The watch will not sync with my phone. When I scan with Bluetooth it does not find the device. It worked until today but it do longer does. I have had trouble with it before but I was always able to get it to work by uninstalling and reinstalling the program. I have uninstalled and reinstalled three times and cannot make it work.

For $19.99 its not a bad watch/app/step counter. It does exactly the same as the expensive counters do but cheaper. This is my third watch only because I broke the straps to 1 and 2. It counts my steps, tells me who is calling, why sent a text and other features. My one complaint would be that it gets out of sync like twice a year, nothing to cry about. It still counts my steps, they're just not logged in the app, I'll uninstall and reinstall, easier than ordering coffe at Starbucks🙄🙄🙄😕😕😕

The watch/app was great at first but now will stop the vibration notification unfortunately, it wont even vibrate when trying to send a push to it. That's the main reason I got it. Everything else still works. Only way I get it to work again is uninstall and reinstall the app and factory reset the watch.

Very intrusive app. They want to have access to practically everything. Once I connected my watch, the app would no longer open. It's been frozen ever since.

First of all, you do not pair the device with Bluetooth. If it is unpair it first. Then leave Bluetooth on and go to app. Then in app go to device and find it in the list and tap on it. Then you go into me and register it with email and password or log in if you already have done that. If you pair it the watch will not work right then you can change settings to imperial. Make sure to put in gender,birth,height,and weight. I give it four stars because I would like more watch faces.

This app unexpectedly inexplicably stopped working after 10 December remote update. Overnight it stopped collecting data via Bluetooth wireless signal and wiped all the accumulated data. Nevertheless, it operated decently for about 7 months,... but then stopped. This experience has been a disappointing encounter,... and should be raised for others' considerations.

Time not correct. Would not sync. But my main issue is giving it permission to read my texts, turn do not disturb off and amend my notifications! Sending back.

I just downloaded today. It's already locked up so I have to remove then reinstall. App stopped when trying to upload a profile pic? Also all of my preferences reset anytime I log out? this happens again I'll go down a star. If not I'll add one.

I have the watch now for almost a year...and just lies in the closet.... update doesn't work...and blood pressure is faulty. Got in contact with the app admin, and the only thing he keeps repeating is to update the watch, although I explicitly told him it does NOT work at all... so just useless... The 1 star is too much, but half is not possible to chose from...

We had the connectivity issues that everyone is describing. Do a quick factory reset from the watch by going into the "more" menu. Attempt the connection again. It SHOULD fully connect, indicated by the battery percentage showing.

I bought this watch not knowing the developer was gonna be a low standard app. I can get the correct time. But it still gives military time also. There's no way of getting to type with my app from the phone in which that was bad advertising for the watch. If your the developer for the watch also maybe you should be a little more precise to your app details!! Fix the bugs or you'll not have to many reviews then maybe you're site will be taken down!!!

This app will only work if you give it permission to everything on your phone. And a problem I had with this app was that when I opened this application my phone said it was not available on my device and it has worked before. In conclusion I say this app is useless and no point downloading. DO NOT DOWNLOAD

This apps doesn't sync properly with Google Fit. The apps takes times to refresh sometimes it doesn't sync properly between watch and apps. Reinstall and the section to change the phone interface gone. Weird and my previous data also gone, even i logged in. 😪👎

With the new update the sync button is gone. How am I supposed to sync my data? I can't see any step data from previous days. Or my heart rate. The blood pressure never worked. Really poor app n watch.

Works great. When the phone stops syncing with the watch, simply turn the watch off & back on. That's my only complaint. Otherwise, everything works great

This app is lacking basic support for a "normal" life: email, calendar reminders, "non Chinese" social networks (Signal, TikTok, ...) or professional apps support (Teams, Google Meet, Slack, ...). Notification management MUST be completely re-architectured as only the hard-coded ones are available, meaning that notifications that are unknown to JYouPro can't be notified. It is thus impossible to get notifications from a GPS app (for example Waze or OpenStreetMap) or from a "real medical application". Translation to French is only limited. On Nokia 5.4 and Nokia 7. Walk away any smart watch that requires this app!!!

Has stopped synching last few days, so no data showing for anything which makes it pretty useless. The watch has glitch episodes as well, pretty disappointing when it is is not working as it is meant to. Technology is wonderful when things keep working. When they don't, then you've wasted your money!

I'm frustrated. I have regrets purchasing this watch. I am only using this item about 1-2 weeks and problems like that. This is a diagram like a bridge that keeps coming up on the screen and there is nothing to address what it is and how to get rid of it..I just don't know why I purchased this thing.

This app is so bad like it shows that i am connected to my watch, but doesn't show how much i have slept, walked, and nothing that should be shown. The watch shows wrong time, and there is no where to be found, how to change time on the watch. Just a waste of money.😒🤮

Completely useless. Watch says it connects but it doesn't do anything. Can't even sync to display the correct time.

Terrible App -Won't update steps on smartwatch, but if you tap on the info shown (wrong amount of steps), it will bring you to a detailed page with the right amount of steps being reported.

The App seems to do all it's supposed to with the bound watch. It's sometimes a little frustrating that it doesn't update when you'd like it to - a bit inconsistent. Although the measurements of blood pressure, heart and maybe even steps, is not that accurate, it's a fair indication of what's going on. Let's face it, if you sit on your bum all day, the app doesn't register any steps! It would be great if it synced with Google Fit, as it once did when I first got it. I read somewhere it might be to do with UK Daylight Saving / Summertime Time settings when it failed. That might be true for me too, as it simply will not sync to Google Fit any longer from around the start of April.

Initial experience frustrating The quick start guide is fine, but the in app 'manual' doesn't allow a search for help - and what is there is minimal. The faq is just the quick guide at best. The month/time won't synch (It's not February last I checked). I was really excited to get this and play around, but it is irritating me that I cannot find the most basic information. I'm hoping I just missed something, but a nudge in the right direction would be great! Thank you!

I have been using this fitness app for 7 months now. All was working fine until it was updated a few days ago. Now it won't sync properly with my band. Get my cals and distance but how long I have walked. my sleep has not sync properly either. Have until installed a few times but makes no difference. Hope this can be fixed. As this had helped me lose weight. Not happy.
