Criticism: When opening the application, the loading time is very long, especially in the Discover, Search, and Account sections. This has an effect when claiming Task & Rewards so that the account becomes a VIP and also cannot search for songs. Suggestions: 1. Add a feature to report song lyrics that are out of sync and a feature to report an error song so that it can be fixed immediately. 2. The song share feature cannot select certain parts/minutes of the song to be shared. Please note.
First time i tried this app working just fine then i quit doing something else then when i came back it takes forever to load. I'm talking about loading. Songs playing just fine but you can't search an album or a songs. So far the only solution is to clear the data of this app. Totally not recommended. Samsung a03s
These have been bothering me since last year. 1. When I try to sort the order of songs in my favorite playlist, it simply won't work no matter how many times I drag it across the screen. As someone who's particular about her playlists, it's giving me nightmare. 2. Tried to sort the order of my following as well, apparently I'm following 4 “ghost artist” accounts. It says I follow 64 artists but when I counted them manually, I actually only follow 60 artists so where do the 4 acc come from??
my current problem is that i cant remove my custom playlist image cover, there's only 'take pic' and 'choose existing image' option. feature to remove the custom image cover should be added. Other than that, its a great app! Been using it for nearly 4 years<3
Whenever I try to look for an artist and click on their name, it just keep loading and never open the page. Can't explore any artist because of this. Very frustrating.
Been using your app for years its just getting worst! Music stop suddenly so many times! Whats the point keep on updating your app if its the problem not solve at all. Beside the music stop suddenly your app says stop working . Please improve your app otherwise i will uninstall your apps and install other app that serve your customer better and not keep on crashing. Thank you
Some songs are not original, wrong lyric, wrong title. Seems like a collection of songs from/by contributors/user. Should have a better UI. No language selection. If we choose local content, it automatically change the language.
My app has been dysfunctional for over 2 months. I can't stop payment cause my profile details don't appear. I can't reach anyone from support. I feel very frustrated right now. I have deleted and downloaded again still shows same error message.
Takes too long to load —and I'm pretty sure the problem is not on my connection since I can open & operate other apps just fine. Have tried to delete cache & data, and uninstall-reinstall, and the problem is still there. Not recommended.
Also.. The music playback stop in the middle of the song, even with a strong wifi connection. Task and rewards section is a scam, hard to load, it will reset on day 4 or 5 even though you checked in everyday. I am a long time VIP user, but with this current version. I am optimistic to switch to another music app
Love this app! But I found two flaws that needs fixing : 1. My download list sometimes get deleted by itself, which means I need to redownload every single one of my songs. 2. Some songs can't be played without wifi, even though the song has been downloaded. Hopefully these problems can be fixed in the future.
This app cost too much internet data. Idk why. Its not like this before. And the song that i downloaded can't play without data or wifi. All the The song that i downloaded before got deleted for a several times and i have to redownload it and its just unconvenient. Sorry i just can't stand it anymore
I just updating joox yesterday and it quiet disappoint me went daily music task coin from listening to music 30 minutes karaoke and rooms disappeared. Like before you have a problem daily check-in. And now? I did enjoy collecting coin from task, cuz im cannot afford to purchase the coin... so, the update should be better, not worst. Hope you can fix it.
So lame, can't even get a decent search results, remix version of a song is good sometimes, but you can't not showing the original version. Ugh frustrating...
It's a nice app. But since the last update the app keep on crashing, the loading on the search section takes a long time while my connection is totally fine.
It have been three days when I open Tasks and rewards it always show Network Error. I try many way like clear data, Reinstall.many Vpn .. It's so annoying. I m using this because I can download music and play whenevef I want. But without VIP many songs can't be play.. Hope it will be fixed soon
Joox is quite good for listening songs and chatting in trending rooms. Firstly, after a few time updates, either user or host (of the room) always pop out of the apps and need s to restart the app to continue. Secondly, user of joox used to recive the update notice of joox, but many of us can't update from the Google play...there are no ways for user in android to update it so then they can't join the trending rooms of user that have been updated
The Task and Reward function is doesn't work anymore and it showing network error, I have strong internet connection. But it keep showing like that. Please fix it.
After screen lip down, the music will stop playing. Why???? Im using samsung note 10 lite. Please fix it. I really love this app, although many song can't find in this app.
I had a problem here. Idk... I can't do anything with my 4G signal to even Daily Check-in, download or search any songs, etc. I only can do all of those with my WiFi only. That's my problem. I've never get that problem like this before. This problem came in early 2022. Please help me fix thisss! But this is a great app for listening music! However, not much like the other music app that's more hype 😏
After the Apps was updated recently, there are some problems at the searching function key, which unable to direct me to the singer's profile by clicking the item directly, and some of the playlists' or songs' title are unable to be presented with readable language but unidentifiable code at the function box/ the layout. These problems have never happened at the previous version, please kindly fix it asap, cause it is very annoying! Thank you!
