Using this app for my CC. App is NOT user friendly. You have to find things. Most importantly, CC Bill if paid, it does not show. It just shows current outstanding. It can get confusing at times. They should mention Details like last bill paid on "date" and "amount" so that its easier for the user. Really like Citibank for this. Very simple and user friendly. Team plz see if the User Interface can be modified.

Not impressed, my name has not been updated correctly across the account, they keep sending my debit cards with the wrong name, I . Tried ordering my card through the app but my correct name is not available in the drop down list. Also takes forever to arrive , 10 days not ideal. Keep calling them, highlighting the name issue, been over a month, still unresolved. I'm looking to switch banks.

I gave a good review before but seems it was too early, today I am trying to send a payment for last six or more hours, I even reinstalled the app but no success in sending payment, it stops at "proceed" button, phone hangs up at that point, even " feedback" doesn't go after typing. Something wrong with the app, it was not this bad.

App is not user friendly. There are too many unnecessary things in the app that are not related to banking. I have been searching for service request option in app since half an hour and couldn't find it. I had setup a standing instruction and now i don't see it in the list. But auto debit is still happening and i can't find it to cancel.

App is very good, but the recent update disabled screenshot of the payment success and reference number screen which is a huge inconvenience for me. I relied on those screenshots for my UPI payment history. On top there is no option to download the image, I have to forcefully send it to someone and then screenshot that image. Maybe I'll have to find some alternate app for this now. It was nice experience using this app. Receipts don't show who the money was sent to, so that's useless too.

iMobile is a very basic banking app. For each and every new action, for example, for mutual funds, address change, etc, you have to go to bank, though icons for same are existing. There is no direct grievance redressal or feedback mechanism. However, prompts for credit card will keep surfacing through notifications. Thats probably the most advance feature. App is only good to transfer money and to check your balance. Can't even change the debit card limit through the app...

It was not working. Installed and re-installed the app. It is not at all starting now. It successfully sent SMS from the registered mobile number. Still it says authenticating... authenticating... authenticating for hours. Could not understand how ICICI Bank functions. Perhaps, it too on the way of falling. Never experienced such a thing in the last many years. Please check and rectify the error.

Every time I try to pay bill, the amount is deducted from my bank and it shows transaction successful while the app states the payment has failed. It gives rise to a state of confusion, whether the bill is paid or not. The payment update takes few to appear on the app which usually takes seconds for other bank apps. If you call the customer care it will ask you to enter card no and pin which makes the card owner prone to online frauds. Overall a very frustrating experience.

Worst credit card services ever faced. Even after paying the credit card bills it does not let you use amount as per limit. Updation of application is so much slow that it takes almost 10 - 15 days for updation of payment after paying the bills. When you call their customer care for help (for which you need to do a balance top up) they waste your main balance in instructions and then a automated response in there. Such an irritating thing.

Please stop the pop-up ads! Every time I login there's a pop-up window about personal loan/FD/mutual funds etc which gets clicked accidentally and is very annoying. And within an hour the bank officials start calling about the personal loan etc because i had clicked the advertisement on the app.

Good App, Due date is fixed for all users in every months. So, due date and outstanding amount must have to show on first window. After paid dues still shows outstanding billed dues. So people can get ideas and be know about their due date. but amount can be entere in calculator for fix the actual amount.

The app keep hiding keypad when you need to enter pin. Never seen such poor UX of any app. How you get such perfection on being worst. Very poor service. Whenever you need, they can not serve. Website & App both are not working since morning. Even the name of the Apps are very irrelevant. No Idea what these Apps do by seeing their names.

The app is feature-packed and enables you to do almost every banking-related task. The only improvement that the app needs is a revamped UI. The app, sometimes, feels a bit sluggish and freezes up. Overall the app is very well made and provides best in-app-experience when compared to other reputed banks.

I have already reached out to customer care multiple times that I am not able to login to the application with the user id and password. The user id and password combination works fine in net banking but not in the application. The customer service is not capable enough to resolve this simple issue.

