IP Cam Viewer Lite

Although it works ok, you pay for having unsolicited intruding ads and an anoying popup message to update for a pro version for another $4USD. If seller would at least refund the basic price to purchase the pro version, it would be a little bit better, but anyway, if you are already paying for an upgraded version, it should not show ads at all.

Useless. Can't view remotely. But nice for it to tell me the stream url. I'm sure other apps can do it. You can't even pay for it to work remotely. So, USELESS.

This app continues to impress me after 4 years. It is stable and oh so dependable. If it starts to misbehave, I head over to get the latest update and I'm back to enjoying the very best FREE and reliable app that continues to amaze me. Thank you developers for not only creating, but for maintaining the BEST viewer app out there! ... *****10 STARS!!!

OMG.. This app actually found all my IP Cameras just clicking once. All i had to do was enter name and pw and connected. Finally i can stop using 3 different apps for my different cameras.

App used to be awesome. Now, the widgets apparently dont work unless you upgrade, (or its a bug with newer phones). Either way, made the app useless for me. Theres not only an ad banner, but also a constant barrage of full volume video ads that literally startle me and people within a 20 ft radius. Avoid this over-the-top ad infested app, or take your chances that the widgets work on the pro version. I'll go with something I can validate has working widgets.

Good viewer for years. I use it as a backup to tinycam, knowing that apps die in Google land with no backup course. Limited to 6 cams, so not really useful for me. I tried motion detection for 1 cam, looked great until it brought up a full screen ad and just stopped there. Yeah, really useless to have it motion detect for a couple minutes then shut everything down for a full screen ad. Guess I should just look out the window 24x7 instead?

Works pretty good although not all of the functions work for my camera's, it won't turn on or off the lights on my camera and it won't do a cruise control or patrol whatever you want to call it and the other thing is I don't see a difference between the light version and the basic version on the download size

Intrusive ads, popup Fullscreen nag windows, difficult unintuitive setup. Not a good app.

The massive front page with all the updates was too vague. Can't tell if you can't even pair a camera system to it without buying the app, it sounds like you can't. Too hard to figure out.

app is hard to set up take time to figure out bit when you use the lite or basic it starts up with tons af adds. it doesnt need that many adds and so frequent. you start watching your cams and then you get blasted with tons of add. i understand them but not so many. maybe at startup and closing but not when you view the cams.

Have been using this app for a few years now. I have 3 different make of IP cameras each from different countries and they always work very well. A very reliable app all along, no need to go try other apps. Only thing I cannot do is to record event videos to my phone. Hope they include this soon.

Finally my search is over! After trying 10's of IP camera monitoring apps, this is the only app I found that knows how to connect to the wide range of cameras that exist, whether with standard connection or with the camera's specific way of connecting. Once you understand the user interface of this app, you will see that you can customize the app perfectly for your needs.

Zero stars works ok app not user friendly. Must be tech savy know ip address, port so on. Features are like using outdated software. But it does all work. I was going to use for basic cam viewer in house for driveway to stay on during day not even record. Then found it pops up adds automatically every five minutes with sound. Way to force you to give money for garbage. Going to buy go with blue iris works way better and way better features.

Frequent full screen ads with HIGH VOLUME audio! Come on if you want to monetize your app fair enough, but if it negatively impacts user experience to the point it makes the app unusable, it's gonna be uninstalled.

Good for what it is, free though ads can become annoying. People who are complaining about their camera failing to "retrieving" aren't setting up their router correctly. You need to have port forwarding enabled if you haven't done so already.

App would be a lot smarter, if it could just parse a generic range from a mjpeg stream. It's super easy, just jpegs one after another, and then you wouldn't have to sit here and pick thru a million cameras because every camera, streams mjpeg, but this tries to be too complicated doesn't read jpegs and spins loading all day then asks to upgrade. Time to delete, I'll check back

The Best Video app and Support. I have been using this app for years and love it. I bought an IP Cam that didn't work, so I contacted Robert. He was more than helpful and prompt with his communications. I am now able to view all my cameras within the same app. Thanks Robert!

Used to be a good app, but developer keeps making changes using the same "more drivers and bug fixes" message for changes while actually just adding more intrusive ads. Look for an alternative

Connects to my dafang hacked cameras straight away, good image, no lag, doesn't crash during PTZ function like tinycam. it's just a shame the pro version couldn't connect to the same cameras.

Adware. Completely awful. It just constantly interrupts with ads and urges you to upgrade. It's a shame, because it used to be a good app.

Easy to set up. But the interface (pan/tilt/zoom) is very clunky and slow. Have to repeatedly press arrows to make a large movement.

Love having access to home cameras on the go! Helps us keep an eye out for packages, activity at front door and back entrance as well as interior (activity of pets left alone during day, can look and listen for unusual activity inside the home while on travel). We get occasional awesome snapshots of birds or cats at the front door! Those bring a smile!

I tried other apps that wouldn't connect. They would find the cameras but no vid. This one connected both of my cameras but I did have to fill in connection settings manually.

Failed to import camera. Tried everything to add my cams without success. There needs to be an option for manually adding cameras. A lot of apps need that feature.

loaded with annoying ads, heavy to load and every other feature it asks for an upgrade, I can do without greed. I don't like it period.

I used to enjoy this app, but your recent change in AD supplier is infuriatingly annoying. Some dirtbag scheme is now set up, to show noisy videos regularly along with a message to but the app. I trust you do NOT intend to gain paying customer this way - merely trying to get rid of us nonpaying freeloader scum, right? :D If this advertising shift is in fact intentional on your part, would you please let us know that your new attitude is "we either pay the dough or beat it, right" ? ;)

Very good app. I have connected ip cams of three different makes and all of them working with this app like a charm. Will consider the pro version when I get the resources.

Wouldnt go past screen overlay setting, and as with all other apps, im not fixing something that should work, to get it to work. Heres your one star review and its been uninstalled.

Annoying with break of streams for upgrade to payment. The rest simple is good. Some interface elements do not work.
