much time and money. If you have limited time or prefer not to spend much on games, this game may not be for you.

Many years of playing. Pay to play is true. They keep shutting down certain aspects of the game and asking for money to open it. You used to be able to use magnifying glasses, they shut that down til you PAY. You used to be able to buy levels during the event with diamonds which they sell to you for money. But now they won't even let you use diamonds to buy levels during an event unless you BUY an event pass. You would think they would want you too spend diamonds, nope not unless you PAY!!!

The game itself is good if you are bored but it just keeps throwing ads, and offers in your face. Basically begging for money. I understand that the devs need to get payed but this is way too much. The story isnt enjoyable. No depth, no actual meaning, and the story should be what makes it exciting! The developers really need to step it up and instead of begging for money, work more on the story, and less on events.

So disappointed in the customer service responses when they have issues with their system. Response was rude 'this is not a system error, but a user error', level up/points not awarded as I did not collect them within the allotted timeframe, and caused a domino effect for next day's task point system, which was then corrupted. How can a user make mistakes when the system allows it? Seems gamer interaction and enjoyment is not their focus but more $$$$. Deleted after too many disappointments

One of the most egregious examples of Pay To Win on the app store. Pretty easy to play and quite fun initially but beyond a certain level it becomes impossible to advance or maintain your resources without continually spending money.

Uninstalling game. At first it was real fun but it turns out to be your typical money hungry "pay to win" game and I'll tell you my main reason why: Even if you're fine with the horrendously long wait times of upgrading or production increasing etc, the majority of useful items you still HAVE to pay for. Like there's no other way to win them or earn them it's just "You need it? Buy it." and that to me is disgusting.

Sad because there's almost a great game here. Sadly it's just ruined by the stupid STAMINA system that plagues mobile games these days. And any game with a stamina system that prevents you from playing it is an automatic one star. Add in some needless timers and the fact that battles auto-play and... well... yikes. Make premium features like the goblin helper free and get rid of the stamina system and it's a decent game.

I dont have any much complaints other then how its mainly pay to win to grind, it expects you to live to 1000, without premium EVERYTHING IS SO SLOW TO GRIND which means with premium everything is playable and it shouldve been like that without even paying for premium and there are so many annoying ads that ad blockers probably wont even do much, it gives me bonus deals whenever it has the chance and for upgrading things it takes days and weeks and for some random upgrade on a room

I've been playing for about 6 months. Level 36 character, level 9 throne room, as of writing this. I've spent about 10€, all in 1€/15days goblins. -Very dishonest ads. They present many different games, that have nothing to do with the actual gameplay. -Diminishing returns on effort the more you play. After a point, one has to either commit a lot or time, or a lot of money. Before you ask about "alternative monetizing methods" let me make it simple: sell a shield token that protects from pvp.

This is now my 3rd review as they keep getting removed. Any responses are condensending and only care about developer rewards not customer satisfaction. I have played this game over a year and when i first started playing i love it, however, a lot has changed. 95% of in app purchases are for cash only, not in game currency, and quite pricy. The last 3 months the game crashes a lot. They added talents and dweller customization, which none of the current players like (money grab).

The game was cool when I first started but as I played the game more it became more laggy and it would just completely kick me out for no reason most of the time which was annoying. In for some weird reason every time I update the game it just won't let me play 😒
