In the latest update they have taken away the ability to turn off heart rate checking every half an hour. So the K2 watch vibrates twice an hour and I can't turn this off. I won't be able to sleep with the watch on anymore! Why take this feature away?! Samsung Galaxy S10 (SM-G973F), Android 9 Update: this feature has returned. Well done. On another note, a lot of the data being pulled to the app is incorrect. This could be the watch or the app.
I note comments from others about the app not binding. I've not used mine for some time and just hit the button to bind - and all worked perfectly - the watch immediately updated it's time and all is well. Version of the APP is v1.10.9 (watch firmware v1.7.4(8007) - My only comment is that "checking for updates" on the phone failed - that might indicate an issue OR it could just be that there are no updates. Clarification from the App company would be good.
Had a bit of an issue, after an update. The app kept on crashing. All sorted now, after contacting the developer behind the app. Works perfectly now. No issues. Its very user friendly, and is visually pleasing. Thanks for the app and thanks for the help. 5 star rating now, instead of the 2 stars I rated the app when it failed to work.
There's an iband fitness tracker I'd like to buy, but no Google Fit integration is a dealbreaker. I want full Google Fit compatibility in iband, including automatic syncing of blood pressure and blood oxygen data to Google Fit. Also, step counter should only be active if you're actually walking; standing in the shower shouldn't count as distance walked (this is a problem with the FitCloud app, not sure if iband has the same issue, but it's worth pointing it out anyway).
The walking meter is wrong. I barely walk 2 steps and its says i have walked more. Please fix it. Also, is there a way to update backgrounds on this watch. Id like to put my own photos on it, but there is not an option to do so. Kind of tired looking at the 3 boring ones i have. Thanks. If the walking meter was fixed i wouls give it more then 1 star. Considering the price i paid for the watch. We shouldnt have these problems. Needs to be more like apple watch but for android phones.
App keeps syncing after 1 day usage. Battery hogging due to the same reason. Resource hungry during the syncing bug, renders the mobile device very very slow and non-responsive. Phone heats up like a frying pan. All symptoms gone when wrist band is disconnected from the app or BT is turned off. Please resolve the bugs. Weather info is not updating in the band. 1 out of 3 day forecast is not getting any value at all. Always remain blank.

I recommend this product highly!!! This device was working perfectly, and like a dream till last night "New Years Eve" at midnight the app stopped working and will not launch anymore... I hope an update is coming to fix this asap or I will have to return them all "10" watches I bought from Amazon... Please fix the android app issue and push an update as soon as possible. I have feedback reported the error via the REPORT button so you should have some logs to look at. Nothing changed in my phone, and I tested the bluetooth and other feature with other devices and all is working.
App is fairly good why it is working. For some reason it keeps losing connection with my watch and is very frustrating to reconnect. You have to actually delete the whole app and then reload it and start from scratch as if it was the frst time.
App is working fine, but the battery of my phone is draining since I use this app. I can't turn it off on the background and it is consuming more than 30% of my battery usage on daily basis. Please do something about this. Thanks! Where can I find this option? As on my phone the app is not allowing to turn it off on the background. With other apps I can do. Look forward to hear from you.

Phone will not bind with watch. Have uninstalled app, reinstalled app the new version Jan 8th. Only once with the old version did the phone try to scan the QR code. My phone is a Huawei P Smart. BTW the app has been uninstalled and reinstalled a number of times now. Hope some bright spark can shed some light on the problem. Thanks. KP
Please were did the butterfly dial go to? Can't add own photos either. Wish we could enlarge the text on watch face for those of us that have problems with small text. Then we could edit for larger text on what we need. But please were is the butterfly dial with the 2 butterflies on it. Thanku.
app doesn't work since midnight ( new year) as the certification run out :/ good performance of the company. Sleep detection is not working either. Watching tv counts as sleeping ( even deep sleep). Naps during the day are not registered, as the app/device seams to only count sleep during certain hours of the day. Very accurate for ppl on trips a few time zones away, shift workers, or parents with a newborn. Steps are not counted correctly, less then 20 are not registered.
After the latest update, the alarm function is not working. You can open it via the app, but cannot save the settings. All other notifications are working, but not this one. Pls fix it!!! App says the device is bound but none of the services work such as find my watch it states device is not connected I have installed and uninstalled several times and the outcome is the same if someone could tell me how to resolve these issues I would greatly appreciate it until resolved I will be giving the app 2 stars otherwise when it's actually working I'd rate 4 stars plz fix the issues
UPDATE: watch eventually paired and all going well until another update about the 17th January. now app refuses to bind the watch eventhough it recognises its there. have uninstalled and reinstalled the ap, losing ALL the data of the past month and am no closer to using this properly. PLEASE FIX. januaty 3rd - app closes as soon as it opens. have uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. useless christmas present as the features i need i cannot use wothoit the app. VERY disappointed.
Don't buy product. The watch wouldn't reset the time. After 2000 steps it starts over. It won't sync with Bluetooth on my phone. When I sent an email for help, I got the response to reset it; and after that didn't work no else from iband helped me.
The app crashed on New Years eve and my fiance and I are still unable to use it. We have deleted and uninstalled the app and then reinstalled the app and its not working. Wasted our money if we can't even use the app to work our watches. Fix the problems please, tbe product was nice to use when it worked.
It was working fine until 12/30/18 then it unbind and the app keeps closing. I have to binding it again but the app keeps closing, so trying to uninstalling and reinstalling but the same thing keeps happening. is there something that can be done to fix it?
My phone is Samsung Note 2, android version 4.4.2 Just cannot open your App, it keeps closing as soon as it opens. So I can not use the Smart watch. Please get an update to fix this bug. Thanks, Dave
Disconnects from watch when phone is charging, disconnects after phone is locked for a little while, and sometimes just generally fails to connect to the watch. Please fix these problems, I want to get the most from my watch
This app is almost worthless. It crashes continually on launch, announcing "Unfortunately, iBand has stopped." I've had to unbind and rebind my tracker every day to sync it, and sometimes this took several tries (up to 10 minutes of fiddling). Now, with the recent update the app doesn't even search for my tracker. There's absolutely no way to sync with my LG L33L phone. If you can find any other app that supports your fitness tracker, it will almost certainly work better than this one.
