KP Preventive Care (NCAL only)

I was surprised to see that this app was still being updated AND that I actually have the latest update. Because, this app simply doesn't work anymore. Always "Bad Request" error whenever I try to do anything (retrieve test results, book appointment, etc) for the last several years. I just use the KP app now, and that seems to take care of my needs. This MyDoctor app used to work fine. Now, I don't know why I haven't deleted it. I guess I'm hoping that it starts working again someday.

Please fix bugs! I can never go into any of the features like refilling meds, it says "system timed out" when I had just signed in. I've had to just use the browser after multiple system failures. Allow for screenshots! Have labs come in 1 message with the graph and values. Allow to remove meds that are not used. Allow to remove providers in message list. Also allow to self book for mental health appointments!! It should be a priority. And have more appointments, not 3 months out all the time!

APP is not working It keep telling me that "Our systems is not responding, try again later". I've tried for the last 2 days. Not sure what is going on but this app is a true waste of talent and my time. It worked well last week but now it is the worst and most frustrating app I have. FIX IT, PEOPLE DEPEND ON IT!!!!

First time using this app. I scheduled a video conference with my doctor on Tuesday. Today, which is Thursday, I could not log into my video chat. I kept getting an error message saying that I was not connected to the internet. Long story short, I miss my appointment. Complete disappointment.

Very slow app. Requires a few minutes to get to a menu item, like prescriptions. Please, fix the app speed.

This is Kaiser northern CA to view doc appts, video appts and order refills online. You can also look at test results online too. Good tool. I'm still very happy with this app. Give it a try.

Think the app has a bug in it. Every time I try to check test results, it times out. Follow up: 3 months later, same bug. What happened? It used to work so well!!

Really annoyed- had an appointment and app forced me to update. Now it says I've no internet connection, even though I do. Had to do a 90 minute phone session. Please test updates before applying them.

Not user friendly. -Hard to make appointments -Difficult to navigate to read/send messages -Nearly impossible to attach ANY file when composing an email. Had to use my computer, and convert pictures to PDF in order to send them. By then, it defeats the purpose of having the app.

God help you if you need to order medicine. The basic things are here in this app, but the UI is pretty bad. Also, ordering medicine never works. It always throws an error regarding my card or my order. Last time I actually got an order submitted in their portal, it showed an error, so I went to a site to pick up meds and waited for nearly 2 hrs for them to tell me that it was "in the mail." My exp with Kaiser has been really mediocre, and this app is about the same, at very best.

The only benefit to using the app vs. The Kaiser website is that it isn't crowded with popups about Covid. It often gives me error messages telling me to come back later because it can't retrieve my data, so half the time ut's useless and ai just have to go to the kaiser sote anyway.

After working all last year, this app stop working yesterday, sign in fails ten+ times. always asking retry later. Call local Kaiser number, was told system is overloaded, try tomorrow. I do my own research and find "my doctor online (NCAL only)" version on Google play and update with it. Sign in succeeds right away. This app should give proper warning when update is needed for whatever reason not "please try later".

After updating to the latest version of the app, I no longer can schedule appointments/e-visits. Please fix asap

Unable to log in due to error and prompt me to try again later. It works whenever the apps feel like it. Unstable and unreliable. I can never check in for my appt.

I tried to reset my password 3 times. It does Not work after using a strong password. Useless app

Please stop notifying me that the session has timed out! This isn't the 90's and most designers (and users) have figured out that signing into a secure application requires signing into the secure application and not simply bringing it up again. Reduce the number of clicks. After getting a blood draw, someone will get a large number of results and will have to tap on each one to see what it is. How about a simple value/range on each one? If the doctor makes the same comment to all test results with a single click, why can't I clear all those notifications with a single tap? Why are there two back buttons on a test result and both work differently? Tapping on Health Reminders gives me the top reminder not the list and tapping back gives me the list. Huh? This is super basic level user interaction design. The layout is confusing and inconsistent. Please rearrange and see how people actually might use the app rather than designed by somebody who's never seen a doctor.

Works great for what it's designed to do except for the audio. Some video visits it works and others not. It's very random. Tried from my Samsung Galaxy phone and my Samsung tablet (before and after upgrade to Android 11), sometimes it works and other times the audio on both sides is non-existent. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it. Other than that my only complaint is that you need THREE apps from Kaiser to do the things you can do from a browser. Why Kaiser?

I do not like this app compared to the old one purely from an accessibility standpoint. I do like the interface and how easy it is to navigate however the login process is not smooth. Most of the time it will not let me login with my fingerprint saying that the system is inaaccessable and to try again. it will log me in when I manually enter my password, however the "loading data" takes minutes and minutes to load and sometimes it will say that it couldn't update everything.

Keyboard and voice to text do not automatically capitalize at start of sentence. Does not stay logged in long enough. Wouldnt mind at least 30 minutes. Also, in the prescriptions area, there is a banner on the lower third of the screen that never goes away. I should be able to remove that. Also, just tried to fill a prescription there and got an error. Went immediately to my tablet and was able to fill it on the website without problem.

I can't schedule any of my appointments now, I'm not sure what the update was for, but I haven't been able to use this ap in a month.

When this app works it is great. However since downloading Android 11 (a few days ago) I have not been able to login and keep getting an error. Prior to the Android update the program was not reliable and would have random errors at times on different tabs. With all the great apps out there wondering why this one is so unreliable.

Kaiser doesn't address the subject you are looking for, both in the apps and the telephone scripts. They tend to try to change the subject by offering various options that are off the wall. On tbe phone they keep repeating ad nausium wordy scripts designed to annoy you into hanging up. On the subject of Covid 19 injections the app is hung in a loop. What they need to do is copy the recent Flu drive up wizard that enabled the user to make an appointment. That one also was also too wordy.

**Horrible app** I'm lucky if I can get this app to open, and if so it still takes 5 mins to open it! If this app worked correctly, it would be an excellent tool. However, it is the slowest app I've ever used. It doesn't matter if I'm using cell service or WIFI, it is SLOW! I'm able to log into the Kaiser website and read my email before the app brings up the home page. Most times I get an error that says it can't open due to no internet connection
