Access too slow after all the adverts. By the time I get to my alert for the video the live caption had already disappeared. Never used to get ads and then all of a sudden it's like watching a commercial channel on TV. If I could give zero stars I would. Now looking for something else to show my cams instead of this piece of junk. No I wouldn't recommend this if you want to watch your live feed or see activity. Also keeps signing me out. Waste of time.

The app stopped sending notifications a few weeks ago. I have tried everything, clearing the cache, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, resetting the camera, but nothing worked. I have checked my system settings, app setting and all notifications are enabled, still nothing. Notifications are not showing up at all!

Horrible. It really did work good for awhile. Now doesn't work at all. Says it's connected and camara never comes online. I have 2 and both are doing the same thing. I have deleted and reinstalled several times. Reset several times. Still doesn't work. And now ads are popping up on start up.

This app was great until the last update. Now, every time I launch the app, ads pop up really the ads need to go because it is making me want to throw the entire system in the trash and never buy anything from this company again. These ads are really starting to pxss me off. I have alarms that go off and have to wait for the damn ads to go away before I can check the cameras. I am now looking for another barnd and telling everyone to stay away from this brand. And that bad since I work in IT.

It does OK but ads interfering with access when access is all you really need at that moment.... not going to work for me. You can't hold a person's access to their video cameras, their security, until they have seen your ad! Very poor choice.

App just keeps getting worse. I prefer an older version that I keep going back to but they keep automatically updating the app to the latest and most useless version. If I could find another app to connect to my Zosi system, this app would be gone!

Ads everytime. Payed for this service and get ads. Do not recommend this to anyone. Update. Still has ads. Paid for this and has ads every time it's opened. Do not get this app. There are many that are ad free if you pay to use. Obviously the app is about ripping people off and Google does nothing. This app should be removed. It's time now for legal action. If you are considering using this app be sure and check the ratings. There are many more one star ⭐ ratings than any other.

I used this app and cameras since early 2018. Everything used to work fine until few weeks ago (mid. March 2022). Some ads started to pop up whatever, but it stopped working! Now two sets of cameras are rendered useless.. No support available. I hope they will fix the issues soon.

Zero Stars. Too much that's promised doesn't work, and a system software update broke push notifications. Will be replacing the camera system for something more reliable with an app that delivers promised features and functions.

The update now causes it to pause for an unreasonable about of time. This is very dangerous, this is a camera app If I need to see whats going on I definitely don't have time to read your skit about ads. Terrible idea.

UPDATE: GET RID OF THE ADS YOU JERKS! Extremely unhappy that I now have to watch ads in order to see my security cameras. It is a SECURITY system. I'm getting robbed and I have to stop and watch an ad before I can see what's happening?!?! May need to 'office space' this box and buy something new. Terrible business practices. Based on all of these negative reviews, you may see some legit lawsuits soon. If you're buying new cameras, stay away from companies that use this ap. A bunch of BS!

Was a great app and product UNTIL they started running adds. Hate it ! It takes what could be precious seconds to over 20+ seconds to see what is going on where my cameras are set up. REMOVE THE ADD BS !

I am very disapointed in this app. I was using it for about 5 years now to view my cctv systems when I was away from my premises. No I have to watch commercials and by the time the cameras comes online what I wanted to see is not there anymore. Why did these guys allow ads on their app seeing that it was tailored for specific users and not everone? Am now considering changing my cctv systems because of the commercials

I liked it at first. No complaints but now after spending a good amount on solar ptz cameras, I wontbe to use them as this app is unreal with whatever they trying to accomplish. Like hello just read the reviews, your don't have happy customers, people will stop all together. was about to order dvr set to go with my current solar ptz cameras, nope, not anymore. Need to find some that use completely differant app. Update. App does seem to be back to the way it was but skeptical still.

Don't waste your time with this app is useless, I connected for a trip to check my place it worked for 24 hours after that said that the cameras were offline I came back from my trip thinking the wifi was off nah it's just the useless app.

I will not be buying these products (Zoohi + Anran) again. I dont want to see any ads while using the damn app. Why do I have to see your ads for 5-6 seconds before I can view my cameras? Stop being greedy and trying to make profit by inconveining your customers. This short sightedness eventually kill your business.

Any news of an update to fix the last update yet, this app has gone from being half decent to pretty much useless, remote view does ofter 5 mins viewing time since last update. Kind of defeats the object of remote view

Was great, have this setup for about 5 years now. Within the last week can no longer view from my phone, now has adds. Never had issues aside from lagging until now.

By the time I got through the two ads login and the preset put in the people shooting down the street where gone. This app is not your friend if you need it fast.

I would rather pay for the app then to have to deal with the delay with ads. Also wish when the cameras load up, they would goto HD mode and not SD all the time

Awful I bought the 8 camera kit and it still works but a few days ago the app started saying offline and I haven't been able to see my cameras on my app since the nvr works the cameras all work its the app so I recently purchased a new set hopefully it works better

Can't do playback anymore on my phone. Half the time I can't see live either. Can we fix this please? Everything was working fine and now hardly anything works.

No option on the cameras are actually able to be used. The "store" is not real. This app is a JOKE along with the camera system. No one responds to any messages or email. I DONT recommend this or any product from this camera company or app supplier. They OBVIOUSLY don't know what they're doing. Don't waist your time or money people!!

I have been using this app for sometime now but all of a sudden it will not allow me to log into the app. It keeps giving me an error message stating the password is wrong and when I try to reset the password it still does not work?

They put ads,on this app. When you want to look at your cameras you have an ad instead. Sometimes seconds count.

Instantly Crashes on Chromebook. The app does get installed on Chromebook but does not open or instantly closes on disclosure agreement page
