My policy is struck does not show details. I see other report as same issue but no fix or app update is provided yet. This issue persistent from almost 3 months as I have seen. You have go to pc and access policy. Sent mail today hope update with fix is provided.
After updating the App, I'm unable to see my Policy details. One of the worst experience for me from this App.i suggest everyone to stay away from such Apps. It's a fraud. No customer support at all.
Nothing works on the app. My policies tab is not opening. I want to buy travel insurance but the nothing opens. This is a really baad app.
Renewal process doesn't work on the app.. Terrible. Had to do it on the website, no point of downloading the app.
V bad The app is full of bugs, not showing the insurance data, every time the app goes in hang mode and data can not show. Should be improved the App otherwise the image of the company will be ruined.
At the time of self inspection it automatically logout and comes to login screen..guys look this as serious concern.
I believe there is another app ILTakeCare from same company. This app seems to be old and should be discontinued with proper notification to the users. Nothing seems to work with this app.
Such a useless app. I tried to file a motor claim and it kept on signing me out by showing session expired. I thought I might have taken too much time to fill up the details. However, it kept on signing out whenever I press the submit button. I tried it numerous times but all in vain. Either your app is not compatible enough or you want us to fill the details within a blink of eyes. Looking at all the reviews and your standard ans I can expect the same response.
App doesn't work. It takes a lot of efforts to log in the account (uninstall the app, reinstall and try till success) and the policies won't appear, even when I linked them none appeared except one. It is time ICICI Lombard to shut its shop and do some other business where no technology is involved as it has miserably failed to maintain its own standards for last 3-4 years. It was excellent until 2014-15 but seems to have missed the bus.
Very poor. Inspite of entering all details, it's not showing anything in my policy. After retering the data and sync, message appears-its already sync. If already sync, where it is showing. I doubt whether it's official app of ICICI Lombard. If it's official, I shall never ever opt for any product of ICICI nor shall I recommend to anyone. I see the same type of complaints by so many. Still I am facing the problem and the same answer from ICICI to share email id and phone no. Its not going to

Is there any aingle thing that works in this application? I bought a policy online and it is not showing under my policies. I am trying to do self inspect after entering the reg number it only gives a popup to clcik Got It and then back to same screen.
I synced my policy, it didn't appear. Tried again, it said that policy's already synced. But it still never appeared. UPDATE : After making a claim or even after renewal, the updates don't show up in the app. I'd let the developers know on call that this issue might happen. But apparently, nobody listened. 🤷🏻♂️
totally useless app, even support or contact us not working. no data fetching from server. i cant upload screenshot otherwise it's help you to understand.
Worst service, third class webisite and Worst application. Everytime amount get deducted during renewals and i have to call several times to get my policy copy.
This is a good application with a cooler way to perform mobile self inspection of the vehicle. The only glitch I found was that, when I was capturing the 'Odometer' image but closed it thinking I'll do all the outer images first, any other capturing didn't work. I was able to click on the capture button for 'Front View' but the camera wasn't working. I had to go back to the screen where I had to put my vehicle number and redo all the process again.
I try to renew a two wheeler policy which was expired. When I entered the details in the ICICI Lombard website, and clicked "Buy Now" button, it keeps on progressing forever. I tried on both Firefox and Chrome. Then I attempted this app. Now it is fetching the details at blazing fast speeds unconditionally. Please fix it.
I see hundred of them complaining and app as noticed myself, app has been like this from many months already. Hence a question, is this really an active app? I see another app called "IL Take Care" and hence even more curious to understand if this is already phased out app. I have not been able to see anything in app as tried today. Keeps loading perpetually. Don't see a point in sending the same thing over mail. It's obvious that issues are there for everyone and app hasnt been tested well.

Not worth... cant even able to download the insurance. download button is not working and no sign of any action after touching. -- I got a call from executive after the mail that I sent with further details. They promised to send the document through mail. i dont know deeper about the issue that they explained , but its good to see that they helped. Thanks for the team.
I've been trying to take my photos for self inspection. The images get reset by themselves every time. This is very annoying. I am not able to connect to a customer service number also. I've been trying to take these images for the last 1 hour but it just gets reset.

In this app you have to sync the insurance copy manually. It won't automatically sync. After making so much of struggle to sync our insurance copy finally insurance copy won't download at all. It always shows an error unable to download pdf. If cannot download our insurance copy then this app is useless. There is a lot of option to make an claim and vehicle inspection can be done through app only. But finally I think if we can't see our policies then it is useless to use the app.
Quality testing not happened well. Application forgetting after taking 5 or 6 pictures. So i need to start from first. It happen to me thries. samething happened to me even I uninstall and reinstall. If you dev team is not calliber to save all images at once and difficult to maintain state of previous captured then do it one by one so atleast we can save time of user what ever he captured so he will take pictures rest of them in 2 or 3 instance to do 10+ pictures.
I used the app for buying travel policy. On receiving the policy document I realised that app does not have all the fields to capture information required in travel policy document. Example, Gender and nominee details of co- travellers. The nominee details for all co-travellers remains same, including relationship. The app even doesn't capture correct information of co-travellers relationship with proposer. These bugs results into unnecessary follow up with customer care for doing corrections and takes lot of time. I suggest all users buying travel insurance through app to check gender, nominee and relationship details. As these errors may not allow you to take claim benefits.
Hopeless aap.. I have registered online car insurance..And this app link message displayed to download. I have downloaded and now it's 7days passed but while login it displayed message"User is not active". When I discussed with customer care they said please wait for day it will start.. Hopeless aap...
App is full of bugs, showing incorrect date of renewal date, doesn't show what insurance options were selected in previous policy. Useless app. Should be improved otherwise spoiling the image of the company.
I haven't seen any insurance app as cool as this! It's really easy to explore the different product s and plan on the app And the communication is simply to understand including the terms and conditions. Since there are no jargons in the way they communicate, I am sure they do maintain transparency in information.
No matter how many times I sync the policies, they just won't show up in the app and this has been an issue since July. To make things worse, the new update logs us out before we even log in. Excellent coding!
Pathetic application. No one should use this application. Too buggy not able to identify it's own policy and when asked to add engine details some details are prefilled which doesn't allow to modify and then can't use this application for my insurance renewal. Poor user experience. Even the website is pathetic as it's doesn't have any option to update IDV during renewal. I received multiple quotes of diff amount for same vehicle. Poor service.
