JW Library

The App is so amazing and user friendly. The added option of in when you click to the scripture which shows references explaining the scriptures makes everything easier. I enjoy using it, also the home page is magnificent. Problem my phone experiencing is when downloading videos, they play but they just mute themselves when the video is about 20min or 15min before it ends or it just cut itself before it ends. If this is bug or something, I'd love to see it fixed. The app is wonderful.

LOVE THIS APP. CLEAR AND EASY TO UNDERSTAND. I do wish when I search for a certain scripture the site would use the entire phrase such as "in the power of the wicked one" instead of taking the words separately. Power is taken by itself so I get a lot of scriptures, but not the one I want that says, "The whole world is lying in the power of the wicked one.." It would be a lot faster if the whole phrase was matched instead.

Thank you for working on the bugs from the update. Under the Audio section issues still persist. I have to restart the app sometimes several times before it will automatically move on to the next song. It plays one song only and wont shuffle or play all. It plays one song only. This update has made it so much easier to study with someone that uses a device differnt than mine. Thank you for the hard work everyone is doing to keep us spiritually fed. It would be great to have the ability to highlight information from the research guide without having to open the article so I don't have to copy & paste a specific point into a separate note, or scroll to find a specific point during the meeting. If I could highlight, I could immediately find the point I was looking for. Please consider this :)

Being legally blind this app does not allow alot of help for visually impaired individuals. It would help if 4here were more publications that could have the audio option since reading is challenging. I like to go back to the older publications and its not an option to have it read to me. Its very discouraging and frustrating at times to have to have a family member help, when its my personal study.

Really nice app. The team have done a wonderful job of making a very useful tool readily available. A few suggestions I'd like to recommend though: *** For all platforms, the ability to select multiple videos/audio to download at once. Especially for videos as having to select resolution manually for every video is tedious. If installing JWL on a new device, this makes this task very time consuming *** Media horizontal scroll: For PC have a horizontal scroll bar under the list of media so we don't have to use the scroll wheel. Or the ability to Click-Drag Left/Right to quick scroll. Scroll wheel doesn't always work properly or scrolls too far, depending on user settings *** Video Default Download Option: Perhaps have the option to set the "default" resolution for a device. On PC, I want 720p. On my phone, I could use 480p. *** Publication View Options: Have the ability to view the Publications/Media either in the current mode, or ability to have them listed in "List View", where the items are listed Top/Down with options to the right for each type of media. *** On PC: In the Study section Arrow Left/Right can move between pages. Touch devices can swipe, but PC users have to click on the small buttons.

Great experience on the app. Best update ever. Thanks to Jehovah. I would also suggest w elook more into some glitches in the media, especially the audio functions. I also suggest we actualize a method of saving some downloaded files via cloud, especially personal notes, so that they can be accessed through our email address when we change a new device. Sadly, I actually lost piles of useful notes on my spoilt phone.

Thank you brothers for the great hard work you are doing so far. I just want to suggest something. 1. If the study feature can pop out to the middle like IOS because the feature sometime get difficult due to the keyboard being overlapped on top of the note side. 2. The search feature is good, I wonder if it would be so powerful and can get search results from every publications downloaded. 3. If u can add an option and we can select underline vs highlight text to utilise both. Thanks!

Need Audio reading of Bible books and songs restored on JW Library app. I often listened to the audio readings to hear the correct pronunciations of certain words and names in the Bible. Simply put, I enjoyed hearing various Bible books and passages, of my choice read aloud, and songs sung each day. For some reason, this much needed option is no longer available on my phone, as of April 23, 2022. Please assist. Thanks for all of your hard work!!

Amazing Accurate and Free!!! Easy to navigate. Highly recommended for all ages and almost every language ever spoken. Easy replacement choice for good wholesome entertainment and educational. Equipped with available information at your fingertips that will enlightened, comfort you, and give you hope. Give it a try and I hope and pray that you enjoy it as much as I do!

Used an app on multiple android devices and always seem to come across the same kind of issue where the app crashes when listening to music. In addition since the last update when trying to "play all" songs or "randomize" the music stops after one song when screen is off and you need to awake the phone again in order for it to continue playing.

App is great however it be nice to have subtitles on all videos. Sometimes its hard to understand due to the accent. Also a way to save our information so its not all lost after switching phones and such. Every time i get a new phone i loose all my notes and important points. Anyway we can have accounts to save info? Thank you!

I really appreciate how the new version of JW library, has the Bible / meetings / library / personal study tabs down the bottom of the screen, and that you can switch back and forth between them withought loosing your place in whatever you're reading. It's brilliant. Thank you. This app is just getting easier to use, and easier to spend more time using. Thank you again.

Thank you Bros for all the hard work put into the app and in making personal study much easier. The new home and combined media features are awesome. I do however have a small issue with battery usage being high and this is draining my Samsung S8 battery of recent. I worked at Android technical support a few years ago, and a bug eventually was found to be causing the issue. Thank you and Jehovah's richest blessings on you dear brothers and on all our dearest friends in truth. 🙏💙

The best app ever! Very easy to use, I really enjoy it. And thanks to Jehovah for all brothers and sisters who work tirelessly to keep the app well updated, may he strengthen them with wisdom and energy. 😊😊 And on video library, please make videos available in 1080p, 2k and even 4k or beyond. The 720p is just low resolution, to enjoy videos on big screens we need high resolution as well.

Like the tabs just like the iOS version. Thank you! Much easier to toggle between Bible and Publications now. Would still like: (1) More search boxes to more easily find publications, videos, etc.(since there are so many). (2) Be able to "download all."

I love the new update. Everything is so streamlined and easier to find. It really makes navigating the app easy and helps me to focus more time on my studying and less time looking. Such a wonderful tool provided for us. 04/07/22 I downloaded the app for my Samsung Chromebook which works well however I am trying to figure out how to highlight answers in study articles. Is this a missing feature or is there a way to highlight that I don't know about?

When the app is installed on my phone, every time I try and open a file unrelated to JW app (ex. Video file, text file, coding data, etc) it immediately opens JW app and tries to run my files through the JW app instead of through my other apps meant for files and such. I have to keep deleting this app so that I can properly open files, then reinstall.

The best app! I wish there's a way to directly open the articles in web rather than downloading the article everytime! When I read the daily text sometimes I like to look at the full article. But I have to download the article everytime. I wish that there's an option where I could just open the article directly in the online library🤗

I totally support all the good said about this app. So as not to repeat what was said, i therefore want to make an observation. I used to enjoy the original songs in my music player app+ videos. But now, until i play them on the JW library, i can't play it elsewhere. Even after downloading the songs u can't import them to your music app. And we all know that JW Library is a big app, using it to play songs and videos runs down battery. Am begging that this aspect should be worked on , thanks.

Thanks for the excellent work! A humble request. Is it possible to add sync feature? So that the application installed on another device may be updated automatically without the need to upload backup file regularly. Keep it up the great work!!! 👍

Dear Brothers and Jehovah our God, Thank you for this new update. The main navigation containing Home, Bible, and other tabs has moved to the bottom of the screen. The Publications and Media tabs have been combined into the new Library tab. Just want to inform you one error while open any scriptures from the any article then the top the portion "study Bible" getting hide. Please get this issue fixed. Thank you so much for your hard work for us.
