Cannot upload documents to verify who I am, so I requested the video call. I was then able to upload my documents, but took forever for them to review. Then video call was a black screen. Got nowhere with this. App asks for a code to get in. The code pops up, but only gives you 26 seconds to go back to screen, add the info needed, and when I submit it takes me back to these codes. And the code changed. So frustrating!

I've been running around playing email tag trying to use this app to get verified for my practice management software. It has been horrible. You can't speak to a human, they schedule a call and never call, and you never get the prompts that the help screen says you will get to allow you to accomplish anything. It is incredibly frustrating

The most frustration experience ever! This APP is slow, hard to work with & glitchy. You have to constantly repeat the login process over & over again. Not because it's required as much as it is needed, because the APP just won't verify you. You need it for unemployment, so you have to stick with it, but that only makes the experience worse. It doesn't like certain phones & you much use your phone. You can't do it all on your computer. It's simply a painful process.

It wasvgard gor ne can with taking pictures. I had someone helping me because I never used such a perfectionist. All the pictures had to be perfect. But as I look back. This covers everything personnel about you. And it goes out to prove who you are. This app really saves you time to prove exactly that.

This has got to be the worst. I have submitted everything they have asked for and still can't get verified. The address on my license is from previous address and because of that I assume these people think I am not who I say I am although everything else matches. No support or customer service. Was scheduled for video call and it was canceled due to address on licence. If I could give this service/app no stars would have been better. This is crazy

This app is a horrific failure. I have never seen such an atrocious travesty. Instructions on the website are incorrect or nonexistent. It launches by presenting a 6 digit code generator for some purpose but doesn't say why or where to insert it. If it the alternative to the QR code, that is never explained. If you spontaneously press and hold the 6 digit key in order to copy to clipboard, having never been prompted to do so, the whole key does not paste. Nor can you edit the key.

It does the job but changing phones is terribly confusing. Now that I have a new phone, it's taken me way too much time and I still can't get my ID activated/switched to the new phone. Tried their help section. Instructions are not matching what I'm experiencing. "Type your email" - where? It doesn't say and there's no obvious text field. "Check your email" - no email. One hour down the drain - finally had to turn on my old phone. I have NO idea how to get this new phone set up. not happy. 😞

Do not expect initial set up is as easy as applying for credit card. it can be confusing and challenging. Big difference between an app used for profit and one use for convenience. The former works smoothly than the latter. Money is a great motivator.

Okay so I'm not a technique full disclosure. After reading the other reviews these people are 150% correct! My experience has been , I got it set up one time with the link that you need to get you to the signing page. I had to reset my phone for other issues and when I came back that one link disappeared and wasn't able to log back in without complete and utter round the loop we go in constant circles with 0 forward progres. Are the devs getting paid for this product? I wish they would fix this

that app is cool and great. it's the verification service that is the problem and they don't have a phone number for you to be able to contact them. so far the only way to contact them is via email and they don't respond in timely matter or at all. especially a problem if they try to verify your info with out dated info. even with all the right documents they still can't even verify you. that's my reason for the 1 star. the app is fine.

Cannot believe were 2 decades past the y2k. We have gone a long way technology wise. But people dont nickpik over addresses . Its not that complicated . Simply input a batch file allow for more than one address . Like maybe some people have a home address , a business address, and a po box. Is it really that difficult or is it your running a windows 98 operating system and refuse to step up to the plate!!!

The most excruciatingly painful task that I've ever encountered. Won't load, freezes, won't accept my ID, and when it finally does, it tells me that there's an error. My address on the ID is the address I receive mail at. I'm waiting for checks that I cannot receive until this is resolved. I'm starving. Please hurry.

this thing ain't no help, it don't give you no directions. it constantly gives u a code that disappears every 20 seconds. And I still don't know what goes in what block. it is so confusing. Very Confusing. I been calling all day couldn't get anyone on the phone. and plus I can't get through on this app. I may never get my taxes if I have to go through this app

terrible. website doesn't work and when it says it sends a text to you it doesn't. I've been trying to just take a picture of my ID and I can't do so unless it sends me a link via text. Been struggling to receive it for an hour now. terrible app and website.

This is the worst app. It goes around and around in big helpless circles leading to no place with no help and menu selection is for entertainment purposes only. offering no options. Wasting time away with out a margarita.

Not exactly the easiest to use, I had to wait 8 hrs for me to get verified by a referee. That is so rediculous I can't believe the state would use this app. It's a pretty big pita to use and I really am stretching it by giving it 3 stars. However once I got in the phone with a referee, they were very helpful and very polite. If it wasn't for the referee, I would have given 1 star. I wouldn't recommend using this app unless you absolutely have to, you'll wait forever. Not a good app at all

The process to identify yourself is overly complicated. I get that they are trying to prevent identity fraud, but it's so astringent that I can't even prove I'm me. Also want to add as a servicemember that it seems a number of US companies make it extremely hard to use when you're stationed overseas. Addresses and phone numbers are different you would think they would allow for this.

Wasted 2 hours trying to set up authentication for VA account in different ways. Poor documentation of process. Leaves user hanging as to what to do at multiple stages. . Absolute POS. Doesn't appear to be any way to contact support directly. Sends text messages to my phone, then when replying, says it doesn't recognize my phone.

Unbelievably ridiculous!!! We've tried everything and it will not upload documents and no response from customer service despite several attempts. Why can't ID.me be user friendly and helpful to us rather than an absolute nightmare. Stop trying to use AI programs and put some real people back to work to help us!

you have to verify but the links don't do anything its to complicated for something that's so easy. The process could be much easier for people who try to get their UI or have the office back open for proof this is to time consuming and to many bugs making the app not even complete a page you where just on.

Very difficult to use. This app is the worst app ever. Do not get this app!!! It is more trouble trying to work it and installing it. Just a major pain to get yourself verified. Its not worth the time. That you start to feel violated almost. And unsure about how safe and secure can it really be. Its stupid hard to get verified that you really are you.

I've been trying to log into my Florida Unemployment account to apply for benefits and can't get past this verification process that I already completed months before. I've sent 3 emails over the past week and have only received confirmation emails that my email was received and that someone will contact me soon. I bought a new cell phone and now my ID.Me account won't recognize me because the IP address changed even though it's the same dang phone number and won't send my verification code so that I can sign in. I've already created my account and have already uploaded my driver's license, I've already been verified, but yet this stooopid thing won't let me sign in. The best part of all is of course there's NO human being to talk to! Cause why would there be when clearly this works so well?!?! I've been without my benefits for going on two weeks now because of this road block and ID.Me needs to come pay my dang light bill. Useless does NOT cover it.

I've tried and tried and TRIED to get verified. I have more than enough documents. it just won't upload!!!! it keeps getting stuck in a loop. Unfortunately, IDme is a requirement for some things! NASTY!

horriblely confusing app with no directions or options to do anything. You'd think the interface would be easier considering we are all trying to prove our identity digitally which is already hard enough. A simple tutorial or something showing you how to do things like add your account or to even use the QR code would be useful. NO They already have their contracts so why try

This service needed for veterans to access their own military health records is ridiculous. I had id.me request several different items as means to verify my identity which would be a problem but they made these requests on several different occasions. You provide them what they request for proof of identification and later came back needing something else. The last time they demanded I make a zoom appt. with them for them to be able to confirm my identity before they would reset my password.

I've already accepted the request to continue verifying my identity both on the app and website. But I have not been able to get past the code generator in the app, nor the 3rd step of verification online because of the app. This has been an ongoing problem for the last several days, and I do not know what, if anything, has gone wrong.
