The app was showing double movie times which I figured may be wrong so I restarted the app and that went away. It's only allowing you to scan a credit card and it won't read any of my cards because they all have now printed numbers on the back so I'm unable to buy tickets. They had the time to fix this app during the worst of covid and apparently their time was not well spent.
When scrolling the Coming Soon movies, after clicking on a movie, when you hit back, it automatically goes back to the top of the list. Would be better if it stayed on the same date your were already viewing.
The app is great, however there's this one thing that bugs me. Whenever I choose a different day to check for movie times and I pick a specific time, it will let me go to a different page. After that, when I decide to go back, it takes me back to the current date and I would have to go back to the date I want the different page I want to stay on. It really annoys me everytime it goes back to the current date.
I've always had a good experience with this app until the latest update. I can't even get the app to load anymore. It just spins on the load screen and it never gets past that. Please fix that.
This app worked great on my Google Pixel 2 until the 12/13/2018 update. Now it asks for an internet connection constantly and no longer brings up any information. I have uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. Please check this out so I can use the service again and update this rating.
Tried purchasing ticket online. Wouldn't let me checkout. Went to theater and used exact same card to checkout with no problems - except for the extra $2 it cost to buy ticket at the theater. Mgr at theater in Mpls was unhelpful and offered no solution other than "I'll let our IT Dept in Chicago know." For a business hoping customers come back, this was a very poor experience.
Pretty good. They have you do everything through the app. Besides some connectivity issues early on and during new big releases it has been pretty stable.
Makes my life so much easier. When taking the family to the movies. I can avoid lines and food gets delivered to our seats no extra charge. So I make sure to tip for gratitude. I also never miss a scene.
Love this theater to begin with its right by downtown and this app just makes it easier can pre-order my tickets food and drink and just have to scan my QR code and that's it everything's already been paid for would definitely recommend for fellow movie goers
straightforward and easy to use. buying tickets couldn't be easier, and having them saved on the app to simple be scanned makes it even better!
After the latest update, I started getting internet connection error message. Reinstalling it and sign out and back in fixed that internet error message but i am not sure that applies to everyone (I use an android mobile devise).
Such a good app!!! Please get this, the movie theater is beautiful and this apps makes the tickets and stuff ever cheaper!!!!♥️

To Movie Watchers: this is a GREAT app to show you movies showing, showing times, which seats are available, and what concessions are there. (For ICON Theaters Only) 0 flaws... To the Devs: I was wondering why certain days are Greyed out completely. If someone could let me know, that would be great!
So easy to use and order tickets and select your seat. I like that I can also buy tickets to any ICON theater from the app. I also enjoy being able to avoid the lines and scan the QR code and go.
I used to love this App, but why since the last update all I have is the message "Check your internet connection" I mean what happened? it's so frustrating I hope they fix it ASAP! come on! guys!!
Easy way to get movie tickets and get a discount for being a rewards member. App could be more user friendly. I have to navigate theough a lot of pages to get where I'm going.
I used to like this app but lately, like the last 4 months, it never connects with my theater. Very frustrating.
For some reason it did not save the date I entered as my birthday. When I try to change it, by going into change details, it wont let me click the date! Please fix!

the new update on 12/31/2018 yielded this app unusable. it keeps saying to check my internet connection. my internet connection is fine.
works great.. purchase ticket instantly..no bugs..wish i could order food before i go in ..but thats just me getting lazy lol. i do wish you can change your seats in the app loke other apps let you
I really enjoyed the app. The only suggestion I have to have a way to not start over when viewing different movie times.
Love that I can order food ahead of time at discounted price! Major time saver being able to do everything through mobile.
App is ok, I just wish that when I select theaters that other irrelevant theaters wouldn't still show up. I accidentally bought 6 VIP tickets to a theater in BOSTON! Now I have to try and get a refund or I'm out $100.00 😫😫😫
I was using the website for a while but once I got the app it was Way Easier. Is easy to find what is playing by selecting the theater near you.
Super easy to use, super fast and easy to pull up into when you get to the theater
When I first got this app it worked pretty good unless there was slow service in a specific area. Now, this app never works it just says error something wrong and I am never to see what's playing, etc at the theater. Fix the app. This is another reason why I haven't been to the movies in so long because I can't see what's playing and what my extras membership gets me.
