Ok , I use iOS and Android. I purchased a lot of ikmultimedia apps , but when I decided to get ilectric for my Pixel 2XL and see how much the 2 expansion packs will cost , no links or mention about them and the link to the ikmultimedia Android link doesn't exist. I'm not about to make a purchase if it looks like ikmultimedia might stop supporting the app for Android in the near future especially on later version of Android OS. That's a big disappointment.
This app doesn't work anymore. Instrument download failed -4. Got a response from IK multimedia. "Thanks for your patience while we got back to you. Unfortunately, there is an issue with the file on the server to download. I don't know when the issue can be resolved currently. We hope this response has sufficiently answered your questions. If you still have any question, interests, or concerns, please reply to this email and an agent will get back to you as soon as possible...."
This is the best sounding electric piano I found, and works with my midi keyboard. There is one very major flaw: no support for damper pedal, and that is so important to piano playing. Please add this function, and this app will be worth a lot more than $10 to most users!
this offered great sounds and it did support an external midi keyboard prompting me to buy every sound. now it has stopped working and support tells me the android version never supported a midi keyboard. really disappointed. most wish for help to get keyboard working. I run a samsung a7 with an m-audio keyrig. dont buy the beautiful sounds, not worth it if you cant use an external keyboard.
I downloaded the free version off the app and did an in app purchase/upgrade. After upgrading my phone and reinstalling the app, there's no option to restore my purchase. I've basically just waisted my money. Please fix this!!!
Ticket no. 2893160 Very Bad service, even up to now, support ticket submitted for a long time. No reply: My problem is that: I have registered my product. I have purchased and download code - 4. I have written to support. Just have auto replied with follow up message, but no one actually do anything. I got the same problem. Paid and got download error - 4, I have written to ask for follow up but ticket sunk into the deep sea.
I have paid for the premium version and have it installed but I am unable to download any sound extension packs. I get an error message "instrument download failed -error 4" Please resolve this for me as soon as possible
I already paid for the whole pack while using an iPad but now am using an android s7edge and am ask to pay for the packs again even when I sign in my email which I used to make payment for the app on apple iPad mini 2... i shouldn't be ask to pay for packs have paid for before, pls developer fix this issue
Like iGrand, it doesn't offer support for sustain pedal, rendering it useless for anything serious. And for iGrand I see them saying "we're bringing this concern to our technical team" for almost 2 years.... they don't really care about Android users.
Pretty poor attempt at an app. I paid $13 for an expansion pack and when I try to download it says instrument download failed -4. And the app crashes everytime I play a chord. Pathetic.
Cant hear any sounds and program locks up. have to exit to re start.

Rockin I notice the Key names are written an Octave lower so it should be A0 to C8 (same for iGrand Piano). Forgot to tell ya that Stuart & Sons makes Pianos w/ 20 more keys than the 88 Key Pianos those newer ones have 108 Keys 9 Octaves from C0 of a 32 ft Organ pipe all the way up to B8 of the mixture pipes.

RUBBISH AND STUPID
Amazing. Using with M-Audio keystation 49 and Samsung S6. No latency with android 6 and the sounds are fantastic. Great to see bigger brands finally comming to Android. Only issue is that it only works while the screen is on so that might contribute to battery drain.
I like it but it's just a lot of things the app wants us to buy
I purchased the full upgrade as an in-app purchase. I received the additional pianos, but not the full 88 key range. And it shows that it is still the free version. Shouldn't I have access to the full version after the upgrade? I know this to be true for the IOS versions, but Android apps are not even acknowledged in the "My Products" area at the IK Multimedia site.

Random pop-ups advertising other products in the middle of playing and no other user interaction. OK, bad but excusable for a free app, only the full, paid version apparently does NOTHING to disable these frustrating interruptions. Waste of otherwise good electric piano samples. AVOID AT ALL COST.
It has lag but I'm pretty certain its a problem with android and not the app. Hopefully android M will fix this.
Needs work to be useable. Considering buying the expansion packs but it cannot handle more then 2 notes played (using a midi controller) at the same time without crackling. The more notes you play at the same time, the more it crackles and distorts. Other then that, would be a 5star app, no doubt. Please fix. "Perfect piano" app does not have this problem.
