I love this site !!!! They are accurate with delivery date and my shoes arrive in great condition !!! There's no bidding on shoes just pay and wait for the date shown 🤯 they even have a side bar of photos with people wearing the shoes you selected in different styles to give you a better image of what you are purchasing........ KicksOnFire app. Is Dope!!
Sometimes they deliver the wrong pair of sneakers to your house and the customer support experience is horrible. Boxes also come poorly handled. Shipping address glitches so be cautious before confirming purchase. Strongly recommend to use stock x as the products are professionally handled and they're original/authentic. Kicksonfire app is good to let you know about new releases but buying from them is not worth it. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
Horrible. Navigation on the upcoming releases is horrible. Everytime you click a sneaker it takes you back to the top of the list. also, it takes you off the app if you accidentaly press the back button only once. Its been like this for a long time if not forever.
Nothing is able to load, can't see anything. I can't even sign in. Uninstalled the app and reinstalled twice and still no success. Turned WiFi off and tried using network signal (AT&T) nothing loads. I have a Google pixel 2 XL all other apps and phone itself is working perfectly. Hopefully they can fix this broken app.
Good, except one thing: when you press the back button, it closes the app. Please make it so it just goes to the previous page. I'm sure I'm not the only one that thinks this, and it's get pretty annoying when you're used to a basic function like pressing on the back button to go back, not closing the whole app. But other than that, everything is gucci.
I love how clean, simple, and quick the app is. I could running all kinds of apps on my phone, and I love being able to instantly go on and check releases that are up to date, with no hesitation. Great job guys!
Love the app...would give it 5 stars if I didn't have to restart the app everytime I hit the back button. Instead of going to my previous spot when I hit back, it closes the app and i have to start over on the release date calendar.
This app has the worst, most unintuitive user-interface of any sneaker related app. It's had all the same bugs for years. This app might be usable if it didn't close the entire app every time you hit the back button for any reason.
My only issue with your app which by the way I love but my only issue is your pricing on most of your stuff I know it's competitive to companies like stockx and stadium goods but those are very high dollar companies and you guys are alsoevery , now and then I can catch a good pair at a very reasonable price but most the time you're just way too high for me. There are 10 or 12 other websites that I can go to get the same exact shoe for at least 75 to $100 cheaper. But I do love this site. Thanks
It has serious navigation issues. When you a select any shoe to view, if you tab on device back, it closes the app. If you are using the app back navigation button at the top, the app will put you back at the top of the view instead where you left like all the other apps
I purchase a pair of Air Max 90 on March the 14th for $235. On March the 17 inquired about shipping infomation. I got a response asking for patience. Minutes later the order was cancelled. I receive a message saying it was because of quality. I reorderd them and it was cancelled minuties later. This time they said I had to reorder again. NOW THE SHOES ARE $500. PLEASE EXPLAIN!
Man I was scared for a second...so yeah, I pre-ordered the Retro Hare 6's from them...size 7y...and then I read some of the negative reviews! Scared the mess out of me...they came today and the box was perfect, the weight of the shoe was spot on... I went and got my other 6's I had from foot locker (not hare, another colorway...this check was for the characteristics of the shoe) everything matched up....they were the real deal...nothing was off! Now I'm fresh...early! Thanks
Cool app with a clean interface! Convenient for keeping up with releases. Much easier than scrolling through multiple websites or emails to stay up to date with all the drops. Thanks Kicks On Fire! ♥️
My experience has been very good with this app. Very good with keeping you updated with news as well as having a release calendar and a lot of previous drops.i would definatly recommend this app
Here's my problem with the app......although it's cool to see past shoes dates and new releases, the app won't let me get any coins that are free or watch a video for the coins. I just downloaded the app and for a week it says videos unavailable and won't even let me share for you guys on my media accounts. It makes me not trust that I can buy these shoes if I want. I've seen past reviews and some are saying the same thing from years ago. It may work for others, but it's not doing anything 4 me.
Great App to view the latest trend and latest launch shoes. Didn't have enough cash yet to buy one but overall user experience is great especially the tab where you can view/upload styles of sneaker enthusiast. If you're into giveaways then you probably don't wanna miss every shoes they're giving away, but for me it's only just a bonus since I already enjoy the whole app even without the giveaway. Try this app now. :)
Everything about the app is awesome. The only problem I have is whenever I try to get the daily reward of 50 coins by watching a video, there is never a video available.
It was either two weeks or the week before the High voltage OG were going to release, and I've been communicating back and forth between customer service. Well when the release date for the shoes came around, they didn't tell me anything about what was going on. (Week or two later) If shoes were being sent or not. Customer service was supposed to tell me about what was going on so instead they just gave me a refund and my order was cancelled.
One of the best apps for release dates. Never has a problem to launch or freeze, unlike some other prominent shoe apps.
Looks like a scam: - Can not cancel the order - Basically no customer support... My purchase was not picked up even by approx dates of delivery with zero communication and now having huge problems canceling my order and trying to get my money back
It is great for looking at potential buys but it won't let me get the free coins daily or the free info coins, because it says there is an error every time with no real explanation. It almost seems like you're being greedy pigs and it is disrespectful to the people who use the app.
My experience with the app to say the least is pretty well, ive used it for about the last 7 years or so and it has always kept me up-to-date on upcoming sneaker releases with little to no issues that I can recall which helped me stay updated on just what kicks I have my eye on. I recomend this app to friends all the time so they can stay up-to-date on drops they like and even to talk about past and upcoming drops that are liked between us.
