Suddenly a pop up for a wrong password. Nothing changed, now system is useless. Don't buy anything of this company. Very, very bad service
had this app a few years and all of a sudden it can't connect! what good is this if I can no longer view from my phone

Not working at all, can't add camera's or anything absolutely useless,I purchased the cameras so I could see them on my phone but this junk app doesn't work and nothing is being done to rectify it
Slightly difficult to set up but patience is required the system is slow to respond to input, instructions are a little vague in translation ,good point is it works well
I can view live remotely which is good however it would be nice to access the memory card also... so I can see has been.

It's waste of time to look at this dumb app.
I have had this camera for years and was able to view the camera on my phone with this app. Just this year the app began a "wrong password" message and won't connect when I use the correct password. I wrote to the developer to ask how to reset the password and was told to look for a reset button on the DVR. There is no such button, so the camera can only be viewed directly from the DVR. I am very displeased, as it is obviously a software problem caused by an update and the developer has no motivation to correct the issue. I will have to buy a new system to correct the issue. Would rate the whole thing lower if possible.
