Jet - Online Shopping Deals

When searching the filters are terrible. It would great to be able to filter out more results to more easily/efficiently to find what your looking for. Also, when I look at my faves in the app most of them are missing! So, now I have just completely wasted my time and will probably just purchase what I was looking for elsewhere!

I used to use jet all the time and was pretty satisfied with the outcome.. Well some how it had gotten deleted from my apps so I re-download from the playstore, but as soon as I try to open it there's a message saying check internet connection. I'm connected to my wifi and I have mobile data. I have never had an issue like this before and have tried numerous attempts to get it to work. I'm about to just delete if it doesn't get fixed

Pretty good app. Prices can be good. Not sure what's up with having to buy a lot of things in sets of 2... Quick ordeing. Can find things I can't gind other places, or at a better price than other places. Usually packaged well, although often in too big of box (tsk tsk). The cold/freezer packs often reusable. Delivers to your door (great since I'm handicapped). All in all a pretty good app.

I was a customer for Jet for 2 years and half. I used to love and talk about it. Great customer service, good deals, really convenient , but evidently they couldn't keep good for very long. Now no good deals at all, the product inventory is so short, they increased a lot of the amount for the free shipping. I probably won't use anymore. very sad cause I used to love this.

This app allows quick ordering of household items without all of the Amazon nonsense. There are two things it does that make it irritating to use. First, it switches addresses mid-transaction, especially if I have gone into the account section. Second, it does not tell you the problem with payment if payment is rejected. It just says "call us". I finally put the billing address in and that seemed to make the app happy.

I love Jet, but the app is missing the (+) on the cart page like the website has. If I want to add something, I have to remove the item from the cart, and readd items with a higher quantity. The (-) is there, so I'd suggest you place the + as well. Also for someone like many of us, who are existing customers, it'd be nice to have some added incentives to buy more food by sending out promo codes. Thanks a lot for your cool app!

Can find things easily, shipping is quick (free over $35!), and products show up in good condition and as advertised, unlike the big A competitor. Kudos for packaging so things don't leak or break. Selection is limited on some items, but understandable that they keep the bigger sellers.

I love this App and this service. I can find everything I want and reorder items with ease of a click. I love that it reminds me of my past orders so I can just reorder them. If there is an item I bought once and its unavailable I can set a notice to let me know when it's available again.

The app is pretty easy to use. Some products come and go, and others you have to order odd quantities (a product that comes in a pack of 6, I can only order a maximum of 10 items, when 12 would make sense). Shipping is quick and easy.

Convenient but, it's remind me a Sam's or a Costo. The pricing kept adjusting. I finally realized like the price goes down with multiple items purchased. So you can buy more for less. But the prices are more than instacart. Maybe the same but these items will be delivered days later

Great app except for now I cant log on. Keeps telling me to check the server or network conmection. Nothing wrong with my network. I have used this app for 2+ years and would like to continue using it. We are very remote and it helps with not having to travel to town for things. Help what can I do to get it up and working again? Thanks

Found everything I was looking for...told me when estimated delivery would be....gave a clear and concise picture of the products and their specifications that I ordered....quick and easy ordering and even shows other "like" items and products like the one you ordered so you can get a feel for the other types or kinds available....offers very reasonable prices when compared to the same product coming from another vendor....I was truly amazed at the prices....

I'm updating the previous negative review I left re: the App. I actually called and spoke to a customer service representative, who was extremely helpful and resolved my issue immediately, far beyond what I expected! I will definitely be using "Jet" a lot more!!

User friendly for repurchases. I find it is easier to search for items on the website via my computer, but that's not a deal breaker. I mainly use it to reorder baby formula. It takes about 2 or 3 clicks. Very easy!

Jet doesn't have as many choices as Amazon but most of the items I find are at lower price. No free shipping unless you purchase over $35. However, I usually get my item within a day or two. Really impressed.

This app works okay. I realize that there aren't as many items available through Jet as through Amazon but I'm fed up with Amazon. There are a lot of things I've looked for on Jet that just aren't available, I'm sure in time they will have a better selection.

I get asked for my password *every* time I go to my cart. This is super annoying and is causing me to shop elsewhere more often. Especially now that your main competitor offers free shipping on orders over $35. We all knew things would go downhill when Walmart bought Jet a few years ago and now it appears that is finally coming. That's too bad as I was a big fan of Jet since their early days.

I'd love to give Jet all 5 🌟 someday when there is an even larger selection of products available. Super easy to use app. I've utilized Jet for a few years now and believe this company to be reliable and trustworthy. So far, all items have been packaged with great care and shipped to our home super fast.

Great app! Only problem I have is the faves list, it doesn't update like it should and doesn't show a lot of the things I saved on my list. Prices are competitive and app is easy to use and find stuff. I really like how you can narrow it down to things that are on sale.

Since the Walmart purchase, and the changes to their inventory, things cost more and many of the items I use to order aren't available any more. I guess their good if you live in New York but most of the people in this country don't. I get a better prices at Target now.

Update2: Custom service rep, Ethan, really went above and beyond to make things right. I have to give credit where it's due. Thank you Ethan. Update: After Jet cancelled all items on my order, today I discovered they charged my bank account again and are attempting to push the order through. Original: Don't bother. Order was canceled due to low inventory. This is a online company whose real time inventory should be visible while ordering.

trying to print past invoices from phone app. As far as I can tell you can't, or if so, not intuitive at all. All this history wants you to do is order product again.

Worked fine when I downloaded. Also got charged 1$ I guess for a membership and now all for the app to not even work now. Thinking there might be a bug. I emailed the developer so hopefully something can get worked out, I really liked this app too.

My experience with Jet has always been positive. Items always arrive fast & on time, and they have always been great at replacing items that arrive damaged, or wrong item had been shipped ect.

Always a good experience except the price has been raised $14 dollars extra than it was for free shipping. That means it was raised almost 50% more of the original cost. Thought Jet was better than that!

so easy and lots of goodies to choose from. From my pet supplies and cleaning products and grocery shopping all in one place! And you won't believe how fast it gets there! Faster than Walmart or Amazon even, its amazing:)))

This service used to be a lot better. Free shipping used to require $35 minimum now is $49. Most items are out of stock or unavailable. How do they think they can compete with Amazon and other retailers if they operate like this? Will be sticking with the competition for now on.

Soo what happened to the $35 free shipping? I have used Jet for some time aprox 4 years,always had a great experience. I would put on items that I would need for shopping till I got to the $35. Now it's $49, time to say good bye Jet and move back to Amazon.

In cart view not able to add to # of items, REMOVE is on top of the + button. Not a huge issue but inconvenient. Otherwise good app and great service!
