Insidious VR

This seems to be not compatible for OnePlus One devices. Pity. When looking into the cardboard, the image is blurry and you can see the divide between L and R. Other VR apps work fine though so I'm definitely sure its the app itself.

Ugh. I was hoping for so much with this app, but it was rather disappointing. Yes it does have the best graphics I've yet to see in a VR app, but to me it just wasn't scary at all. If they made it a little longer with some ability to interact, then maybe it would pull you in. Overall. Dissatisfied. Waited to long to download a quick trailer.

this was the best trailer for a movie I have ever seen. This is the future of advertising! In this..this experience, you are in insidious. I don't want to give any of it away but get some headphones. Get cardboard (with a strap so you can't throw your phone) and brace yourself for sweaty palms and a pounding heart!

Why only for cardboard. People have better VR Headsets than a Cardboard. In my headset, I get double vision- my phone already has VR feature which can convert to SBS. Please add option to change screen to single screen and I will change to SBS with my phone coz cardboard SBS is crappy. Also, put a clear instruction- works only with Cardboard so people like me don't waste time on this.

I don't understand how there are so many good reviews. This is a VR trailer. Nothing more, nothing less. You don't interact with anything, you don't navigate through anything, you're not guided anywhere. You sit there and look around for less than several minutes. The description and high praises are extremely misleading. I'd rate it higher if they were just honest that this is simply a quick VR gimmick to push their movie. Being a free app doesn't excuse this.

I tried the Occulus version before trying this app which was a bit longer I believe and resolution was higher. On the occulus I could see more clearly the women face's details... but I was also see how big are the pixel on occulus rift. On this app, it's the contrary, I couldn't see the pixel from my phone screen, but the video resolution was way too low so I couldn't see clearly all the details. Overall nice attempt, but please, put some higher video resolution next time!

Honestly, if this had been longer I would have had to take a break because I was jumpy and had the chills at the same time. Playing scary games alone is one thing, but when you have the goggles on it is a lot lonier! Game navigated with ease, free of glitches. Can't wait for more!

For the life of me, it just won't work... there's sound but it shows me a white screen. I have Google cardboard and my phone is a Samsung Galaxy S5 like description says. I've tried reinstalling at least three times already.

This is definitely the future of film trailers . If you've seen insidious 1 & 2 then you will understand the scenario presented to you in this app . It made me jump a few times , so was quite effective . The only problem ( and I see this a lot with digital video vr ) is that it's a bit pixellated ( using HTC one m8s ) .. not sure if this is a phone or app issue but it ruins the experience slightly ..

In all honesty I did not expect much on downloading this app. However, I must admit I was so wrong. It's genuinely high quality, one of the best VR apps I have thus far downloaded. I wouldn't recommend being stationary, to get the most from it you really need to be able to turn all the way around. We have a 360 seat so using this ensured you could get the most from the scares! It has been great fun seeing our friend's reactions on trying this out. Highly recommend. It shows off how good cardboard can be.

This was a really good way to make the movie even more memorable. Nice and scary just the way I like it! For all the people complaining that the app doesn't work, try reading the description. It tells you in plain English that this app is only guaranteed to work with certain devices and then goes on to list which devices they are. And no, the S4 isn't one of them. READ PEOPLE!!

I used this so many times and still get scared. The thing that makes it even more scarier is putting on headphones and having the volume all the way up. Thank you for making this app free.

Played for a little. Couldn't see anything in vr as it was blurry and just didnt work. I had to hold it out of the vr and look at it split screen to see what was going on. So abit of a fail there which is a shame. It would be fairly freaky. Really needed to be longer also. Has tons of potential but for now im uninstalling

It's short but very well done. For an advertisement, this outdoes other full fledged attempts. I now use this exclusively to show off my vr setup and introduce people to the future of technology.

Very disappointed as the app doesnt work. All i get is the sound and a white screen. I have a sampsung galaxy S5. The info claims it should work on this device. Well it doesnt.

I'm sure it would be a great game except I only see a white screen with sound. Like other Samsung S5 users I've read about.

I can't move forward. It only last for 5-10minutes and it shows a door shutting down then it starts all over again. I don't know if im doing something wrong it doesn't allow me to do anything but to stare at BEGIN.

I LOVED IT. The best game on VR so far that I have played. Could've have been a bit longer but nonetheless still crazily scary. If it did go on longer I would've had to take a break for a while. GOOD JOB 💕

This is just a very short trailer for a movie. Don't waste your time.its not even scary. Turns me off from wanting to see the movie too. I would of gave it a higher score but the title doesn't say trailer. Therefore I felt mislead.

Used some free ebay/myer knock off of a google cardboard and it works really well in them. The app is really immersing

Barely anything happens, you sit down and after ~30-45 seconds you see a few ghost and 30 seconds after that it ends.

This was great. Scary though I threw my goggles across the room so it's not for people who get scared easily

I would have preferred it if I was able to put my phone in so the camera lense was in the opening on my VR device. Trailer was great fun.

I got this app because my sisters loved the movie. I let them try the experience and the screamed, nearly falling of the couch. I loved their reactions and I'm not even going to do it myself. It's the perfect thing to bring to a small party and let everyone demo it.

I put on my headphones and started the app. Then I immediately threw them to the floor because I couldn't handle it

GF threw the headset across the room and then left. Lol. I give it 3 stars because I'm not watching this, and the GF left.

It crashes and restarts my device after I point to a menu option with the orange circle. Using nexus 6p
