Key facts about hypnosis in brief:

Sessions:

Induction and Deepening take you into hypnosis, to enable you to subconsciously absorb the suggestions as well as possible. Awakening brings you back out of hypnosis. You can leave out the Awakening if you want to use HypnoBox to fall asleep.

If you purchase a box, you normally get several ready-made sessions featuring the suggestions from the box you have purchased, so you can start straightaway. You will have access to this content for an unlimited time after purchase.
Annual subscription Unlocks all current and future content of the HypnoBox App. You pay the specified price every year. You can find information about cancelling the subscription in the settings menu.

Brilliant idea, good looking UI. I would be happy to pay for this, but the app just doesn't work. Downloaded session won't play, app constantly freezes. Developers suggestion to downgrade system app in order to use the app is plain stupid idea.
I don't know who is guiding the app marketing with such BS ideas to ruin the brand. Why do I get a subscription teaser (already unchecked in the settings) in my face everytime I open the app? I've already purchased everything I need (why the shameless "continue for free" screen) I sincerely suggest to sack the lazy marketing head who is trying cheap tricks to generate revenue by annoying paying customers. Content & concept is good but app & marketing/sales teams are pathetic.
Not good, use to love this app until I paid for the premium membership, and now it freezes up every time I open it. Can't even use it anymore.
Downgrade rating due to fact when I switch to the iPhone from android my subscription does not transfer, it's gone. Should be able to cancel and have remaining subscription account returned. love this program; I love that it is in the first person. It gives me ownership of the narrative that I am reinforcing. It is meditative and assuring.
Great until it stopped working. I enjoyed using this app and got a lot out of it for a few weeks, but now it crashes literally every time I use it before I can even start playing a session.
The app is really good but now it crashes every time I try to open it. I have an Android 9 phone. I was a paying customer but I cancelled because the app isn't working anymore
Why would I uninstall updates from another app, a system at that, just to use this app. The Android Webview app provides things for other apps too, not just this one. I have a suggestion, why not fix the bug with this app. I'm essentially losing money here.
This app actually helped me to improve my mental health and reduce anxiety resulted from Covid-19.
The free material was absolutely perfect for getting started. What I REALLY love, is that you can purchase individual boxes (sessions or parts of a session) as opposed to having to sign up for an entire year or buy a full subscription. I've noticed majority of apps are forcing you into this if you want any useful content at all. But this one doesn't!! Thank you soooo much!!
Two problems. One. It often fails in downloading. And then tells us to go to download manager app, which I cannot find. I also find the voices extremely tense making. Having said that, I really like the idea behind the app. I have just downloaded it for the 4th time in the hope that the voice might, by chance, grow on me. That is, if I can download the files.
Absolutely Amazing! Plenty of options to choose from, weight loss, parenting, spirituality, success, EMDR, and sooo much more. I love being able to customize my own sessions making them as short as a few minutes and as long as an hour or more. I did the free sessions and instantly became hooked. At only $40 bucks for the intro price, it really doesn't compare to other hypnosis apps. Well done!
It's a really well planned and put together app. Seems to be very comprehensive. 2 problems for me- firstly I'd like an option to pay for the subscription monthly, not just annually. Secondly, and perhaps more significantly for me, both of the voices sound more like radio presenters or actors than therapists. While they aren't unpleasant voices, for me, they don't comfort or ring true. I appreciate that this is a subjective opinion. They may work better for others.
I have minimal previous experience with hypnosis, and am surprised at how effective it is. A very well thought out app, and it's working to help me relax and enjoy my life. Amazing, really! I went ahead and subscribed. A learning curve to making custom sessions, but very doable. I have only had the app week, and used it once a day. Free version gives a good experience. Definitely 5 star app
I use a lot of hypnosis apps and this is the worst. Since it is all individual clips that you piece together it doesn't have the flow to actually put you into a hypnotic state. Both options of voices are monotone as well. Too bad I bought the entire package before realizing this because I needed specific sessions. I don't recommend this one as there are many others for less that work much better.
Edit: That is exactly what I did. It did NOT "do it". Tried three times to download a session and got a "download failed" notification every time. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Still failed. Tried clearing the cache in the download app as it suggested. Still failed. Very frustrating. I was looking forward to trying this.
Excellent induction and application of hypnotic techniques. Speakers are calm and focused. The process becomes apparent after repetition is implemented. After quick induction is mastered, Hynobox has many additional useful targets to program your subconscious to perform the tasks needed to accomplish your goals. Eventually, I expect it to pay for itself in the improvement in your life. This should be required reading in high school as a general skill that all people need. Thanks.
Tried the free box initially, everytime I use it I can't recall the suggestions so either the trance works or I fall asleep. It is hard to determine whether it is working or not from the session alone, what I can say is that using the sessions over 3 weeks I feel more energized and have less depressive symptoms. Downloaded the flow state session and used it on a walk, I felt better during the walk, and incredible all day afterwards. Normally I'd have a low afterwards and struggle on the walk.
I dont think I've ever downloaded and deleted an app so quickly. After trying and failing to figure out the difference between Suggestions and Sessions I settled on a session and pressed play, only to find the most irritating voice I've ever encountered. Couldn't relax and stopped after 2 minutes. Such a pity... This seemed so promising.
I was so excited by this, as the sessions seem to target a lot of areas I want to work on. However, I struggled to get it to download and install on my device, and then when I finally got one of the free sessions downloaded I was really disappointed - they are read in such a cold clinical manner, and the background music was not at all soothing or relaxing for me either. It's really a shame, because I would've happily paid for this
Paid for a year, took me about ten attempts to download anything. Download failed, over and over. Cleared cache, removed app, reinstalled, then was able to download a few things. A few hours later tried to download something, download faiiled. Edit: Have tried two devices. Same issues. The app is poorly designed and clunky. It's not my devices.
Seems very nice so far. Trying out the free version to help me sleep and it works better than most. Very well done. Support is quick to respond. Dark mode would be appreciated..it's really bright trying to use the app at night. A way to temporarily earn extra sessions or some other low-cost or free offering for us poor folks would be awesome. Maybe there is one and I haven't found it. Anyway good app. Thank you :-)
Love it. There is a bit of a learning curve , but it is fairly intuitive. I purchased several add-ons to create a custom session, uploaded background music...it worked great. Had an issue with a purchase, the developer responded in less than a day with a resolution. Very impressive.
Love this app, even after two 30 minute sessions, I can already feel changes to my self-love and self acceptance. The pricing is very fair in my opinion as I would pay 170.- USD for a 1-hour hypnosis session in Switzerland. I think some people can't afford the yearly subscription fee or the boxes. I suggest implementing a monthly based subscription offer. THANK YOU for being so awesome and helping people all around the world! :)
What a great experience it is to use this application and see how it helps me in everything i choose, without fail. In fact it is so outstanding sometimes , that i use it one box after another , just to feel it working on my brain, feelings, soul, heart , mind , to help me get rid of the problem i've had for the best part of my life,so masterfully that i almost always regret why i didn't find out about this unique app. I thank you hypnobox team with all sincerity.
Love the app functions, but put off by the commercial voices. That's a major flaw. For some misguided reason, the voices chosen are those that typically voice-over motivational insta posts, or sales pitches. They are just plain commercial. You'd never associate these voices with a therapeutic application - they'd be more appropriately placed in ads selling you cryptocurrency. in the long run these voices are right out annoying.