Worst navigation and hardly any clicks work, unless you keep in clicking for eternity! After almost a looing time that has passed between my earlier feedback, there is 0 improvement. Home loans simply domt navigate to the next screen! Wonder why launch an app that doesnt work and moreover keep it without any improvements!! May 14 2022, still continues to be the worst ever banking app I experienced!! In fact i can see a loan account of another customer, how great of data privacy breach is that!

Very bad experience on the bank app. As soon as we open the app, a pop up comes which shows the advertisement. It is very irritating and not reqd. Have been a loyal ICICI customer from 2001. You dont need to resort to these kind of cheap tricks. Just keep doing what you have been doing all these years.....provide hassle free customer service. The size of the app is huge compared to other banking apps. Uninstalled the app now. Doesn't have enough features. You can't create pin for your icici credit card if you dont have a savings account. Without account, you cant signup/login. Edit 2: click on any offer, it takes you to apply for loan/cards/account section. Offer is available on pay other credit card bill through iMobile app, but no option to pay other card bills.😂 Amazing app.

App is good. But the EMI statement shown are confusing Hard to understand. Last billed and current statement is also confusing. No bill paid option which really confusing too. After paying the bill, the statement remain the same. Viz last billed and current outstanding. All the transactions are not listed which is very important for customers.

I was using this App successfully until recently when I reinstalled the app after handset settings were reset. The App simply fails to launch after installation.. mobile verification process "authenticating" never stops. Tried getting help both from the bank as well as network service provider but no use.. both kept passing the buck on each other. Very bulky App, tried a few times uninstalling and then installing but nothing worked.. wasted quite some data and time in the process, horrible.!

I am using 3 bank accounts. This is the worst app, and majorly disappointed with the credit card credit updates. Some times, it's taking 2 to 6 hours for the money to get credited after it's debited from the savings. I would rather give 0 rating if there was a choice. Many many complaints with the app, not just 1 or 2.

Overall experience is very good but one thing from my to update in your app if possible. When I was pay the bill fully or some amount of bill that time the app doesn't show the paid amount in top icon. In every time it's require to count from below credited amount to calculate total credit amount by us but in other bank app it's also show on top icon to how much amount credit in your account. So,if possible please update the app. Thank u .

Each updates making app complicated and ugly interface. Initially it was nice. What's the use cibil score and personal loan section ?? Does it really necessary ??? Many of users not found any uses with those two. Better you can remove it or hide somewhare.both are sucksssss. Don't spoil the app in each updates. Its loaded with useles junks please remove as many as garbage things from app and make it to user-friendly. Team doesn't have brain it seems . If you have it, kindly use it.

I am unable to access the app due to some alert that says "you might become a victim of online fraud. Please close screen sharing app to access". However I don't have any screen sharing on. Called up customer service and they are unaware of this issue and they don't care. They just want to close the call asap. Please hire quality people who can help customers. Very poor communication. Just reading script.

UPDATED REVIEW STILL NOT user friendly. Had earlier written that this didn't download & ICICI responded below. Their response didn't help, but I found a workaround by removing all apps from my phone, including Uber etc & it worked. Anyway, ICICI hasn't told yet how & where do we link the ICICI account? How to create UPI id? Linking Cards? It should all be easily doable. Process flow is not smooth for user. I'll still have to visit branch & get things done. Better & verifiable service there.

With new update I can't transfer money to my added beneficiary from UPI. Why do I need to enter Account no. & IFSC code to send money to the beneficiary which is already added and approved? Please bring back the old option. The popup on the home page during startup is irritating especially when I have to make quick UPI payment. In the statement, The transaction doesn't have much details and After clicking on back button, the entire statement gets refreshed which takes a lot of time.

I deposited advance tax through ICICI iMobile app last month and to my surprise they deducted the same amount twice though I did the transaction only once. When I contacted customer service they said that it has happened due to their server error as it posted same transaction twice but they can't reverse it and now the only option I have is to claim refund while filling ITR. Highly disappointing customer experience to say the least.
