The AP has been useless for managing trips. It shows my flights, but then they disappear when I want to manage, and then it times out when I tried to link them. And endless cycle wasting my time and now I'm on an over 2 hr wait to chat w someone. I just need to add a freaking bag. I tried the website and just got an error also. Entire process has been frustrating and makes me consider not choosing jet blue in the future.
The jetblue app is one of the worst I have used. It does work, but the filters and options are well below the options from other similar apps. For example you cannot search open jaw flights, nor multiple leg trips. Plus you cannot filter by time of day other than earliest flights. Why not latest flights? Or better yet, a time range? I hate this app, but due to a specific destination only served by two airlines, I am forced to use it..... temporarily.
meh. it's usually fine as all you need to do is see your boarding time and check in, but I still get a paper boarding pass for flying jetblue. managing booking doesn't work (blank screen) and it's glitchy for everything else. edit: now it's even worse
The app is incredibly inconvenient. There is no intuitive way to locate your boarding pass. Unlike every other airline app I have ever used. This is the only useful feature in any airline app and is is obtuse.
Extremely unreliable app (and website.) It's always very slow compared to other travel apps and more than half the time will time out when attempting to choose seats or pay for checked bags, etc.
NOT impressed, app decided it wouldn't let me proceed AT ALL unless I updated, and it decided this as I attempted to pull up my boarding pass to get on my flight! It didn't ask for an update when I checked it an hour before my flight. Good thing I had my boarding pass printed, because I couldn't use the app at all. Not cool, Jet Blue.
Impossible to log in online, so I tried the app. It worked for a day and I was able to get my boarding pass for my first flight, completely unable to get anything for my return flight. Customer service with jetblue is wildly unhelpful, which is a shame since the flights were pleasant.
Glitchy, logs you out constantly. Search using miles and while it displays one cost for the date that cost doesn't exist in the flight section. This has existed for months and JetBlue doesn't fix it. Makes the app kind of useless. Maybe the website works better.
Terrible experience. Can't check in. Can't update traveler information. Can't get in touch with support. JetBlue can't seem to fix any of their many problems. I will not be planning any more flights with them.
This isn't an app. It poorly links to web pages that don't do much. Never has correct data for trips. I end up going to real website for anything useful. All this "app" does is throw ads in your face every time you click home. Deleted.
Check-in functionality is very slow. Seat selection is very slow. Then the app refused to recognize that we already completed the attestation forms (and even have email confirmations). So can't get proper boarding passes.
On return flight, app would not load correct boarding passes. Correct check in and flight information appeared in the app, but the boarding passes were from the flight one week earlier. My daughter and I had to return to check in desk and print boarding passes and go through security line again. Instead of just not being useful, the app actually made traveling harder.
This app is close to useless. It works well *if* everything goes to plan. However, after JetBlue cancelled our flight and rebooked us, it eventually showed the new flights, but neither let us check in, nor let me get the boarding passes after I checked in online. The second time around, it did not accept my Greencard info, but the website does. Annoyingly, it kept showing the flight updates for the cancelled flights, even after the app showed the updated flights. Constant errors messages "oops".
Push notifications are not working. I have to constantly go into the app to refresh to see what the status of a flight is. I get no notifications when a flight has landed or has taken off
*Review only applicable to my specific situation* This app appears to be broken on my Pixel 6 Pro. Unsure if it's a device or OS (Android 12, January security patch) compatibility issue but the app will not load beyond the splash screen. I've tried clearing the app cache, data, uninstalling and reinstalling, as well as rebooting the phone. I won't be factory resetting obviously since it's not that big a deal but it would be nice to be able to use the app.
Cant even open the app and when leaving it open for a minute it would just be stuck on the logo loading. Worst airline app of all the other American carriers. Even searching the Internet on this brings it up as a common issue for Android and the resolution is to restart phone or redownload app. Both of which I've done and app is still not working.
I've flown most airlines in the Western Hemisphere, Asia, and Europe, and I must say that this app is among the absolute worst of all airlines I've tried. Super buggy, crashes. I haven't been able to see my upcoming flights for days, no matter how much customer service tells me to refresh, clear cache, and unimstall. I can't even see the same data as the dashboard on the website, like activity/points elite status trackers. The developers should be ashamed of themselves. The iOS one is bad too.
Unreliable. We have 4 people only 3 boarding passes show up in the app. My wife's pass has TSA precheck emblem, where as mine does not even thought both KTNs show up in the profiles.
Buggy. Clear cache, reinstall... still problems. Loses connection frequently. Needs more detailed error messages...try again later just doesn't cut it. Does not store boarding pass locally...have had to get a printed boarding pass several times even when wifi is available, frustrating. Welomes me to the destination airport before I've even departed. Add better TrueBlue integration and functionality. OriginallyPixels 3XL...now Samsung Galaxy S21...same story! #UnhappyMosaicMember
Sharing feature is odd. I attempted to to share my flight info by hitting the icon in The top right corner. I was repeatedly prompted to select a Bluetooth device instead of getting the infected options for text or email that virtually every other app uses. I don't really see the point of this. Unless this is just a bug. I've never used the debut app under the devices before so I'm not sure how it's supposed to work.
Used to be awesome but it's now messed up. Seems like they changed from native to web experience within the app. Anyway, it doesn't show my trips anymore and the latency is horrible. As a Mosaic traveler, this is especially disappointing.
What is the purpose of having an app that sends push notifications 1 hour AFTER an email notification?? Shouldn't the push be real time so people aren't running around the airport when flight take off times change?? Ridiculous! Happened to me twice in the same day.
Worst airline app (of many). Cannot access boarding passes before a flight. When check in is not available, it just says "oops". It is also extremely slow. Would not recommend relying on the app at all.
Doesn't work. Won't accept my password. Have reset it multiple times and still can't sign in. Seem like a pretty simple process but the app developer is missing something that just doesn't allow you to access your account.
All this app has done recently is show the JetBlue name on a blue or black screen. I've done everything to try and resolve this but nothing works now. Update: factory reset, cleared data, anything else I can think of and I still can't use this app ☹️
Not user friendly or intuitive at all. This app never works properly. It is difficult to even find your boarding pass (who knew it was under "check in"?) and thank god I took a screenshot because now it won't even load correctly. I hate this app and as soon as this trip is over I'm deleting it.
