Jacksons Let's Go Rewards

It's cool to earn rewards only thing is it could have more information and tomorrow more they're very big and very few far and in-between

Log in system is unclear, rewards are sparing and garbage, and I can't look at any damn offers w/o verifying my age. Like hell am I sending a photo of my ID to random link sent via text for a GD gas station. Let me look at the other offers, I don't even smoke or drink anyway.

Can't even submit my information. App doesn't load past the first screen. Tried multiple times, including uninstalling and reinstalling. Addendum: After recieiving a response to this review, I attempted to utilize the app again, with the same results.

Had my password reset and was only able to log in once. The app then would not let me log in anymore. I emailed the creator of the app and was told to contact customer service. I Called the phone number from the app and they told me they have nothing to do with the app. They reset my password and I was able to log back in once. Now it's back to not letting me log in again. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and that did not help. I still can't log into the app.

Since the latest Android update the app just crashes at login. I've tried 3 different phones, emailed customer service, and called. They only said reboot the phone. So much for my points and rewards!

In process of deleting and reloading app because it was not loading my card number or accepting my phone number.... Argh! Stull not working I tried to enter without card and it won't let me get past email address and load my phone number. I hit enter try to put in phone number and it's loading it in email position. Ok so update I went back in it let me put in phone number but will not. Pull down drop down menu for security questions!

Every time I go to Jackson's they have what I need,and I'm able to Gas up at the same time and I'm off to where ever I need to go. Plus they are always friendly and it's a clean environment. 👌

Almost as good as the iOS equivalent, just missing the part where it shows your current star balance. It shows your transactions, but not your actual current start points. Please add this feature to android devices!

Edit: I've responded, no reply Somehow, I got logged out and now I can't get back in. It doesn't recognize my ph#, and the card has been worn down that I only see 7 numbers left. It makes sense now why I see tape on cards in general. The store is not able to see the numbers either, or they won't tell me anyways. There should be a way to do a recovery? But probably won't matter soon to me anymore, I only go for refills, and the prices has gone up AGAIN! Time to start consuming healthier drinks!

I pulled up the app to look at coupons and it had disassociated my phone number. So I made a new membership. Then I go into the store and ask 2 associate new card and they take an attitude on how it's not their responsibility. Eventually found out cards are on counter and she wanted me to help myself she couldn't just say that. Then when I look around on how to do that in my account I find nothing. Then after that all the coupons disappear and it says call 800 number

I posted an error (app crash) after an update to the play store. Devs replied to my previous post. Update fixed the app crashing. I appreciate the service and reply!

I had a bad experience with the last update. Was notified it was fixed, re updated the software and it works great. Thank you.

New app look is not an improvement over the nice simply old version. Also very difficult for your employees to scan barcode now.

It collects points and it signs me into the account, but I an unable to use my stars. I have collected enough stars to use as rewards but the app gives me no option to let me use them. How do I go about this issue? Thanks.

New & improved? 1 new feature is that the app crashes whenever I try to log in. Other than that, well, I don't know, because I can't log in.

Loved it when I could use app but it's not letting me back in so tried to create new account, but there is no drop down menus to select a security question!

Can't even log in. App crashes over and over. Cleared cache and data, rebooted phone. Still crashes.

i love the promotions this card offers but since I've updated the app it hasn't worked. It's not signing me in like it's supposed to.

Gives error message when enrolling and asking for acceptance of the fine print. Sorry, not gonna give you a blank check to use my personal info.

I loved the app until recently. It says I have no punch cards even after making several purchases in the last 3 days.

App no longer works after last update. Crashes when trying to open/ login.

I liked the app for a while and I try to use the app and it will not me log in I enter the number correctly and it says invalid pin . PLEASE FIX.

Easy to use, basic, no permissions needed (you can turn them off and app still works)

Haven't had access to coupons for almost a week reached out to support and still haven't heard back.

It downloaded the latest version but its saying my pin is invalid when i just used it on the website and tripple checked all my info...

You need too much information. Why would you need my birthday and address. I have to agree to you texting me? Ridiculous. Pins...security questions? For a rewards app? Come on Jacksons. You are better than this.

Easy to use and great if you buy certain things often cause they add up and you get free stuff.

Stoped working. Between update and running android 12, app no longer works.

ever since the update I cant even get into the app itself I just updated it 4 days ago I have a samsung galaxy s9 I hope this gets fixed
