The filtered class list is not the same as the web interface all the time. Much less class is shown in the app and it wasted me time to check the outlet one by one for the class schedule.
many studios/gyms are unavailable anymore but its still shown in the app. Please clean up the list as it's misleading and inconvenient to check one by one
Some classes/studios are cancelled already. But Kfit does not update the list.

There are fewer partner gyms and studios in the Philippines. It's getting harder to find classes.
Please have a feature to show the number of reservations available per month. Update: KFit always say it's a good feature and it's coming soon. But it's still not yet implemented.
When u attended 10 lessons that month, it will start charging for each extra lesson. Prices is shown in app. However, after that billing cycle, the app can never back to normal. You need to uninstall and reinstall again so that it wont charge you by lesson. Why this problem has been here for years and no one is going to tackle it?!
Love the platform but the app needs a lot of improvements. It doesn't show remaining class credits right away. There are months when the class credits wouldn't refresh my credits at the beginning of my billing cycle. Some classes are omitted sometimes.
I keep getting the following error: "Error Occured while communicating with the server. Please check your network" I am trying to book classes and can't do so as the error message keeps coming up. I have restarted my phone and the app multiple times now. I have also "checked my network" many times. Tried with 4g and different wifi connections. All didn't work. Previous fix suggested by kfit was to reinstall the app but I find it ridiculous to have to keep reinstalling the app everytime this happens. It's been months now and I see that many other people are having the same problems. KFit please fix this. What's the purpose of paying so much money for this service if we can't even book classes properly?!
This app helps me book the visits for KFit but it cannot perform other necessary tasks. I should be able to see how many visits I have completed per month and not a summary for all my visits. Billing period should also be seen in the home page so I can plan my workouts accordingly. Also, if change filters in the schedule tab, I think it would be best if I stay on the day and not move back to the start of the week. I love KFit but the application and the web version needs a lot of improvement.
The app is full of bugs. It keeps telling me errors occur when connecting to server. But my connection is totally fine. I have tried reporting this problem and Kfit told me to uninstall and reinstall the app. It works for a while and then the bug comes back again. And now even reinstalling stop working for me! The filter is always faulty as well. It screens out activities which fit the criteria...have reported this problem as well but never fixed! I used to love this app - please do something!
I have changed hp from ios to Android and downloaded this apps. I could not proceed with the class booking. Keep getting error message for connection issue.
It cannot connect to the server for few weeks. They said they will fix the issue asap but this take took long
App gives grossly incorrect estimation of distances - often less than half. Places 17 km away are shown as 6.7 km ! This needs to be fixed. Another pain is the filters - they must be simplified. I waste lot of time scrolling past items which I am not interested, but can't filter out easily The idea of the app is good, hope it grows with more partners. Best of luck.
I'm unable to add events to my Google calendar via the app even when I select "add to calendar". Can only do it via desktop, which is troublesome
Since last week I am not able view favorites or to book classes using the app. An error message keep prompting saying there's no connection.
Worst. For the past one week this apps doesn't accept my credit card or paypal payment. Check with them and keep telling me have to check with their external staff and no solution given.
It never accepts my Visa debit card for payment. This is the only app that gives me a problem with online payments using that and it's really frustrating.
The app now crashes and cannot see any classes on a certain day.
How can an app ask for users to sign up before even indicating price of a membership? Info also not available on website. Great user experience KFIT

Says it's in auckland in the description but upon signup no auckland option. . What's going on here..?

This app have quite some limitations when it comes to the availability of the studios choices. I also subscribed to the monthly recurring package and noticed some of my fav studio's classes need to be paid separately. There is no limited days cancellation policy once purchased the monthly package.
