The app definitely needs some work most I just use it to see if I have any notifications or messages. The website on a laptop/pc or tablet in full desktop view works best. The video meetings all work on the actual website. Being that this organization is offered for free and runs on donations I'm sure itll take time to fix an app to run bug free. Some of these rude comments I'm seeing are way out of line. It's not going to help your recovery by blaming an app without trying a different approach.

For all the people having issues with this app... go to your phone settings where you can access your app permissions (like uninstalling, force stopping and memory clearing) and scroll down til you see app permissions. Click on that and turn on the options for mic and camera. I just did that after having issues with the app and going thru the rigmarole of uninstalling and so on and now the cam and mic works on the app. I feel silly for doing that 1st lol. Hope this helps 😊

i have tried to access in the rooms by smart phone app, and through the web. Forgive me for not making that more clear in my last communication. I have installed the app more than once tried to sign in and there's no button for me to push so that I can continue, is there any way you can help me? well i guess that means l'm fresh outta luck, to put it mildly. Videos keep freezing. The need help page doesn't load. And there is no way to remind you of meetings or keep record of you being in them. I believe if these were fixed this would be amazing and helpful to all of us. Mobile and pc

This app is much more complicated than all others. I clicked need help and got a blank page. I logged into a meeting and had no clue how to do anything, no screen showing anything. Just all around frustrating and worthless.

I can't do video meetings on any of my devices, including my laptop. I've tried everything and nothing seems to work. So disappointing since I really need this badly. Looking at the reviews majority of people are having the same issue. The developer doesn't seem to respond to people or fix the issue. Too bad since they are missing out on a lot of donations from members.

This app sucks!! It force closes constantly, won't let you make changes, it's horrible!! Video meeting don't work, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling still sucks. This app needs major work.

This app is horrible its not working its saying its offline constantly it says i have messages and i cant open them the rooms are hard to figure out and the whole app is beyond complicated to use. Nothing is working correctly at all . this app needs to be redone it was made im sure for help but the only thing im getting from it is a hard time and frustration. I wouldnt reccamend this app at all.

Horrible app. I couldn't write anything. Apparently, there should have been a blue bar across the top of the screen, couldn't see that. I couldn't make the video cover the whole screen. I couldn't even search anything for help.

I also have the version released September 1, 2018 and I am unable to be seen or heard or even request to speak. I am on a Samsung Galaxy Sky Pro Android version 6.0.1. Besides that, I like the app and features. Thanks, Dan

I would give this app 5 stars but once Sunday comes there's no list of meetings for the next week. I make lists of ALL meetings for the next week on Sundays but i can't do that so I have to figure out other meetings to do. I hope you can get this updated otherwise I'm going to have to uninstall this app cuz im too busy during the week to add these meetings to my list. UPDATE: I wasnt aware of that. Thank you for clarifying that information. I will give 5 stars. Thank you very much!

This app is great if you only want to listen in on the meeting. I could not access the help nor could I get messages or connect with friends or put a profile picture.

no way to share. this morning there's just the picture of the chairperson and there's no icon. s there's no way to share there's nothing to to click on it's a basic smartphone to be the trouble it doesn't seem to be an update or nothing either September 18. I can hear if I can hear the meeting the main thing I can't do that unless. on wi fi?

I'd you are using a phone go to apps in settings. Click on permissions and you can use the camera and mic. I figured that out and now app is way better. You're welcome

Not worth downloading cant do anything tried updating profile and after saving everything got deleted and cant click on nothing without being kicked off the app just a BIG WASTE OF TIME!!!!!!!!!!

Once I signed out I was unable to sign back in. It keep saying you have entered wrong username and password. I don't know how well he works. Can't get a chance to use it.

Wondering how the live video meetings work on the Android app. I saw who I'm guessing is the moderator, a few icons on the bottom... But no other people or instructions. Is it just best to view them on some other device like a laptop? Thanks

Anytime a new speaker gets in the que I have to get re-open the app for it to function also there today anyway seems to be feedback from the speakers, audio through the chairperson mic

I cannot get past the registration. The "go" hyperlink to accep terms and conditions, appears to be off the screen or its not visible.

this app does not let you use it to the full extent . you can only watch the video meeting but you can't "share during meeting".

NEEDS FIXED: I just downloaded this app because I am using my phone and the regular site wont allow me to comment or join videos. I cant even do it here in the app either. i go to the help section and i get nothing cant ask a question cant figure out how i can join into the meeting. please fix would love to be able to interact and talk on the videos. this app gives no explanation on how to even use it!!

I only joined today. Still finding my way around. So far enjoy meetings. Realy great. Much better than text only and a little better than Skype. I depend on internet for meetings. Please keep up good work. I realy believe this should be far more well known in AA as a realy invaluable resource. A great supplement to F to F meetings.

It's not good on phones. Most of the functions dont work! I cant even open messages sent to me or reach out to anyone. So frustrated

error message the register screen doesn't work, the error message says wrong email. How can it be wrong email if I'm registering for the first time?

I can't figure this app out. I keep trying to find someone who knows how to use this and can explain it. No one else can show me how to use it either. I watched the tutorials, they were all for the computer and not for the phone! I need help! I need to know how to attend a video meeting on my phone and I'm not alone! There's a group of people that I know who want to know how to use your app to actually attend meetings! Please explain it!!!!

my software has repeatedly identified this app is a security risk. I'll be sticking to desktop interface for the time being

This app needs to be fixed to work on smartphones. The share using webcam hardly works for anyone!!!

simply does not run on android. it crashes when you try to enter a room.

I haven't participated in meetings bc I can't catch them in time and I dont want to interrupt but I've explored and everyone seems to be truly friendly
