This app is very inconsistent in terms of its content. Most importantly, the photos section is worst. Half of the year it doesn't show any pics!! 28/1/22 Issue remains unresolved even after 3 months! It shows seriousness of developer. I'm uninstalling the app!

Fun to easily share songs with friends and link from what's app👍 Even without a subscription, Spotify is great. The ads can get a little annoying, but it's worth it. App is slightly buggy but there are ways to circumvent crashes really good app

I like the application... Have been reading/ listening news on this app for quite a long time .. but one thing I didn't like is while listening to news with the play audio option in this app, if the screen goes off the audio stops automatically .. appreciate if this issue gets fixed asap ...

I downloaded this app today for news updates. but it's showing some coins on the screen connecting to my paytm and showing lot of advertisement. unable to read news and getting stuck lot of times. unable to open options tab and raise query. first remove the adds and lot of unwanted options and that something coins. it's showing time and disturbing. still lots of issues but unable to get it resolved.

Very messy and disorganized app. The overall experience becomes too strenuous. One needs to strain too hard & spot the news among so many useless ads. The look and the feel of the app is also unpleasant. I don't care about any tokens. I just installed it through an ad on TOI bcoz it promised all the relevant news in diff areas at one place. But all I could see were ads and no good content. It's also too white and I couldn't see any dark mode. Uninstalling right now.

Broken login issue. When I try to login, it says "Logged in successfully" or "Welcome back, (username)" but it shows "Hi User", which implies that I've not logged into NewsPoints account. Also, the option for tokens is totally missing in this app. This app is totally broken. EDIT: The login issue didn't get fixed till date. Time to uninstall this app.

Could see same news rolling around and will never let you go out of it and had to kill the app to access your phone. You will get prompt for exit but still it will let you be in the app itself. Please have the developer to understand the meaning of exit when there is a prompt. I had to perform the same process 5 times or more than that to exit the app.

Not happy .. annoyed with irrelevant notifications.. I have selected business and tech categories of notifications. But what all I get are stupid bollywood and entertainment notifications.. interface could be better with separate tabs for news photos and videos.. so that one who wants news only does not have to scroll through videos

Great app to have for latest news and updates in 360 degrees. Coverage is fantastic but sometimes it appears that full news is missing and gives an impression that we are reading headlines. Otherwise it's a super app for news and other articles as well. Just try and keep it up and avoid gossiping. -- Great effort guys.. -Shankar Venue

After my previous reviews about not getting points on reading news and watching videos and after several reminders i received email from team, in which they said to check FAQ's section. I checked faqs section and found everything is correct from my end but the app is failing to accumulate my points. Even app shows i have earned points while watching news videos and reading news, but app simply fails to accumulate those points. Teams reply was very casual. Pls improve.

Great, All of the domestic as well as international news from various print and electronic media, gathered meticulously and articulated very well in a single app. I, love this app very much that even though I have changed the handset, I keep on installing this app in all and my every handset. Three salutes, to the idea who started this app.

Notification does not stop even after registering hours not preferred to receive. Even notification sound does not stop despite exercising the relative option. Notification repeats itself even after dismissal. And the news conveyed by notification is not even significant. Why should i tolerate this nuisance? I am uninstalling.

Nice app, but many basic design flaws which are really irritating. Bottom portion of the videos are covered by the Title of the news which blocks the Slider while in portrait mode. In landscape mode is worse, a huge add at the bottom blocks all controls. Needs lot of improvement.

App is really good considering the newspaper point of view. It provides the exact replica of newspaper. But most of the time there is problem of fetching the data. I can't be able to download complete newspaper. Most of the time facing the same problem.

Reward points aren't added to the account after checking in and reading news, after sending multiple emails, the app developers are not responding to my email. Really disappointed, after filling a ticket the problem at support for timespoints,the problem isn't solved yet.

was reading the paper and every few minutes there's an ad to install one or the other app. I can understand the need to earn revenue but the frequency is too high for anyone to continue with it. Secondly many if these ads have video embedded and everytime they start playing automatically and the media volume is also turned to full. Are you even allowed to do that legally?

I am unable to redemption my times points , when phone number verification code attached there is a warning you have another account with this phone. I have closed the app two times, for this reason. Both time, I have times points. But the problem of verification existing. I have only one account, what you accepting, with the same phone. Thank you, for doing anything.

Perfect app to stay updated. I love how it helps you in earning tokens which you can later redeem on several apps. The only thing that annoys me is the add that pops up in between and before the start of any video. I hope they give 5 tokens per video which will help them in attracting more customers.

The app data keeps increasing gradually. Presently, it's at about 500MB which doesn't make sense. I guess it's because the e-newspaper downloaded daily isn't deleted automatically later on. Changed rating from 5 to 2. Please fix this.

Recently I have noticed the change in the app that e paper option is completely removed from the app. The most demanded things was one of the e paper reading. So much dissapointed by this changes.

Although i have done all activities, however no tokens are getting credited in my account. i have emailed and sent support message on app, but no response from their end. i think the app developer lacks proper customer support system and also is not able to resolve this issue as i observe the same issue faced by other reviewers. hope the developer resolves this important basic feature which is the backbone of this app.

I am giving this App One Star as it thrusts frequent full page popup advertising while browsing thru the news item even when the Ad is not clicked. It's a very bad experience and shows how these companies will go to any length to garner ad revenue at the cost of user experience. Result - bad rating and Uninstalling the App.

Worst app ever. Every now and then something or the other bug is there. Very poor functioning of the app. Currently points are not accumulating from past 5 days. No option of customer support. Tried every thing but points are not accumulating. Now dont try to teach basics of checking FAQ and all. Inculcalting heavy and numerous things in the app but third class and pathetic app management. HELL LOT OF IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED. Solve my query for non accumalation of points.

Downloaded out of curiosity and what the hell. It was 1 news may be for 10 ads. Totally a junk. There are competitors that are way better and Newpoint is just pure ad mania. Got so irritated that had to uninstall it within 15 mins.

ever since app has been powered by paperboy, the app has almost become an advt platform with least focus on news and epapers. even archive reading of epaper too has been stopped since it has been powered by paperboy. the first version of newspoint app was far far better. now rarely usable.
