it is a great game, but the developers aren't the best when it comes to changes in some contents or game mechanics. Recent changes to one of the end-game raids rendered setups, and team comps that could clear it really well, completely useless. Recent changes to the Rune system in game deleted each and every single rune preset anyone had, practically breaking ppls legs when it comes to end game content, since there isint a single setup that works for absolutely everything in game.
I have recently returned back to playing this game. It keep crashing on chapter 9.5 story and not been able to progress because of this have uninstalled/reinstalled this app twice. I do like game, it's story and and challenges, but if I cannot progress in the story there is no point in keep the game. All the other modes and dungeons work fine in the game except chapter 9.5 first story that keeps crashing. (Changing my rating back to 5 stars) everything is running smooth now
Honestly, I love this game. The story is amazing, you fall in love with the characters through the story and they feel like real people. This game's story may make you cry btw. Combat is great to watch and later on does require you to think about what you're going to do. All around it's impressive, I would buy something of this quality as a AAA title and not regret it. Only negative is micro-transactions, but it helped them create an absolute masterpiece. Can be finished without them too btw.
I absolutely love this game.... when it works. Sometimes after an Android update, the game lags behind a few weeks before it patches and updates the game to be compatible with the newer Android version. That can be very frustrating, especially when love the game and want to play, but can't. But when it does work, I can lose myself in it for hours on end. A-
This game was the best game I ever played. I often get bored of mobile games, but this one is different. King's Raid also helps me get through the pandemic. I played for almost 2 yrs, and I'm being pretty good in the game. Sadly now I can't play anything because the game always crashes, shuts down by itself everytime I begin a battle. And there's many other issues that already mentioned by other players. If this keeps going like this, then I have no other choice than to uninstall this game.
Played at launch, quit, then came back recently. There's a lot to do, and the memory fragments and substories are fun. A bit buggy sometimes(e.g disappearing icons) but nothing game breaking so far and I've enjoyed the return bonus and finally seeing how things play out in the story.
I don't like a lot of Moblie games, but this one is different. King's Raid is a great game that doesn't require or even pressure you to pay to play it. They do have some offers that show up but they are very limited. They give you plenty of premium curreny for just playing, there are no Heros locked behind pay walls and can be gotten for free. The game has a ton of content to play and I was able to get through the entire story without spending any real money.
5 years playing i could say this, is the worst update I've seen. The update got delayed since Feb, the new content is unplayable after update on March. Now we're stuck with the new rune system no one ever asked, no actual event, no anniversary event. Man, I've seen the quit wave before, but this time, you might need a miracle.
EDIT: Newest update weakened most of my heroes. 20 legendary runes hardly makes up for the massive loss. battle pass is no bueno. Newest update just brings more grind and monotony to the routine. Digging the story, not digging the excess grind for no seeming reason other than they can. A lot of push towards the featured x10 pull, which requires spending rubies, the use of time limited packages/fomo to get you to spend money (and a lot of it, at that), the excessive prices on everything.
I like this game alot. I really do. But you aren't letting me change my graphics to high, which is stupid. My phone has ran so many high quality games on the highest graphics without struggle, I don't see why the game gets to control whether I can change that or not. Please stop.
Sadly this is not a PC or Android Friendly anymore, I play this game for 3 years, when the 1st game was really hard to harvest legendary item, now even in 6gb core android phone are not compatible in medium or HD mode, it's always pixelated what ever i used watch follow the guide. 2nd even in PC, i have ryzen 5 and RTX GPU and still Crashing in W11 and W10 and in any apps developer. I love this game but the error bug its really struggle. Iphone is really expensive for this game.
One of the best RPG'S for phones I have ever come across. I've been playing this game almost since it launched. I'm very picky about the games I will play anymore but this one definitely grabs my attention for hours on end! I UPDATE: 3 (or 4) years later, STILL one of my top favorite game! Thank you Vespa! Also, it's okay to be less gracious with maintenance rewards as people might appreciate them more when you do drop them. Just food for thought. Please however keep making this fun for us!
This game is great, the story and characters felt alive, but if I must say why is every patch the game become more broken and with lack of stuff to do with the same thing and over again, you will keep losing player vespa...and the last thing that will happen is the game shutting down, and atleast rerun the events...
Alright, let's sum up. No events for three months(No Valentine, No Lunar Year, Empty Raid). Delayed Maintenance, no new rebalance this year despite half of the heroes is unplayable. Removal of solo time f.k.s up the meta entirely on top of making the game producing excess inputs which make the game crashed consistently, it's also makes the game harder by quite a margin. It's minor but that font is just bad. I like it more when P.D Edge is on charge on things honestly
This game is really good, the textures are great,it's not pay to win at all you only need to login and you get free stuff,there's also daily task that you can do, you can also level up your characters and you'll get rewards and there's many more way of earning free stuff and advance without paying.There's too many positive to say them all.You just got to try it for yourself and you'll get hooked.They also do regular update that add great content and alot of events. Still great in 2022
Most of the recent issues have been fixed, no longer crashes even with using high-end device... im glad they fixed the issue as fast as they could but there are still some issues such as lagging on multiplayer contents is my main concern...
Please fix the bug, it's really annoying when you do LoV then it's suddenly force close. it happen to another content too! There's nothing to do with the connection or my device, everything's ok with those. Many people talk about this bug in facebook group
King's Raid is an absolutely endearing game that I've come to love and hate for the past 3 years. Mind you, its not the best among games of similar type, but its the longest game I've had on my phone for a reason. You do not have to spend a dime in this game to compete in any content, or get the best looking skins. Just need to grind. Recently tho, Vespa seems to be neglecting their flagship game--it desperately needs more events, balancing and optimization. Patiently waiting for KR2!!!
Game doesn't work on Pixel 6. Not sure what broke it. Tried reinstalling and all the usual things. I think a recent pixel update caused the incompatibility. Game is decent, but technical issues are common. Not as bad as some mobile games,
Played this game for a few years, and recently everytime my phone updates this game takes a few weeks before it updates and becomes playable again. Tired of getting kicked from guilds just because my phone needs an update. Other than that's it's got a good story and I guess good enough game play. Super heavy gacha mechanic though.
It's a good enough game, I love the character designs and all. I just wish it can stop crashing every 10 minutes. I'm pretty sure my device battery, storage and ram are all fine so I don't know what's wrong with it.
Every update you give is only going from bad to worse! No major event or whatsoever like it used to have for the past few weeks, recent rune update that actually screwed up everything and make things harder than it should've been, and all those bugs and glitches are only getting worse ffs!!! Thank you for giving me good reasons to uninstall this game!
Good game when it works. But the last update seems to have turned the launch icon into a picture that opens instead of launching the game. Uninstalling and reinstalling didn't fix it...waiting resulted in the same.
Game has a nice story, the story is the best part don't skip it..the game is ok, has hard pay walls as expected that take alot of grinding, PVP is pretty one sided unless you have devoted your life or wallet to the game...story mode hits a hard wall in every substory preventing completion and around Chapter 9.10 or so in the main story mode when you start needing fully upgraded transendent 5 max skills and stared t10 stuff for your whole team..prior to that all fun..so 3 stars
I remember playing this when it first released. Coming back, I began anew and have to say, you can see the significant improvements they have made. I am enjoying the story again and the rewards they have incorporated. So many characters and strategies to combine! Thank you devs for a compelling story, characters and events! Look forward to seeing the rest and what has yet to be revealed. ^_^
