iTouch SmartWatch

Doesn't seem to operate the way it should like it doesn't give the heartbeat on what your heart is at, the app isn't working on the steps going compare to the watch. So when you use the app you'll have to use the steps by pressing a certain symbol manually. Don't get this app for that smartwatch at all!!! Also disconects and reconnecting with the smartwatch. It's bad 😔

Fairly good product. I don't like having to answer calls and only hear calls from the watch instead of from my galaxy s10 smartphone. How to fix that? I can't even hear the calls coming through nor the voice of the caller on my smartphone. At one time it worked perfectly. But I kept losing BT connect and was not getting all the functionalities to work, so I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app so many times it's exhausting. I still want the ability to talk on both even when wearing iTouch Air.

The last update fixed a lot of problems with the App, but I still can't save my preferences in the setup. Every time the app restarts, it goes back to the default including the alarm section. I have to choose every day what apps I want it to notify me on the watch. l also don't always have my watch on and it's really annoying that I can't shut off the app. It keeps on alarming that the watch is lost even when I turn that alarm off. The app keeps turning that back on.

app is always disconnecting from my watch and I am consistently through out the ENTIRE day reconnecting it! It should be reconnecting itself not by manual connect. I have other watches that reconnect themselves, so I never have to worry. Half the time don't get any notifications or a ring with an incoming calls, and that is probably because the app won't stay connected to my watch! I bought a smart watch from wish and their app and watch work 100 percent better, and that is pretty darn sad!

I like the watches and the app even though it's so hard to find the Curve and Air 2 since they're the only ones you can make calls from. I hate that my phone keeps randomly ringing like it's searching for my watch even though my watch is turned off and won't allow me to manually lower the volume or stop it, it's also not fun that those weird pictures keep popping up.

Just as the other reviews stated, I'm unable to use all the features in the watch as well. Features not working: text, weather, music, camera and notifier. Most likely returning this back to the store. Verified from directions from the website as non provided with the watch, downloaded the correct app and still features not working and now the watch is frozen. Definitely returning to the store.

Terrible app, I got the blue/green indicator, but nothing works properly but the time. The weather still say new york, tried to update in app and say not connected, but clearly shows connected. All the settings in the app and the watch will change back after I confirm the settings. Nothing is accurate even though I tried to set them. I walked 25 feet and it says I did 111 steps. Tried to connect messages and the ios notification comes up and I am using an android phone. So much more but no space

It works how it should... Eventually. My only problems are that it took a while to stop disconnecting from the watch on its own and start syncing. All good there now but a continuing problem is that after I hit the x in my notifications bar to turn the app off when I'm not using it or the watch, the app turns itself back on until I press the x about 50 times. I like a clean notification bar when I'm idle and this app doesn't allow it, update for the app to stay off when you press that x please.

I bought this watch while I was on my cruise. Wish I never would have bought it. Its waste of money. It doesnt sync to my music, weather, messages & when you get phone calls it doesnt contact even when you answer the phone. Battery doesnt even last 12 hours. It constantly adds pictures that I do not want added to my phone.

This app doesn't have the option to change the watch face to different faces. Nor does it have the option to allow you to see the time when turning your wrist over. With that being said, it's a waste of time and money. You guys need to upgrade the features like the wearable app, where you can have the option to do what the other app in wearable does.

yuck. it seemed like a professional device when I picked it up in the store, however when you turn it on. and try to connect it NEVER worked once! I was really hoping I could give this one at least 3 stars. but you leave me no choice. your app and your vague troubleshooting instructions need to be fixed. CANT EVEN CONECT THE DARN THING. im returning it to the store😤

Okay surprisingly I was able to connect my watch despite what the other reviews were saying. My messages did show up, my music icon popped up, my assistant works well, my contacts synced and I was able to make phone calls from the watch itself the only big problem like others stated is the syncing problem. My watch shows that it is synced. The Bluetooth icon on the watch is green/blue like they stated. But it doesn't stay connected and I'm unable to use all features. Fix connectivity errors.

I only gave it one star because I had to in order to write a review. The app isn't even worth that. It constantly disconnects from the phone, it will not allow you to customize the profile. It will constantly say set height/weight/steps failed. I can't check the weather because it is pre-set to New York in 2017. No matter how many times I try to reset it to my area with the correct date and time, it fails to keep it. The product itself is also iffy. I think I will send it back and get my money back on this epic fail.

Very disappointing product and app. Initially I was really excited about what seemed to be an affordable and aesthetic smartwatch for android. However my excitement ended nearly an hour later after the device had charged and been paired with my phone. Constantly disconnects Does NOT save data Smartwatch freezes I will be returning ASAP... save yourself some time and energy DO NOT PURCHASE.

Love the watch and it's capabilities! =) Just wish I bought it in all black as the light toned pink/ peach band stained quickly from wearing dark colored clothing and my work surface as I use a computer all day. Looked to purchase a replacement band but that doesn't seem to be an option. =(

after taking 2 hours to pair to the app, It was lovely to find out that it'll only stay connected to my phone for a second before I have to go fight with the connection on the app again. I think think the idea is amazing but how it was executed isn't great.

Horrible wish i hadn't wasted my money on this watch. Have been trying for 2weeks to set it up. Cant get it to work bc it wont let you save the height the buttons are overtop each other on the app on my iphone. Wont set the date or time right. Its just horrible.

Honestly one star. Thus watch isn't worth it. The battery dies fast. I have to charge it 3 times or more a day and it hardly saves my settings. When I set it to notify me and send me my text messages it never saves. I go into the app several times a day just to set the settings again. I dont know why I do, I still never seem to get my text. The calling is nice but overall this watch is so basic. I have the itouch air 2 to clarify. Before that I had the air se. I recommend it more.

EVERYTHING, and I do mean EVERYTHING all the other reviews said NEGATIVE about the watch and the various different downloadable ITouch apps, is true to the nth degree! as I have tried the Itouch air, the air 2 and the air SE (special edition), and ALL THREE ARE ABSOLUTE junk!!!, as NOT ONE OF THEM (nor the apps designed for them) does even one third of the features they're supposed to far less perform all of the watches' features properly 🤨... #WASTE #TIME #MONEY

absolutely useless. doesnt work for anything I needed it to. the notifications dont pop up on the watch because the app is constantly crashing. absolute garbage. will be returning the watch and getting a refund because of it as well. thank God I kept my receipt. complete and utter disappointment.

This app ruins the experience of the watch. The watch itself is pretty good for what it is but the app does not work AT ALL. It seems completely arbitrary whether i get notified of a text, and by that I mean about 5% of the time I get a notification. Tweet notifications are hit or miss as well and the watch shows them doubled so for one tweet I get two identical notifications. Will be returning the watch as its useless if it wont give notifications.

I'm not happy with the app. not saving my personal info. I turn off disconnect notification, because even if my ph is muted it goes off with a nuclear alarm sound if it disconnects. which I dont like. the messages I receive I select view but can't see the message. the app and watch disconnect often tells me unable to connect. I'm very disappointed with this watch...
