Really poor app... needs a LOT of improvement. Also, the contact us staff does not take the time to actually read the messages... Too lazy, and too much effort. You shouldn't have to contact them more than once to do something as simple as issue a replacement VIP card. After they sent me someone else's VIP card, supposedly with the same first and last name, I had to email them to ask them to correct their mistake. Should never of happened. They eventually fixed it... so 3 out of 5.

I got to be honest a few months ago when I would log on to this app I would never know if it would work or not it would never scan the ticket I was trying to enter into my account and check to see if it was a winner. However I do got to give the Lottery Commission props because they have made some excellent improvements and this app almost operates flawlessly! Good job Idaho lottery!!! Finally put some of that hard-earned money into your server upgrades I see!?

I'm not sure why you guys got rid of the original check a ticket app. I give it 5 stars all day, this one might give you more info to study but I don't always need that. Also it takes so long to scan one ticket. I could do five to ten in amount of time it takes to scan only one it this app. So for that the best rating I can give is 2 stars. Speed up ticket scanner and I will for sure edit my rating.

Ever since mid-october this app will not scan any of my scratchers. NONE. I have a brand new Samsung phone. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app several times and it will not work. I have other friends who have uninstalled and reinstalled the same app, also on an Android, and it works just fine. All of my app settings are exactly the same as theirs. I do not know why this is not working on newer phones

This app was working great until 2 days ago, I will upgrade my rating when all these issues are fixed!!! The check a ticket section keeps saying there is a network failure and it's also no longer showing any winner information from any of the types of games or second chance drawings. This app is the only way I accumulate points for my VIP club account. Please get this app updated or fixed ASAP, I have several tickets that I need to scan in!!!

App use to work great, but since the last update I can no longer get it to load up, & if by chance it does load up, it doesn't have any of my ticket history & it won't let me scan or manually put in my second chance tickets!! Not happy...Idaho Lottery you need to fix this ASAP. I want my chance back again for possibly winning a 2nd chance drawing. PLEASE!! What a way to end 2019...🤨😩😡

This app is great when it works. The + being able to scan tickets to see if they're winners or for points. The - , its hit & miss on scanning tickets, accessing the VIP account, as well as jackpots/games being up to date. Someone really needs to overhaul this app & fix the bugs

The mobile games tab is no longer functional. The camera option to scan barcodes has disappeared and if you take a photo of the barcode, the app will not recognize it. This happened right after the lockdown.

Awesome App! With the ever increasing demand and exponential growth of technology, it's must be a struggle for the I.T. guys to keep up! Works 80-90% 9f the time. You can't blame them for poorer and poorer data connections. It seems any time it stops working 98% of the time they have it fixed by morning. Except on weekends! Now if they could only fix the long delay the vending machines have between customers. Scanner depends on your phone, each one takes a different technique.

Every time I go to the app to check on scratch tickets it always says oops they can't get 2 them and to reload and it never ever works. I have been on the app for the last 2 weeks straight in everyday at says the same thing do you have another app that works? It's very frustrating.

Wouldn't scan a scratch ticket-it kept saying "An error occurred. Please try again later." Got the standalone ticket scanner app, and it works fine. Plus it's much smaller and less invasive.

There's always something going wrong on this app. It's a wee bit frustrating when you can't sign in and deadlines for drawings are close. I feel like with all the money generated through this business it'd be affordable to have someone on top of web & app issues. Ya know? . .

Your app is absolutely garbage every single thing in the picture frame is crystal clear but the second I get close to a ticket it's completely blurry but yet I can hold my thumb up to the camera and it can see it perfectly fine your app is garbage

Stopped working well around March. I haven't been able to scan tickets for a long time. I can reload the app, as they recommended, & still have issues.

Worst made app I've ever used. When I try to create an account it says it's already created but when I try and log in, it says no one using that email. My mom even made an account and when we tried inputting second chance codes, it consistently says "Oops something went wrong". Don't waste your time

This app needs help! From downloading to reading barcodes and submitting 2nd chance drawings, the frustration is real. Please resolve these issues, so people can enjoy playing and utilizing this state wide application.😊

I am having the same problem currently, it said to log back in and when I tried it keeps giving me invalid email or password notice. Not the first problem I've had with this app but newest and extremely frustrating.

This app doesn't work 90% of the time! You would think that the lottery has enough money to invest into a high speed app for all the lottery players!! At least let everyone know that you are working on getting this fixed! Many players complaining!! Not good!!

App currently is not working. Have had it installed for awhile now and all of a sudden it quit working. Will not allow me to sign in or check my points. Will be uninstalling

When it does work i love it! I love being able to check my tickets....but the ticket scan is down a lot. So its frustrating....

Well I had to go to my home town for a sad reason but I won on all the tickets I had to grab so A+ and 5 stars app worked great too... Idaho Lottery even automatically entered me in the 2nd chance game and let me play a bonus game!

So SLOW to load and sometimes never loads the page. Other states have apps that work well. Get it together and fix it.

This one won't scan either? Its really a bummer because we use thia application bot only to scan our tickets but also for the 2nd chance bonuses. Please fix this as soon as possible!!

I had the notifications setting set for off for both the app and my phone. Yet somehow this app kept forcing at least 3 notifications on me a day.

Flat out doesn't work. I tried multiple tickets. Multiple angles. Multiple lighting. And it just doesn't even recognize a the barcode. Not with

Cannot see your vip points within app and have to go directly to website, cant scan tickets alot of time because their server is unresponsive, cannot update your information on website because they block out the birthday field and it wont allow you to update it without putting in birthday.

App stinks. Can not create an account. Tells me invalid email..... which is WRONG!!! I wonder how many 2nd chance winners are missing out because they can't check codes. Pretty Poor Quality of the Lottery Board!
