App lock finger print function stopped working on all Apps since Android update One UI 4.1 (android 12) It still presents the finger print but it doesn't ever accept the print and you need to use the passcode. Finger print is still working to unlock the phone and even to access Kaspersky App lock settings, so it's not a finger print problem. Kindly fix this, it's a pin needing to enter the passcode every time. Many thanks!
Good default scanner and features that can be found anywhere . Only reason 3 stars is that it's web protection is only for web browser chrome. Any other browser is not supported. Which is dumb because a lot of the browsers are based off Chrome: chromium. So really it's just kaspersky being lazy and not pushing out compatibility for edge and Firefox and any other browser.
Lightweight and fast, with no annoyances (constant bugging you to install other apps, etc.) that competing products had. It didn't even bug me to buy a subscription when I used the free tier or the premium trial. Only issues are: fingerprint doesn't work in app lock, and the call filter is a simple blacklist.
Kaspersky is by far the best free antivirus software available. The only free antivirus that still leaves you fully protected, any time, anywhere. Even my offspring was surprised how effortlessly it fixed their phone issues. Well, I did work in IT, once upon a time, so I don't just pick these apps at random.
Keep getting "issue" notices. Constantly have to give permissions (which i allow every time). Several times a day. It's quite annoying. And the endless reminer that the vpn is off is annoying as well. I have nord vpn for that. Otherwise I guess the app works. My s21 ultra hasn't burst into flames yet. 3 stars for now because so far this hasn't been a 'set it and forget it' app like it needs to be for a paid subscription
Yesterday for unknown reason this little green Kaspersky tap came on my phone's screen, I can move it up and down and from one side to the other but I can not get rid of it. I called technical support he knew nothing about it. I have had Kaspersky on my computer and phone a long time and this has never happened. You combined the main app with the VPN app and said to delete the VPN app. I did. Nothing happened til yesterday May 15,2022. Help! This tab is in the way and doesn't do anything
Its normally great, but lately it keeps going on about a not having a primary dns setting set the way it wants, and it making 2 paid features not work properly. I dont use those paid features so its irrelevant, yet it wont shut up about them. Forcing me to restart the dang thing just to get it to go back to normal. Not everyone has their system set up the same way. Really needs to be fixed. Nothing should be so manditory that the safeguards do not work properly, just because one setting is off.
Mediocre protection, terrible VPN. It simply didn't meet with my needs for my phone, especially Kasperksy VPN. What's the use of paying for something if it simply doesn't work? Sites are still blocked, twitter still doesn't work properly, connection time is too long...etc. definitely not worth the extra subscription for VPN. And it still connects through the same country server where you're at if you select the fastest connection. Like really??? Why do I need to turn on VPN then?
Everithing was working fine until I've installed Android 12 update, after that app lock doesn't work with fingerprint. I've reinstalled but still doesn't work. Galaxy s21 ultra. Latest update didn't solve this problem! How long will it take to be solved? Do I need to reset my phone. Edited new 23/05/2022: Any news regarding fingerprint issue?
Surprised to see Firefox being omitted from support. Most effective suite on this platform & beyond. Elated on use of an esteemed app. Glad to have used Kaspersky products for more than a decade and fortunately even now.
Removed a pesky pop under ad that hid itself on my SD card on my SG7. But it can't remove " /system/priv-app/SDM/SDM.apk " (HEUR: Trojan-Randsom.AndroidOS.Small.f) on my Visible R2 phone. That was part of ZTE operating system. Did a work around to minimize exposure. The basic free A/V is good. But the premium software is in my 40 years of I.T. experience the best out there! I recommend it to all of my clients.
Love this product! Have it on my laptop and phone. I absolutely LOVE the password generator. Easily generate a strong password that pastes instantly into the 2 sections when changing the password. Easy to review existing passwords and make sure all your accounts are secure. The only thing I don't like is the finger print scanner to get into the app doesn't work and you end up putting passcode #'s instead of scanning your finger. Also sometimes it takes a bit to load. (Only reasons for 3 stars)
Other than not being able to figure out which devices are in the network (desktop only) I have been able to figure things out over time. It seems very reliable and uses less of the devices' resources than some others I have tried.
Great app, worth the subscription, only issue is so since the latest Android software update today the fingerprint lock no longer works, keeps glitching. Hoping it's just something they're working on! 4/5. Highly recommended.
Good if the app can read and sync blacklisted numbers from our blacklisted contacts across our subscribed devices. It is relatively lightweight. It will be good if call filter can detect recent calls, block list and/or our blacklist

Kaspersky is easy to install and operate. Does everything I need and more. I like the automatic scans and the call blocking feature. Price is reasonable. Nobody should work for free.
No problems at all. I've happily been a proud Kaspersky subscriber for over 15 years. I have several subscriptions that work for both corporate, mobile and my personal devices. Plus the VPN is superfast and stays on permanently when settings allow it. Just how I like it.
So far, Kaspersky has been (in conjuction with a separate, active VPN) working/scanning/protecting/keeping me informed of the security status of my phone and all of my accounts logged in on my phone in a consistent, yet unobtrusive manner. Unless there are any sudden and/or detrimental changes to the level/quality of protective services currently provided by Kaspersky, my rating will remain at five full stars, and I will continue to recommend Kaspersky to all my family & friends. Stay awesome!
If you are Android 10 user and If you gonna try to delete Kaspersky VPN profile in Settings, the screen will be locked itself and show Kaspersky's message to unlock it. I don't know why they restricted user's control as device owner. So, you can't delete it at all. Also, Kaspersky always offer VPN that I never used at all. It annoys me!
Poor UI, have been using this product for more than 4 years but each time activating the product has and is being the worst experience. I have the key but forgot how I had activated it last time, searched the internet nothing helps. Contracted Customer care still no reply.
Great app, cleaned up my Android straight away, I just started a subscription. Nice interface, simple to use. Many features with the basic plan, haven't used the VPN as I have already a combined VPN/Email plan(Proton) so I can't comment on that. Only 4 stars, as I like to use developer settings and Nova7 launcher, the app considers these as issues, which can be ignored and don't interfere with the other features, Once Brave browser can be integrated, I'd be happy to give 5 stars.
